无花果本草考证

Abstract: 目的:考证无花果的品种与植物来源。方法:查阅古今相关文献,系统分析研究。结果与结论:无花果原产亚洲西部至地中海地区,现世界温暖地区均有栽培。我国早在明朝就有药用记载,古今应用一致,其正品为FicuscaricaLinn.,同属植物榕树果、薜荔等为其混伪品,宜加以区别应用。
三金片对女性再发性尿路感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Abstract: 目的:通过观察三金片对女性再发性尿感患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,从而揭示该药防治尿感的免疫学药理机制。方法:采用随机、对照、开放的方法,68例患者分为治疗组30例,对照组28例,2组均予常规敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组加服三金片,在尿菌转阴后,治疗组予三金片维持治疗3个月;对照组予相应低剂量抗生素维持治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞水平、2组自起始治疗至尿菌培养转阴时所用治疗时间以及分别在停药3个月后2组尿感的再发率。结果:治疗组患者在外周血CD3+,CD4+T细胞以及CD4+/CD8+等方面均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),并较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者自起始治疗至尿菌培养转阴时所用治疗时间较对照组显著减短(P<0.01);2组在分别停药3月后,治疗组较对照组尿感再发率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:三金片能通过改善女性再发性尿感患者细胞免疫水平,而达到缩短疗程、降低再发率等疗效。
微装药空腔能量传递的数值模拟与试验研究

Abstract: 为研究微通道装药(微装药)空腔能量传递的影响因素,采用数值模拟和实验测试方法得到了空腔衰减压力.用AUTODYN软件的点火增长模型描述微装药的非理想爆轰过程,计算了不同装药尺寸、空腔厚度和约束材料的输出压力,并与锰铜压阻计的测试结果进行对比.结果表明,数值计算与试验值的偏差在10%以内,说明数值模拟方法可用于微通道空腔压力衰减研究.微装药直径越大或空腔厚度越小,压力越大,45#钢比有机玻璃约束更有利于空腔能量的传递.
铸装TNT/RDX爆轰过程导电性及反应区厚度实验

Abstract: 利用冲击起爆方式改进了炸药爆轰过程电导率的同轴测试方法,推导出其电导率计算公式。采用输入冲击波压力匹配的方法减小了反应区内波的反射作用和爆轰成长过程的不稳定性对其电导率的影响,进而测得铸装TNT炸药和TNT/RDX混合炸药爆轰过程中随时间变化的电导率曲线。通过分析曲线中拐点出现的原因,推导出炸药的化学反应时间和反应区厚度。研究结果表明,RDX的增加会降低铸装TNT/RDX炸药的最大电导率;得出铸装TNT炸药的化学反应时间约为0.08μs,反应区厚度约为0.41mm;几种铸装TNT/RDX炸药的反应区厚度均在0.5mm附近。
wsn中一种基于移动锚节点的节点定位算法

Abstract: 在无线传感器网络的定位过程中,随着锚节点的使用数量增多,整个网络的开销也会增大,从而会造成较大的浪费.因此,为了实现利用较少的锚节点完成较精确定位的目标,提出了一种仅基于3个移动锚节点的range-free无线传感器网络节点定位算法.该算法能够保证每个未知节点都选择与其距离在一定范围内的锚节点进行定位,同时,通过建立优化模型以最大化网络中的二重覆盖区域范围,从而进一步提高定位的精确度.仿真实验结果表明,该算法能够在一定程度上提高节点的定位精确度.
加速硬件木马检测方法研究

Abstract: 为有效检测出芯片在设计和外包制造过程中是否被插入硬件木马电路, 提出一种在芯片设计阶段插入二选一数据选择器(MUX)来提高电路节点转移概率的方法.即在电路中转移概率低于转移概率阈值的候选节点的主要输入端插入MUX来提高相关节点的转移概率, 从而实现加速电路中硬件木马的检测.通过对扇出锥和电路逻辑拓扑结构的分析,选择对整个电路转移概率影响最大的节点作为候选节点,实现对MUX插入算法的优化,从而减少MUX的插入数量.同时增加关键路径延时限制,避免电路关键路径延迟超过预先设定的阈值.将预先设计的硬件木马电路的输入端插入在电路中转移概率较小的节点,并向电路输入端输入激励信号,分析计算在MUX插入前后电路转移概率变化以及硬件木马电路的激活概率. ISCAS'89基准电路的实验结果表明:在插入MUX之后,电路整体转移概率显著提高,电路中转移概率小于转移概率阈值的节点数明显降低;被插入在电路中的硬件木马被激活的概率显著提高;电路关键路径延时增加百分比控制在预先设定的比例因子之内.
In order to effectively detect whether the chip is inserted into the hardware Trojan circuit during the design and manufacturing process, a method is proposed to increase the transition probability of the circuit nodes by inserting 2-to-1 MUXs in the chip design stage. The main input of the candidate node whose transition probability is lower than the transition probability threshold is inserted into the MUX to improve the transition probability of the relevant nodes, so as to realize acceleration of hardware Trojan detection in the circuit. The optimization of the insertion algorithm is realized by analyzing the fan-out cone and logic topology, and the node with the greatest influence on the transition probability of the whole circuit is selected as the candidate node, thus the number of MUXs insertion is reduced. Meanwhile, the critical path delay limit is increased to avoid the critical path delay of the circuit exceeding the preset threshold. The input terminals of the pre-designed hardware Trojan circuit are inserted into the nodes with small transition probability in the circuit, and the excitation signal is inputted to the input terminals of the circuit to analyze the change of the circuit's transition probability and the activation probability of the hardware Trojan circuit before and after the MUX insertion. The experimental results of the ISCAS'89 reference circuit show that the number of nodes whose transition probability is less than the transition probability threshold in the circuit is significantly lower; the probability of the inserted hardware Trojan being activated is significantly improved; the increased percentage of circuit critical path delay is controlled within a preset scale factor.
雷竹SOC1蛋白原核表达及纯化

Abstract: 为了获得有活性的雷竹PvSOC1蛋白(Phyllostachys violascens SUPPERSSOR OF CO OVEREXPRESSION 1),并进一步讨论其结构形态,通过原核表达方法得到PvSOC1的可溶性重组蛋白,以pET-GST作为表达载体,大肠杆菌E.coli Rosetta作为宿主菌株,超表达全长和IKC结构域的雷竹PvSOC1蛋白。发现在37℃条件下,菌液浓度D(600)值达到0.4~0.6时进行诱导,控制IPTG终浓度为0.4 mmol/L,诱导目的蛋白表达5 h,可以获得可溶的IKC结构域GST融合蛋白。采用TEV(tobacco etch virus protease)酶切技术、配合GST亲和层析柱及分子层析色谱柱,去除标签蛋白并纯化目的蛋白。所获得的高纯度IKC结构域PvSOC1蛋白经过对比分析发现其以八聚体形式存在。
In order to obtain soluble recombinant PvSOC1(Phyllostachys violascens SUPPERSSOR OF CO OVEREXPRESSION 1)protein in vitro. We used pET-GST as expression vector, to over-express full-length and IKC structural domain of PvSOC1 in E.coli Rosetta prokaryotic system. We found the optimal expression strategy is when the suspension culture's OD600 value reaches 0.4-0.6, add IPTG and keep it's concentration at 0.4 mmol/L. Kept incubating for 5 h at the temperature of 37℃ to induce the protein.We found IKC domain is soluble,to compare with the fullength sequence,it started from No.62 amino acid and ends at No.225. Added TEV(tobacco etch virus protease)protease to remove GST tag.Combined glutathione sepharose resin with size exclusion chromatography(SEC)to get highly purified IKC domain of PvSOC1.And chromatography data proof this domain exists as a octamer

Abstract: Active queue management algorithm is an important mechanism of IP congestion control. As a kind of typical active queue management algorithm, BLUE uses packet loss and link idle events to manage congestion, but its performance is still unstable.This paper improved BLUE algorithm, proposed a precision enhanced active queue management algorithm BLUE+ and applied BLUE+ to the model of DiffServ. Simulations experiments show that BLUE+ improves the precision of queue management and the performance of BLUE algorithm,supports the DiffServ effectively.

Abstract: This paper designs the intelligence home control platform based on Qt/Embedded of touch screen, realizing the intelligence control of home by way of zigbee networking. Interface designer of intelligence home uses Qt/Embedded. At the same time, interface will be transplanted to the control platform for microprocessor of ARM9, and achieve the touch-screen features of interface. Finally, the paper connects the interface of a touch-screen features with zigbee networking through the serial port driver, to realize wireless transmission about the intelligence home.
