太原市庚型肝炎病毒感染状况调查

Abstract: ?采用抗-HGV酶联免疫试验(ElA)和逆转录套式聚合酶链反应法(RT-nPCR)对100例乙型肝炎、98例丙型肝炎、100名供血员和93名健康人群进行了检测。结果抗-HGV阳性率分别为16.0%、13.3%、9.0%和3.2%;抗-HGV阳性者的HGVRNA阳性率分别为68.8%、77.8%、100%和100%,提示太原市不同人群中存在庚型肝炎病毒感染;乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎病人及供血员的庚型肝炎病毒感染率显著高于健康人群;乙型或丙型肝炎病人合并感染庚型肝炎病毒似不加重病情。

Abstract: 随着近年来信息化的高速发展,各单位的数据中心的设备数量持续增加。目前,多数数据中心的系统级维护采用机柜式或单机KVM系统,这些工作只能在现场做。应用级维护主要采用Windows远程桌面等,需要依托于本地局域网,脱离本地局域网则维护工作无法进行。运行维护负担越来越重,已经成为许多单位不得不面对的问题。另一方面,无线移动技术在快速发展和普及,应用领域也日益扩大和延伸。借助于ATEN KN2132远程KVM控制机提供的网络功能,探索了用无线移动上网技术、手持无线智能终端技术等,实现对数据中心远程异地维护的几种方式,并对其功能和效果进行了评价。
With the rapid development of information technology, in recent years, the equipments in each data center continue to increase. At present, in most data centers, system level maintenance can only use machine cabinet KVM, and the work can only be done at the scene. Application level maintenance mainly adopts Windows remote desktop, etc., which need to rely on the local LAN. The burden of running maintenance is getting heavier and heavier, and has become a problem having to face. On the other hand, wireless mobile technology is being rapidly developed and popularized, and application field is also widened and extended. With the aid of network function that ATEN KVM2132 remote KVM control machine provided, several ways using wireless mobile Internet technology for remote maintenance of data center were explored. Its function and effect were evaluated.

Abstract:
揭示基因调控网络的动力学特征与网络结构的关系是系统生物学的研究热点,本文针对典型的动力学特征——路径稳定性,以调控网络的主干结构ITC模型为基础,分析了在ITC模型的不同位置接入分支链路后,网络路径稳定性的变化情况。从理论上证明了在ITC模型的不同位置接入分支链路对路径稳定性具有不同的影响。一方面,在ITC模型的起点中加入分支链路或者在ITC模型之外加入独立分支链路,路径稳定性降低;另一方面,在ITC模型的末端加入分支链路会提高路径稳定性。此外,实验模拟的结果表明,在ITC模型的中间节点加入分支链路,网络的路径稳定性会受到上述两种作用的综合影响。本研究结果不仅能够帮助揭示调控网络中路径稳定性的形成机制,也能够在合成生物学中指导设计稳定的人工生物网络,具有理论和实践两方面的意义。
Revealing the relationship between the dynamics and structure of gene regulatory networks is a challenging issue in system biology. This study focuses on the trajectory stability which is a typical dynamic characteristic of regulatory networks. Based on the ITC network model which forms the main structure in a regulatory network, we analyzed how the positions of branches affect the tra-jectory stability of the network. In theoretical analysis, it has been proven that the branch’s position will affect the trajectory stability in two ways. On one side, if inserting an independent branch or a branch at the first node of the ITC model, the trajectory stability of the network will decrease slightly; on the other side, if inserting a branch at the end node of the ITC model, the trajectory stability will considerably increase. In simulation, it has also been shown that if inserting a branch at middle position, the trajectory stability will be affected by a combination of these two effects. These findings can not only help to reveal the topological origin of trajectory stability in regulatory networks, but to provide guidance in designing robust artificial network in synthetic biology.

Abstract:
本文对封闭式GIS出线变压器的连接结构进行分析、实践,探索出不拆除封闭气管道和高压引线的试验方法,取得表征封闭式变压器健康状态的实际数据,对试验数据分析判断,并与交接试验、同类设备试验数据进行对比,进而验证了方法的正确性和可靠性。结果表明采用的试验方法,在封闭式变压器的绝缘技术监督中能发挥很好地实用性,可以定期开展变压器的预防性试验和异常情况下的检查试验,是一种有效的电气试验方法。
This paper analyzes and practices the connection structure of the closed GIS line transformer and explores the experimental method of not dismantling closed gas pipelines and high voltage wires. The practical data for the health status of the closed type transformer are obtained. The paper analyzes and judges test data and compares test data with the data of commissioning tests and similar equipment tests. Then, it verifies the correctness and the reliability of the method. The results show that the test method used in the insulation technical supervision of the enclosed transformer can play a very good practicality. The preventive test of transformers and check tests in the abnormal situation can be carried out regularly. It is an effective electrical test method.

Abstract:
食管癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,预后差,5年生存率仅15%左右。作者所在研究团队通过对食管癌高发区随访发现食管癌患者术后生存存在明显差异。针对这一生存现状,本文作者试着从外因与内因相结合、人群研究与实验室研究相结合、基础研究与临床研究相结合、传统研究与现代分子生物学技术相结合、研究者和研究对象、社会、医院相结合和人文关怀与心理干预等几个方面来初步探讨作者对食管癌研究与防治的一些理解。
Esophageal cancer (EC) is one of the six most common malignancies worldwide. Its prognosis was the worst; the survival rate of 5-years was only ten percent or so. During the field research in high incidence area, our study group founded that the survival time of some ESCC patients after their surgical operations was significantly difference. To this conditions, the aims is to discuss the un-derstanding and considering of esophageal cancer from some following ways: the combination of external and internal, population study and laboratory study, basical study and clinical study, local treatment and comprehension treatment, traditional study and modern molecular biology technology, researchers and research objects, sociology, hospital, humanistic care and psychological intervention.

It is the one of the hottest issues which explores the relationship between human resource man- agement practice and organizational performance in strategic human resource management field in recent years. In order to verify how the high performance work systems affect organizational performance, some scholars have made a preliminary attempt. Related research shows that the relationship between high-per- formance work systems and firm performance is influenced by numerous factors. By combing the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper explores the mechanism of high performance work systems from several different perspectives. Finally, this paper puts forward the deficiency of the text as well as the future research direction in order to complement and promote the development of relevant theories and man- agement practice.

Abstract:
混合动力技术已经成为液压挖掘机节能研究的重点,基于混合动力技术的能量回收方案也得到了广泛研究。基于普通挖掘机的回转机构的特点分析,设计了一种电机驱动回转能量回收方案。方案以电动/发电一体机液压回转代替液压马达驱动回转机构,超级电容器为储能单元,采用矢量控制算法实现电机的驱动和能量回收。仿真研究表明,该方案具有较好的能量回收效果。
Hybrid technology has become the key technology to improve energy efficiency of hydraulic exca-vators. Based on it, several energy recovery schemes have been widely studied. After analyzing the characteristics of ordinary excavator slewing mechanism, a kind of motor-driven rotary energy recovery solutions has been introduced. It uses an electric motor instead of hydraulic motor to drive the slewing mechanism, and uses super-capacitor to be energy storage unit. Meanwhile, the vector control algorithm has been used to control the electric motor. Simulation results show that this solution could achieve good energy recovery efficiency.

According to the demand characteristics of animal husbandry, this article uses UML modeling technology and MVC architecture technology to design the animal husbandry e-commerce platform. It not only meets the needs of animal husbandry e-commerce platform users to buy and sell, and also considers the maintainability and expansibility of the system. The design of this system will provide new ideas for animal husbandry to develop electronic commerce or third-party e-commerce platform.
