Abstract: 摘要 目的:探讨长链非编码RNA (lncRNA) 肌动蛋白纤维相关蛋白1-反义RNA1(AFAP1-AS1)在口腔鳞癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用实时定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法检测75例口腔鳞癌组织及其配对癌旁正常组织中lncRNA AFAP1-AS1的表达情况,并分析其与口腔鳞癌临床病理学特征之间的联系;应用小干扰RNA(siRNA)干扰lncRNA AFAP1-AS1表达,CCK-8实验检测lncRNA AFAP1-AS1对口腔鳞癌细胞株Tca8113细胞增殖能力的影响。结果:RT-qPCR检测结果显示lncRNA AFAP1-AS1在癌组织中的相对表达水平是癌旁组织的5.16倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。lncRNA AFAP1-AS1的表达与临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。CCK-8实验结果显示,转染48 h、72 h实验组A450值较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),表明siRNA沉默AFAP1-AS1表达后,抑制了Tca8113细胞的增殖。结论:lncRNA AFAP1-AS1在口腔鳞癌中的表达上调可能与口腔鳞癌的发生发展有关

Abstract: We present a model of passively Q-switched Raman lasers by utilizing the rate equations. The intracavity fun-damental photon density, Raman photon density and the initial population-inversion density of the gain medium are assumed to be of Gaussian spatial distributions. These rate equations are normalized by introducing some synthetic parameters and solved numerically, and a group of general curves are generated. Prom these curves we can understand the dependence of the Raman laser pulse characteristics on the parameters about the pumping, the gain medium, the Raman medium and the resonator. An illustrative calculation for a passively Q-switched Nd^3+:GdVO4 self-Raman laser is presented to demonstrate the usage of the curves and related formulas.第一段]

Abstract: 本研究采用闪蒸气相色谱质谱法(FE-GC-MS)测定了中药川芎的挥发性成分。结果表明,本法只需用~4mg 药材粉末、在闪蒸温度250益下闪蒸10s后进行GC-MS 分析,便可获得令人满意的测定结果。同水蒸气蒸馏法相比,本法简便、快速、样品量小等特点,适于中药挥发性成分的快速测定。
A Research on the Structure of Customer’s Service Recovery Expectation

Abstract: Aiming at the actuality that the research about costumer service recovery prediction structure is relatively deficient under the background of China culture, based on literature analysis, profound interview, opening investigation and expectation research, we adopt exploratory factor analysis method and confirmatory factor analysis method to develop and validate the scale used to measure customer service recovery expectation in this article. The confirmatory result shows that the scale possesses better reliability and validity level, and the basic content of customer service recovery expectation includes recovery attributes, failure attribution and empowering employees for problem solutions, and in these three factors, the dimension of failure attribution has the largest influences to the satisfaction after customer service recovery.

Abstract: In the paper, considering the vegetation parameters of remote sensing information and crop eco\|physiological characteristics, the crop yield estimation model was firstly set up based on the variables derived from NOAA\|AVHRR data and crop photosynthesis. Among them, photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), CPAP (Crop Photosynthetic Assimilation Potential, which reflects crop photosynthetic time and area), and photosynthetic rate were calculated from remote sensing information and meteorological data. In the typical research area of North China Plain, the developed model was applied to regional crop yield distributions, it shows that the model has better precision. Secondly, taking into account the impact of CO\-2 doubling to agroecosystem and its influences on winter wheat, the crop yield estimating model based on remote sensing data and plant photosynthesis was further developed, and the regional crop yield under CO\-2 doubling was estimated using the model. The further changes of crop yield distributions were given using the developed model.

Abstract: Owing to the anisotropic and the biharmonic nature of microwave radar backscatter on spaceborne scatterometer, and to the scatter model function nolinear and the existence of various noise sources in the measurements in addition to the model function, the retrieval wind results consist of as many as four wind directions. We introduce a modified model approach to estimate the unique synoptic oceanic wind field from backscatter of spaceborne scatterometer. The comparison those estimated from numerical simulation with real data shows the agreement largely in wind direction and in the true wind speed. It is demonstrated very successfully that the simulated or real scatterometer data with the modified model estimation has been retrieved in this paper.

Abstract: With the introduction of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the integration and development speed of software systems will become quicker and quicker. But the security mechanism of software systems has to be rebuilt when they are developed. Moreover, security mechanism becomes more complex when the number of software systems increases rapidly. A Business Process Execution Language (BPEL)-based method for general security control module design was proposed, which reduced the development and management work. The operation mechanism of right module was exemplified by the account integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in manufacturing with e-business system.

Abstract: 本文用实测风资料计算了赤道海面大范围异常增暖和冷却时期太平洋地区的平均径圈环流和赤道附近的平均纬圈环流。结果表明,赤道东太平洋的海面温度变化对这两种垂直环流圈有着显著的影响,并且通过这两种环流圈的相互作用,影响北太平洋付热带高压的长期变化。
