Abstract: 晚熟桃新品种‘玉西红蜜’是于1996年用‘晚红蜜’作母本,地方品种‘八月鲜’和‘眉县冬桃’的混合花粉作父本杂交育成的。果个大,圆球形,平均单果质量350g,果实阳面呈玫瑰红色,硬度大,肉质细密,味甜,粘核,9月中旬成熟,此时恰逢中秋节和国庆节,市场前景良好。

Abstract: ‘双红艳’桃是2000年用‘河洛红蜜’作母本,‘玉西红蜜’、‘艳光’和‘地方桃’的混合花粉作父本杂交育成的晚熟离核新品种。果实圆球形,平均单果质量350g,阳面呈玫瑰红色,肉质细密,味甜。离核,硬度大,耐贮运,抗逆性强。果实于9月中下旬成熟,恰逢中秋节和国庆节,市场前景良好。

Abstract: 基于保定市城镇生活污水处理技术,采用改进的模糊层次分析法建立一个4层12个指标8种方案的综合评价体系,从经济、技术和管理等角度对氧化沟工艺、CASS工艺、UNITANK工艺、百乐克工艺、CAST工艺、A2/O与百乐克结合工艺、倒置A2/O工艺、A2/O工艺8种处理工艺进行综合评价。同时采用专家打分法对8种技术进行评价,结果表明CASS工艺的分值最高。

Abstract: 针对阵列信号波达方向(DOA)和频率联合估计计算量大、参数配对较困难等问题,提出了一种基于子空间辨识方法的DOA和频率联合估计算法.该算法构造了一个特殊的状态空间模型,并通过选取辅助矩阵来抑制噪声.由子空间辨识方法得到广义可观测矩阵的估计值,再利用总体最小二乘(TLS)方法得到系统矩阵的估计值,由系统矩阵得到DOA和频率的估计值.该方法具有参数自动配对和计算量小的特点.计算机仿真验证了该算法的有效性.
松花粉总甾醇对大鼠前列腺良性增生的影响

Abstract: 摘要:目的 探讨松花粉总甾醇对丙酸睾酮(TP)诱导大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用及机制。方法 将60只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、阳性对照组和松花粉甾醇低、中、高剂量组,其中对照组大鼠正常喂饲,其他组腹腔注射丙酸睾酮注射液5 mg/kg?d。低、中、高剂量组同时灌胃不同剂量松花粉甾醇(10 mg/kg?d、20 mg/kg? d、50 mg/kg? d),阳性对照组给予β-谷甾醇(20 mg/kg?d)连续28 d。28d后,摘眼球取血处死动物,取前列腺组织、睾丸组织并称重;前列腺组织石蜡切片HE染色观察组织形态,用ELISA测定大鼠血清中前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、睾酮(T)和双氢睾酮(DHT)的水平;用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定5α-还原酶活性。结果 松花粉甾醇中、高剂量组大鼠前列腺湿重及指数相对模型组显著降低(P值分别为:0.014,0.047;0.000,0.002);显微镜下观察,松花粉总甾醇低、中、高剂量组均可缓解由丙酸睾酮所致的大鼠前列腺增生;与模型组比较,松花粉甾醇中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠血清DHT和 PAS显著降低(P值分别为:0.038,0.019;0.008,0.002);与模型组比较,松花粉甾醇中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠前列腺5α-还原酶活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P值分别为:0.016,0.000)。结论 松花粉甾醇具有良好的抑制前列腺增生的作用,其机制通过抑制5α-还原酶降低大鼠体内双氢睾酮的水平来抑制前列腺增生。

Abstract:
丁香遍布全国但其花叶尚未被利用,丁香花叶中含有有机酸类、苷类、挥发油等多种有效成分,可制成多种制剂,临床试验具有良好的抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎以及增强机体免疫功能等药理作用。丁香叶和植皮具有很大的药用资源利用价值,也是当今中药新资源新的药用部位的研究开发总趋势,如进行有效的提取精制和超临界等利用,对北药开发具有重大的意义。
Cloves are commonly utilized all around the world except the blooms and leaves consisting of effective com- ponents such as organic acids, glycosides, volatile oils, which can make many kinds of preparations. In clinic tests, they present pharmacologic action, antibiosis, antiviral, anti-inflammation and enhancement of body’s immune system and etc. Clove leaves and skin-grafting can be applied as medicinal resources, which leads the total research and evelopment trend of new medicinal parts of traditional Chinese medicine new resources nowadays. For example, it is available in effective extraction, refinement and supercritical applications, which plays an important role in the development of northern Chinese herbs.

Abstract:
目前医学上主要以放疗,化疗、激素治疗以及阿片类镇痛剂来缓解癌症骨转移的疼痛。体外放射治疗用于局部或区域性病灶有一定疗效,但它有下列局限性。钐制剂为近年来抗癌药物新型制剂,在药理、毒理、致突变、药动力和临床研究,对骨组织有极强的亲和力,能在给药后很快富集于骨交换区域。药理实验表明,本品在小鼠血液中很快消除,主要分布于骨基质的生长区域,尤其是正在矿化中的类骨质层中。通过标记化合物以及放射成像技术检测,在动物体内骨损伤部位的药物分布与正常骨组织分布比率为17。能有效抑制转移性癌细胞或其他骨疾病引起的骨代谢紊乱(即过度成骨活性或破骨活性),同时抑制骨交换中激化因子对痛觉神经的刺激作用。从而达到治疗和镇痛作用。

Abstract:
流感嗜血杆菌(Hi)是呼吸道感染关键致病菌,临床疾病为脑膜炎、肺炎、蜂窝织炎、败血症、骨髓炎和心包炎等,是导致小儿住院最常见疾病,该菌株感染直接危害着人们身体健康,如何快速检测分离培养感染菌株,便于医师正确用药是长期以来关注的重大问题,由于常规体外诊断试剂检测范围广、灵敏度低、准确度差等致使分离率偏低、检出率差等,因此向临床提供高选择性快速分离嗜血杆菌属XV琼脂培养基生物医学新产品已势在必行。该产品利用因子效应加入X、V因子制备无菌培养基,不需要加入血源,避免了血源采集、杂菌污染和成本高难题,达到国内最高纯度。高选择性快速分离嗜血杆菌属XV琼脂培养基在生物医学新产品中,临床主要针对呼吸道感染患者的痰液及咽拭子等标本进行分析、鉴定菌株,用于分离培养嗜血杆菌属,并快速检测分离感染菌株,便于临床医生针对患者感染的菌株正确使用抗生素,进行用药、控制和治疗,解决了临床诊断、观察、判定和分析等步骤。

城镇劳动供求形势与趋势分析

Abstract: 人口加速老龄化是中国人口快速转变的代价之一,城镇劳动供求形势也将因此出现重要变化。文章运用最新的人口预测结果以及分省的相关数据,分析并预测了城镇劳动供求的趋势。总的来看,劳动供给压力正在逐渐减小,而劳动需求随着经济增长和结构改善正迅速增加,就业的总量供求矛盾正在得到缓解,但就业的结构性矛盾正在变得越来越突出,如何提高劳动者的知识和技能水平已经成为解决就业问题的关键所在。
