Abstract: 大量流行病学研究表明,大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎、防护心脑血管以及预防骨质疏松等多种生理功能。被人和其他哺乳动物摄入体内的大豆异黄酮在胃肠道菌群作用下可被降解为二氢黄豆苷原、二氢染料木素、去氧甲基安哥拉紫檀素、雌马酚等不同代谢产物。体内及体外研究结果均表明,大豆异黄酮代谢产物具有比大豆异黄酮更高、更广的生物学活性。迄今,已有大量大豆异黄酮代谢产物产生菌从不同动物胃肠道微生物菌群中被分离出来。目前,人们正专注于从已分离的大豆异黄酮转化菌株中克隆相关转化酶基因。本文将对大豆异黄酮转化菌株分离及相关转化酶基因克隆现状作一综述。
Epidemiological studies have shown that soy isoflavones have many important physiological activities, such as anticarcinogenic, antioxidant, antiinflammation, protection of cardiovascular diseases, prevention of osteoporosis etc. Isoflavones can be converted to different metabolites, including dihydrodaidzein (DHD), dihydrogenistein (DHG), O-desmethylangolensin (O-Dma), equol etc., by gastrointestinal microflora of humans and other mammals. Both in vitro and in vivo studies have indicated that isoflavone metabolites are of stronger and wider bioactivity than that of isoflavones themselves. To date, many specific bacterial strains capable of biotransforming isoflavones have been isolated from the microflora living in gastrointestinal tract of different animals. At present, researchers are focusing on cloning of genes encoding different biotransforming enzymes from isolated bacterial strains responsible for biotransforming isoflavones. This paper will review the isolated bacterial strains for biotransforming isoflavones and cloning of genes encoding for relative biotransforming enzymes.
球墨铸铁凝固显微组织的元胞自动机模拟*

Abstract: 改进了前期工作建立的多相元胞自动机(multi-phasecellularautomaton,MCA)模型,模拟以离异共晶方式凝固的球墨铸铁的显微组织演化.在模型中采用局部溶质平衡法计算石墨和奥氏体的生长动力学,并在石墨的生长模型中考虑石墨与Fe的密度比.该模型可以模拟出与实验观测相符合的显微组织形貌.应用该模型模拟分析了石墨与奥氏体的相互作用和竞争生长机制,讨论了冷却速率对凝固结束时石墨球大小和尺寸分布的影响,将模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明奥氏体的析出促进邻近石墨在液相中的生长;奥氏体和石墨两相的生长受C扩散控制;当石墨被奥氏体包围后,生长速度减慢.此外,随着冷却速率的增大,凝固时间缩短,石墨球平均半径减小,不同冷速条件下石墨球尺寸分布的变化规律与实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:
目的:探讨运用数字化多媒体传播媒介对促进全膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性及膝关节功能康复的效果。方法:219例行全膝关节置换术后患者根据入院日期分为试验组和对照组。试验组利用数字化多媒体传播媒介分阶段进行健康教育指导,对照组仅给与常规健康教育指导。比较①两组患者术后功能锻炼完成情况;②入院时、出院时和出院后3个月膝关节功能的HSS评分。结果:两组患者术后功能锻炼完成情况差异有统计学意义(p < 0.05);入院时两组患者HSS评分无统计学意义,出院时和出院后3个月的两组HSS评分的差异具有统计学意义(p < 0.05),试验组得分高于对照组。结论:借助数字化多媒体传播媒介进行术后康复健康教育指导,有助于提高全膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼的依从性和改善膝关节功能。
Objective: To investigate the function training compliance and rehabilitation effect of patients after total knee arthroplasty using digital multimedia transmission medium. Methods: 219 patients after total knee arthroplasty were divided into experimental group and control group based on the date of admission. The experimental group used health education guidance by stages using digital multimedia transmission medium, while the control group used common health education guidance. The function training performance after operation, and the HSS score of knee function on admission, at discharge, and 3 months after discharge respectively between the two groups were compared. Results: The difference of function training performance between the two groups was significant (p < 0.05); the HSS score was not significant on admission, while the difference of it at discharge and 3 months after discharge was statistically significant (p < 0.05), and the experimental group scored higher. Conclusion: Using digital multimedia transmission medium for health education guidance after operation helps to improve the function training compliance and knee function of patients after total knee arthroplasty.

不同季节海温与中国夏季降水的时空特征分析

Abstract: 利用季降水异常的典型集合相关降水模式,分析了不同时段和不同区域的海温场与我国夏季(6~8月)降水之间的时空分布特征。结果表明:各大洋区海温存在着明显的季节、年际和年代际变化。与中国夏季降水相联系的印度洋海温的分布特征与季节有关,存在明显的偶极和单极分布形式,这种海温的异常变化对我国夏季纬向或经向雨带有一定的影响,全球特定的海温分布可以作为中国夏季旱涝预报的信号因子。不同季节海温和中国夏季降水在1970年代末都经历了一次突变,说明海温的季节差异对中国夏季降水的影响明显地受到海洋年代际基本态的制约。

Abstract:

以酿酒葡萄黑比诺三个营养系试管苗为试验材料,研究了不同继代次数对不同营养系植物形态学和移栽成活率的影响。结果表明,随着继代次数和继代时间的增加,酿酒葡萄黑比诺试管苗不同营养系在叶形、叶色、枝芽等植物学形态上仍保持该品种的原有特性;继代次数对成苗率和移栽成活率均无影响。因此, “节培法”继代不影响酿酒葡萄品种的繁殖特性和植株生活力。
In this study, test-tube plantlets of three vegetatively propagated lines from wine grape cultivar “Heibinnuo” were selected as plant materials to investigate the effects of subculture times on plant traits and transplanting survival rate of various vegetatively propagated lines. The results indicated that with the increase of subculture times and subculture prolonging three vegetatively propagated lines from wine grape cultivar “Pinot Noir” maintained the original plant traits of the cultivar in leaf shape, leaf color and shoot buddy etc. Subculture times have no effects on plantlet rate and survival rate. Therefore, we proposed that “cutting culture method” does not affect micro-propagation characteristics and plant life vigor of wine grape cultivars.

基于DEA分析法的新疆北疆现代物流效率分析

Abstract: 物流业是当代推进区域经济发展的新的经济增长点,现代物流业是新疆作为“中亚地区商贸中心”国家战略的基础产业,新疆北疆地区是“发展现代化大产业、支撑新疆经济重任”的战略高地,研究北疆地区的现代物流业效率问题对协调发展新疆现代物流业具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。本文运用DEA分析法的C2R模型和C2GS2模型对北疆8个地区2006-2012年的物流效率进行分析。结果表明,北疆地区物流效率水平较低,8个地区中乌鲁木齐市和克拉玛依市物流DEA有效,石河子市、昌吉州、塔城地区、博州、伊犁州和阿勒泰地区物流DEA非有效。物流DEA非有效的地区间物流效率差异比较大,主要是纯技术效率非有效引起的,也就是物流业投入、产出结构不合理,物流投入资源没有转化为有效的物流产出。对区域物流效率的影响因素进行分析,公共环境和社会保障投资及物流业产值表现出对区域物流效率较强的影响力。最后,针对北疆地区物流效率表现出的不足提出相应的对策建议。
水曲柳核微卫星的长度同塑现象

Abstract: ?用核微卫星的长度多态性刻画物种的种群遗传结构,推测其进化历史是现时景观遗传学、亲缘地理学的重要研究手段之一。选择具有合适多态性且突变机制相对明确的核微卫星对研究结果的准确性至关重要。通过收集15个已被广泛使用的梣属(Fraxinus)核微卫星,研究其在水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)中的扩增稳定性,同时应用FIASCO方法针对水曲柳新开发了9对微卫星引物,并用克隆方法抽样检测能成功扩增的核微卫星序列,分析其长度变异的突变机制。研究结果表明,有66.7%的梣属核微卫星引物可以在水曲柳中稳定扩增,但其中有70%的引物在微卫星翼区普遍存在插入缺失,从而导致长度同塑。在新开发的9对引物中,仅33.3%的引物在翼区存在插入缺失。研究结果显示微卫星的长度同塑现象较为普遍,尤其是根据近缘物种开发的引物,这种现象应在利用微卫星的研究中得到重视。

Abstract: 采用能量极小原理研究了Permalloy(Py)/Cu/Co/NiO多层膜结构中层间耦合强度和应力各向异性场对薄膜共振频率的影响,得到共振频率随外磁场强度变化关系式.结果发现外应力场强度和方向对系统共振频率的影响在本文中要强于层间耦合强度和交换各向异性场.外应力场方向对光学模共振频率的影响强于声学模,而外应力场强度对声学模共振频率的影响强于光学模.
Abstract: The ferromagnetic resonant (FMR) frequency in Py/Cu/Co/NiO multilayer structures with intensity of interlayer coupling and stress anisotropy has been studied by using the principle of minimal energy. It is found that the FMR frequencies of optical mode and acoustic mode all increase with the increasing external magnetic field. The stress field intensity and direction are more important for FMR frequency of the system than the interlayer coupling and the exchange anisotropy field. Furthermore, the influence of external stress field direction on the FMR frequencies for the optical mode is stronger than the acoustic mode. On the contrary, the dependence of the FMR frequencies for the acoustic mode on stress field intensity is larger.
