南洞庭湖洲垸土壤中四种重金属的分布特征及污染状况评价

Abstract: 对南洞庭湖10个洲垸地点的土壤进行了4种重金属cd、pb、cu、sb含量的测定与分析,并运用地积累指数法对每种重金属的污染状况进行初步评价,结果表明,重金属cd的污染普遍较为严重;重金属pb未达到明显的污染水平;重金属cu的污染程度虽较轻,但需控制其发展;重金属sb在某些地点污染较严重,其分布规律呈现较强的不均衡性。
黑茶砖茶中两种产生“金花”的曲霉菌

Abstract: “金花”是曲霉属Aspergillus真菌在黑茶后发酵过程中,在砖茶内部形成的黄色闭囊壳。从广西和湖南产的黑茶砖茶中分离获得2株“金花菌”,均能在培养基上形成闭囊壳。根据分离菌株的培养特征和微观形态特征及β-微管蛋白基因(BenA)、钙调蛋白基因(CaM)及RNA聚合酶Ⅱ基因(RPB2)的系统发育分析,参照Hubka最新的曲霉属曲霉组AspergillussectionAspergillus分类系统,将分离菌株分别鉴定为假灰绿曲霉A.pseudoglaucus及冠突曲霉A.cristatus。另外,通过扫描电镜对这2株“金花菌”进行了形态观察,并记录了菌株A672闭囊壳的发育过程。在广西产砖茶中分离鉴定出的“金花菌”假灰绿曲霉为国内首次报道。通过比较,将过去湖南产砖茶中广泛报道的“金花菌”冠突散囊菌修订为冠突曲霉A.cristatus。黑茶茶砖中“金花菌”的分离与鉴定对于黑茶品种的鉴别和质量评价具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: 本文探测了18种金属离子对苯酚降解菌XH-10生长和苯酚降解的影响。结果显示:Al3+、Co2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Ni2+、Ag+对苯酚降解菌XH-10的生长和苯酚降解有强烈的抑制作用;K+、Zn2+、Cr2+、Mo2+、Pb2+、Sn2+对苯酚降解菌XH-10的生长和苯酚降解有一定的抑制作用,但在低浓度时,XH-10有一定的生长和苯酚降解潜力;Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、Mn2+在较低浓度时对苯酚降解菌XH-10的生长有促进作用,对苯酚降解的抑制作用较小,在高浓度时对菌体生长和苯酚降解的抑制作用明显;Ba2+对苯酚降解的抑制作用明显,而在较低浓度时对苯酚降解菌XH-10的生长有促进作用;Fe3+对菌体生长的抑制作用明显,而在较低浓度时对苯酚降解菌XH-10的苯酚降解抑制作用较小。其研究结果对菌株XH-10用于含酚废水的处理提供了一定的依据。
This article surveyed the influence which 18 metal ions on phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 growth and the phenol degradation. The results showed: Al3+, Co2+, Cu2+, Hg2+, Ni2+, Ag+ have intense inhibitory action to the phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 growth and the phenol degeneration; K+, Zn2+, Cr2+, Mo2+, Pb2+, Sn2+ have certain in-hibitory action to the phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 growth and the phenol degeneration, but at low concentrations, XH-10 has certain growth and the phenol degeneration potential; Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, Mn2+ at lower concentration to the phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 growth have promoter action, degrades the inhibitory action to be small, at high concentrations to the bacterium growth and the phenol degradation have obvious inhibitory; Ba2+ the inhibitory action which degrades to the phenol is obvious, but at lower concentration have promoter action to the phenol degrading bac-terium XH-10 growth; Fe3+ the inhibitory action which growth to the bacterium is obvious, but at lower concentration have smaller inhibitory action to the phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 phenol degeneration. The results of the phenol degrading bacterium XH-10 for the treatment of wastewater containing phenol provides certain basis.
乳酸菌发酵对馒头香气特征的影响

Abstract: 本文研究了不同发酵类型的乳酸菌发酵对馒头的香气特征的影响,采用电子鼻技术对9株不同乳酸菌分别发酵馒头的香气成分进行检测,对电子鼻10个传感器信号数据进行主成分分析(Principle Component Analysis,PCA)后发现,9株不同乳酸菌发酵的样品能明显区分开,并且按照不同的乳酸发酵类型,在PCA图中能大致划分为三类。采用专性异型菌株发酵制得馒头样品的香气特征与兼性异型菌株发酵制得的样品较近似,却与同型发酵菌株制得的产品存在显著差异,从而说明乳酸菌的发酵代谢类型与馒头的香气物质形成有着紧密的联系。通过气味感官评价及风味模型的构建,探究了不同类型乳酸菌对发酵的馒头的风味贡献特异性,其中异型乳酸发酵菌株发酵的馒头样品同时在麦芽味、水果气味、酒味和酸乳味等风味处都有较高强度表现,更有助于馒头风味的改善,同时为工业化菌种发酵剂的开发奠定了理论研究基础。
In order to better understand the effects of different lactic acid bacteria’ fermentation on the odor characteristics of steamed bread, the flavor components of bread fermented by 9 strains lactic acid bacteria separately were detected by using electronic nose technology. The response values obtained by electronic nose were analyzed by the principal component analysis (PCA). The PCA analysis showed 9 batches of steamed bread samples could be obviously distinguished. According to different lactic acid fermentation type, the samples can be divided into three categories in the PCA diagram. The odor characteristics of the steamed bread samples fermented with obligately homofermentative organisms were significantly different from other two kinds of samples, and the odor characteristic of obligately heterofermentative samples were similar with facultatively heterofermentative samples. Through the sensory evaluation and the establishment of the flavor model, this work aimed to explore the specific odor of steamed bread fermented with different types of lactic acid bacteria, and to provide reference for the quick identification and the odor objectification of steamed breads.

Abstract: Contents of cadmium, lead, copper and antimony in Chau embankment soil of south Dongting Lake were quantitatively analyzed, and the state of pollution was evaluated by the geo-accumulation index, the results showed that cadmium pollution was generally serious, lead was below the pollution level, copper should be controlled although with less pollution, and antimony showed an obviously uneven distribution.

Abstract: 针对一类有四个块变量的可分离凸优化问题,提出一种非精确混合分裂算法. 在每一轮迭代中,该算法需要求解四个子问题,根据子问题计算工作量的大小,将四个子问题分为两组,每组包含工作量相当的两个子问题. 算法在组内执行平行分裂方法,两组间执行交替方向方法,并允许迭代子问题的非精确求解. 在适当的条件下,证明了所提出的混合分裂算法具有全局收敛性.
For a separable convex optimization with four block-variables,this paper proposes an inexact hybrid splitting method. At each iteration of the proposed method,four subproblems need to be solved. It partitions them into two groups based on the view of computational point. A parallel splitting method is performed in a group,while an alternating direction method is performed between the groups. All iteration subproblems admit inexact solution. This paper proves global convergence of the proposed method under some suitable conditions

Abstract: 以老虎沟冰川为例,在分析Landsat TM图像特征及其相互关系的基础上,研究多种冰川信息提取方法.结果表明,Otsu自动阈值法可有效降低主观因素影响,Slope等多元信息的融合有利于提高分类精度和降低斑点噪声,基于图像多尺度分割的面向对象法综合利用了图像光谱、纹理等特征,比基于像元的分类法总体精度最大提高2.47%,错分率最大降低2.50%,可显著抑制 “椒盐”和“毛刺”效应.

Abstract: 为了缩短质子交换膜燃料电池启动过程中氢气/空气界面存在的时间并限制电堆启动电压,通过实验研究直接启动、启动前氢气吹扫时间以及启动辅助负载对质子交换膜燃料电池性能影响的差异性,在此基础上提出一种电堆启动时氢气吹扫阳极和启动辅助负载相结合的燃料系统启动控制策略.实验验证了该启动控制策略不仅能限制燃料电池启动时的高电压以及缩短燃料电池启动过程中电堆阳极侧氢气/空气界面的存在时间,还有利于提高单电池的电压均衡性,是一种有效的质子交换膜燃料电池启动控制策略.

Abstract:
对Cr-62at.%Mo, Cr-35at.%Mo 和 Cr-15at.%Mo三种粉末进行机械合金化,探究粉末合金化过程中的形貌及物相变化。通过对粉末进行扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析发现,三种成份的混合粉末在高能球磨18 h后都实现了Cr、Mo的完全互固溶,形成具有不同固溶度的Cr(Mo)固溶体。根据Miedema模型,热力学计算结果表明:Cr-Mo二元系在平衡状态下不具备形成Cr(Mo)固溶体的热力学驱动力。而球磨过程中储存较多的能量有利于组元越过能垒形成Cr(Mo)固溶体。X射线衍射分析发现,形成的固溶体是置换固溶体。
Morphologies and phase transition of three kinds of powders Cr-62at.%Mo, Cr-35at.%Mo and Cr-15at.%Mo synthesized by mechanical alloying at low-temperature were investigated. The milled powders were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD) phase analysis, respectively. The results showed that three kinds of powders milled for 18 h were composed of the Cr(Mo) solid solution with different solid solubility. Based on the Miedema’s model, the thermodynamic calculation indicated that under the equilibrium-state, Cr-Mo binary system has no thermodynamic driving force for forming Cr(Mo) solid solution. So, the energy barrier for forming Cr(Mo) solid solution could be overcome during mechanical alloying. XRD analyses showed Cr(Mo) solid solution synthesized by high-energy ball milling was sub-stitu- tional solid solution.
应用于三相并网逆变器的比例双谐振控制器

Abstract: 电流环是并网逆变器控制系统中的核心部分,对其性能改进具有重要意义。提出一种用于三相并网逆变器的电流控制算法,称为比例双谐振(proportionaldual-resonant,PDR)控制器。作为普通比例谐振控制器的一种改进,该控制器也在两相静止坐标系下实现。它的2个谐振项,即正序谐振项和负序谐振项,分别通过以逆时针和顺时针旋转矩阵为系数矩阵的离散二阶状态方程实现。该离散实现方法避免了双线性变换等其它离散化方法带来的实际谐振频率和相移偏离期望值的现象。因而,所提出的PDR控制器具有稳态误差小、总谐波畸变率低以及电网适应性强等优点。对比实验说明了所提算法具有很高的性能。
