用SAS MACRO程序建立多项式模型与变量筛选

Abstract:
本篇论文是希望藉助SAS MACRO程序,提出一个能解决建立多项式模型上的困恼。多项式模型在统计分析上一直是被忽略的,这可以很清楚的知道因为在所有的统计分析的出版品中很难找到以多项式回归为主提的例子。这原因无非是无法解决大量变量的模型建立与分析。举例来说要建立一个完整的5个变量的3次多项式总共需要55个变量,而如果变量增加到18个,那建立1个2次多项式就高达189个变量,因此在实用分析上是鲜有这样的例子。本篇论文就是希望能提出1个解决模型建立与初步分析的方法,读者可以藉由在第三章的例子的输出报表中很清楚去比较各个模型的优劣点,这就是为何统计分析需要工具去产生整合型的报表。欠缺这些报表,要去判定模型的好坏(基于预测值的准确度)是很困难的工作。而我之所以强调要用多项式的模型去分析数据有下列几点原因;1) 如果模型为平滑曲面则多项式模型可以提供一个可接受的模型。这可以很容易由泰勒定理得到验证;2) 只要观测值够多,大部分模型的不配合均可以用高阶多项式模型解决;3) 可以避免因为经过模型筛选而删除掉可能是有用的变量。那是因为模型会产生很多的交叉相乘项,既使用模型筛选的程序也很难将一个变量完全去除掉,因此可以保存几乎所有的变量,而因此将不失模型的完整性。本篇论文提供了两支主要的SAS MACRO程序;%Homopoly和%Model_Selection分别会在下个两章节中介绍。程序%Homopoly是用在建立多项式数据文件,而%Model_Selection则是用来提供SAS模型筛选后的总结数据,报表格式是仿照表11.8 Montgomery制作的。读者可以很容易复制到其他的分析。为了要编写程序,我同时提供了20支工具程序,读者可以至以下的网站下载http://tsp.ec.tku.edu.tw/QuickPlace/054569qp/Main.nsf/h_Toc/BADD7D0BFF0 904A1482576D300229684/?OpenDocument。请依循档案README.TXT中的指示去安装即可。
The purpose of this paper is trying to provide a useful solution to build a polynomial model. In the past years, there are a few applications on polynomial model; the reason is that it is difficult to create a large number of variables. For example, if you want to build a 3rd order polynomial with 5 variables, then you need 55 variables. If the variables increase to 18, then a 2nd order polynomial model will need 189 variables. It is far away from our ability. That is the reason why I wrote the following programs. There are 3 major reasons that I would like to deal with the polynomial model: 1) if the unknown model was smooth plan curve, then a polynomial model can provide an acceptable approximation. This can be easily seen from the Taylor’s polynomial; 2) as long as we have enough observations, then using a high order polynomial model can solve the unfitted problems; 3) it can avoid deleting important variables from the selection steps, since it is not easy to remove a variable completely from the model because there are too many cross product terms shown in the model. This paper will provide 2 major SAS MACRO programs, %Homopoly and %Model_Selection. The first program is used to generate a polynomial model and the next one will provide summarized result tables similar to the Table 11.8 of Montgomery including the information of the models and necessary statistics. Users can easily apply to do the further analysis. To write those programs, I also wrote another 20 SAS MACRO programs which can be downloaded from the web-site http://tsp.ec.tku.edu.tw/QuickPlace/054569qp/Main.

Abstract: 本文运用机器学习方法对纵向数据与生存数据建模,以机器学习方法代替纵向子模型中的线性随机效应模型;生存子模型仍运用Cox比例危险模型。与传统的建模方法做对比,此建模方法的生存子模型残差图诊断符合理论结果,纵向子模型的残差要比线性混合模型分散。
In this paper, machine learning methods for longitudinal data and survival data modeling, replace the longitudinal sub-model linear random effects model; survival sub-model still uses Cox propor-tional hazards model. Compared with the traditional method, the residuals plots of survival sub- model diagnose modeling methods in line with theoretical results and the residuals of the longi-tudinal sub models are more dispersed than the linear mixed model.

Abstract: 法定存款准备金是中国货币政策三大工具之一。从20101月到201112月,中国人民银行连续12次上调法定存款准备金率。本文从这一阶段存款准备金率的调整对商业银行、消费者价格指数、货币供应量以及股市和债券市场的影响,分析其调控是否达到2011年中国货币政策执行报告中所预期的政策效果,讨论存款准备金制度在执行过程中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了进一步完善存款准备金制度的几点建议。
The statutory deposit reserve is one of the three tools of monetary policy in China. From January 2010 to December 2011, the People’s Bank of China has raised the statutory deposit reserve ratio 12 times in a row. Based on the deposit reserve ratio adjustment in this stage, this paper has discussed its influence on commercial banks, the consumer price index, money supply and stock and bond markets, and analyzed the regulation is whether achieved the anticipated effects of policies in the 2011 Monetary Policy Report. This paper has discussed the main problems of the deposit reserve system in the implementation process. On this basis, we put forward several suggestions to further improve the reserve system.

Abstract:
侵袭和转移是胃癌最主要的生物学特征,也是导致治疗失败和患者死亡的主要原因,因此阻止胃癌的侵袭和转移在治疗过程中具有非常重要的意义。胃癌发生侵袭和转移,必须伴随细胞外基质和基底膜完整性的破坏、肿瘤细胞粘附能力的改变、血管生成,基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases, MMPs)则在其中扮演着重要的角色,目前以其作为治疗靶点的药物已进入临床试验阶段。本文就MMPs在胃癌侵袭和转移中的作用做一简单综述。
As is known to all, the most important thing for treating gastric cancer is to prevent its invasion and metastasis, which are the most common causes of treatment failure and mortality. When invasion and metastasis happened, it always accompanied with the integrity destruction of the extracellular matrix and the basement membrane. And it often leads to the change of tumor cell adhesion ability and angiogenesis as well. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) plays a significant role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. As a therapeutic target, the drugs affected on MMPs had reached the stage of clinical trials. I will make a simple review to introduce the role of MMPs in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.

Abstract:
需要是对某种目标的渴求与欲望。学习需要则是促使个人进行各种学习活动,达到相关学习目标的内驱力。本文应用社会科学研究方法对大学生的学习需要进行了研究,发现大学生学习需要分为五种类型,且无明显优势需要。五种学习需要程度从高到低依次为:职业培训、课程设置、综合学习能力、互动学习、环境设施。为此,本文从激励视角出发,提出了合理满足大学生职业培训的需求、完善以大学生学习综合能力为中心的课程设置、构建信息时代下的互动学习体系三大对策建议。
Need is the thirst for certain goals and desires. Learning needs are traction of individuals for a va-riety of learning activities. Based on the research methods of social science, the learning needs are investigated and it is found that there are five types of learning needs, which have no obvious ad-vantage need. The order of learning needs from high to low is: career training, curriculum setting, comprehensive learning ability, interactive learning, and environment facilities. According to these results, from the perspective of motivation this paper puts forward three suggestions: meeting the rational need of career training, completing the curriculum design focused on the comprehensive learning ability, and building the interaction learning system under information stage.

Abstract: 卷烟感官评价是一种多指标评价,以便较全面表征卷烟的各方面感官特征。但由于评价结果为多维,不易于直接比较多种不同卷烟之间的不相似度。为此,对全国54个代表性卷烟样品的评价结果,比较研究了多种多元统计作图技术的表现。结果表明:1) 统计脸谱图、星形图、平行坐标图等无损作图法仅适合少数样品的可视化比较;2) 无损作图法中,采用主成分分析法时,前几个主成分解释的方差比例比较小,需要至少在十维空间才能保持原始数据的信息不会有严重损失。因此,采用主成分分析在二维空间中进行可视化会严重失真;采用多维标度法在四维空间就能较好保留原始空间中两两样品的不相似度,因此,多维标度法更适合对卷烟感官评价结果进行可视化。
Cigarette sensory evaluation is a multi index evaluation, so that the various aspects of cigarette sensory can be characterized comprehensively. However, the evaluation results are multi-dimen- sional, and it is not easy to compare the differences of different cigarettes directly. For the national evaluation results of 54 representative samples of cigarettes, there is a comparative study of var-ious multivariate statistical mapping techniques. The results showed that: 1) Some lossless graphing methods such as Facebook statistics chart, star chart, parallel coordinate plots so on are only suitable for visual comparison in a small number of samples; 2) In the nondestructive mapping method, when using principal component analysis, the variance proportion of the first few principal components explained is relatively small. It means that we need at least ten dimensions space, in order to keep the original data as more information as possible. Therefore, the use of principal component analysis to visualize severely distorted in two-dimensional space; using mul-tidimensional scaling method will be able to better preserve the original space dissimilarity between two samples in four-dimensional space. In conclusion, multidimensional scaling method is more suitable for visualization of cigarette sensory evaluation results.
