以酿酒葡萄黑比诺三个营养系试管苗为试验材料，研究了不同继代次数对不同营养系植物形态学和移栽成活率的影响。结果表明，随着继代次数和继代时间的增加，酿酒葡萄黑比诺试管苗不同营养系在叶形、叶色、枝芽等植物学形态上仍保持该品种的原有特性；继代次数对成苗率和移栽成活率均无影响。因此， “节培法”继代不影响酿酒葡萄品种的繁殖特性和植株生活力。In this study, test-tube plantlets of three vegetatively propagated lines from wine grape cultivar “Heibinnuo” were selected as plant materials to investigate the effects of subculture times on plant traits and transplanting survival rate of various vegetatively propagated lines. The results indicated that with the increase of subculture times and subculture prolonging three vegetatively propagated lines from wine grape cultivar “Pinot Noir” maintained the original plant traits of the cultivar in leaf shape, leaf color and shoot buddy etc. Subculture times have no effects on plantlet rate and survival rate. Therefore, we proposed that “cutting culture method” does not affect micro-propagation characteristics and plant life vigor of wine grape cultivars.
