Abstract:
工作记忆容量、注意控制是影响学业成绩的重要因素,但目前人们对两者如何影响学生的阅读成绩还所知甚少。研究者采用阅读广度任务和Stroop颜色词命名任务,考察了工作记忆容量与注意控制能力对小学高年级学生阅读成绩的影响。整群抽取济南某两所乡镇小学的高年级(三、四、五年级)学生150名作为被试。研究发现:1) 言语工作记忆容量对语文快速阅读成绩具有显著的影响作用。2) 高注意控制能力者的阅读成绩得分显著高于低注意控制能力的学生。3) 言语工作记忆容量和注意控制能力的交互作用对学生阅读成绩的影响不显著。
During the primary school years, students’ verbal working memory span and attentional control have made a rapid development, especially in the upper grades. Verbal working memory span and attentional control are key factors which affect the academic achievement, but it is scarcely known whether and how they affect students’ reading scores. In this study, the experimental paradigms of reading span task and Stroop color word naming task are used to in-depth analyze the effects of verbal working memory span and attentional control on primary school students’ reading scores. The cluster sample of 150 upper primary students (third, fourth and fifth grade) was investigated. The results are as follows: 1) Verbal working memory capacity has a significant impact on the rapid language reading achievement. 2) The reading scores of students who have higher attention control capability are better than the lower ones. 3) The effect of the interaction of verbal working memory span and attentional control on the reading scores is not significant.
宏基因组学在食品科学领域的应用研究进展

Abstract: ?宏基因组学是一种免培养,能够直接从环境中提取全部微生物基因组dna,通过构建宏基因组文库并适当筛选,得到目的基因及生物活化物质的新型研究方法,它可以最大限度地挖掘微生物资源,现在愈渐成为微生物研究和开发最重要的课题之一。本文综述了宏基因组学的研究方法及其近几年来在食品科学领域的应用,着重介绍其在酶制剂开发、食品安全卫生、食品发酵群落、生态演化,食品营养和发现新型物质等领域的应用。同时探讨宏基因组学在食品科学领域未来的应用前景。
一种纳米级不定形碳对水中四环素的吸附研究

Abstract: 研究了一种新型纳米级不定形碳对水中四环素的吸附作用.结果表明,在Li-Na-K碳酸盐的共熔体系中生成的碳粉对四环素表现出了良好的吸附性能.在298K下,碳粉对四环素的吸附行为更符合拟二级动力学模型和Freundlich吸附等温线,最大吸附容量达到127.76mg·g-1.热力学计算结果表明,吸附过程是吸热的、自发的,以化学吸附为主.吸附行为表现出明显的pH依赖性,当溶液的起始pH在2~11,pH为4时碳粉对四环素的吸附量最大.溶液中的阳离子对吸附有一定的影响,但影响不大,随着阳离子浓度的增加,吸附量在一定程度上逐渐减小.离子交换作用可能是吸附的原理之一,还可能同时存在静电引力、氢键等作用.分别使用0.25mol·L-1的CaCl2和NaCl溶液进行解吸实验,解吸效率在7.42%~25%,解吸效率较低,说明吸附的化学作用较强.
osf1在毕赤酵母菌中的分泌表达及其生物活性

Abstract: 为了研究人成骨细胞刺激因子(humanosteoblast-stimulatingfactor,osf-1)的生物学活性,构建osf-1高效毕赤酵母表达菌株并表达纯化具有生物活性的osf-1。首先通过全基因人工合成的方法合成人osf-1基因,并克隆至毕赤酵母分泌表达载体ppic9k,构建重组表达质粒ppic9k/osf-1,线性化后电转化酵母宿主菌gs115,构建p.pastorisgs115/ppic9k/osf-1,经md、g418-ypd平板和pcr法筛选,获得多拷贝转化子。阳性表达菌株在25℃,经1%的甲醇诱导表达96h,重组蛋白的表达量达到最大。经sds-page电泳分析所表达的重组蛋白约为18kda,与人成骨细胞刺激因子相符。表达上清经sp-sephadexc-50离子交换层析进行纯化,得到纯度达98%以上的osf-1。westernblotting鉴定该蛋白对人成骨细胞刺激因子抗体具有良好的抗原性。生物活性测定表明提纯的osf-1能促进鼠成骨细胞mc3t3-e1的增殖和分化。利用重组毕赤酵母高效分泌表达了有生物活性的osf-1,为进一步开展其抗骨质疏松活性研究及产业化开发奠定了基础。
兰姆波频散方程的理论求解及实验研究

Abstract: 为了得到板内各声波模态的理论传播速度,利用牛顿切线法求解Lamb频散方程。求解相速度时,保持了频率和板厚在计算中的独立性;求解群速度时利用隐函数求偏导的方法。克服了编程求解中频率厚度不能分离的困难。随后在钢板上进行了实验验证。声速采用声发射定位技术进行测量,并把实验数据进行拟合。研究发现薄板上的实验数据和理论值吻合,厚板上的扩展波理论群速度比实验群速度高400 m/s。
In order to get the theoretical velocity of each acoustic wave mode on the plate, Newton tangent method is used to solve the Lamb dispersion equation. When solving phase velocity, the frequency and thickness of the plate are independence in the calculation, and when solving the group velocity, the method of derivation for implicit function is used. The whole calculation process is simple, efficient, and easy to grasp, with which the difficulty of solving the equation by programming is overcome. Then, the theoretical result is proved by an experiment of AE instrument. The data are contrasted each other. The theoretical velocity of the extensional wave mode is 400m/s higher than the experimental result, while other velocities are similar.

Abstract:
采用经典的箭头Flanker任务考察刺激特征对于认知冲突任务成绩的影响.对实验数据进行多次重复测量方差分析与简单效应分析,结果表明:1) Flanker效应显著(p < 0.001);2) 靶刺激朝右时,认知冲突成绩显著好于朝左时(p < 0.001);3) 四种条件下的认知冲突成绩差异显著(ps < 0.001),表现为RT (rrrrr)显著优于RT (lllll)显著优于RT (llrll)显著优于RT (rrlrr)。本研究发现Flanker任务中存在基于刺激特征的朝向偏好效应:当靶刺激为朝右的箭头时,反应时显著更快。进一步的研究将探索这种朝向偏好脑神经机制,及可能具备的进化学意义。
This study explored the effects of target stimulus orientation, and consistency on orientation be-tween target and distraction stimulus on individuals’ cognitive conflict performance through an arrow Flanker task. Repeated ANOVA and simple effect analysis on the RTs data show that: 1) when orientation of target and distraction stimulus is consistent, performance is significantly better than inconsistent condition (F(1,43) = 505.250, p < 0.001), referring to a Flanker effect; 2) when target stimulus is right-oriented, performance is significantly better than that when left- oriented (F(1,43) = 19.515, p < 0.001); 3) performances on the four different conditions are significantly differentiated to each other: RT (rrrrr) < RT (lllll)< RT (llrll)< RT (rrlrr). The present study found an orientation preference effect in Flanker task; that is to say, right-oriented stimuli induce a significantly faster response than left-oriented stimuli. Further researches will focus on exploring the underlying brain mechanism of this orientation preference, and its potential evolutionary sense.
