Abstract: 总结和归纳了国内外部分关于沼液农田施用增产提质效应及对水土环境影响的研究成果,表明沼液对于提高作物产量与品质、促进植物种子萌发、防治病虫害、提高土壤养分含量具有积极作用,但大量施用时对于水土环境存在污染风险。说明在沼液施用程中,应充分考虑作物及农田对于沼液的承载能力,在对土壤及地下水没有污染的前提下选择用量,对其在农产品生产中的安全性进行系统、定量的监测和安全评价,这样既能节省对化肥的需求,减少农民的生产成本,又为沼气工程处理沼液提供了科学指导,有利于预防农田消纳沼液时潜在的环境风险发生。

Abstract: 从大肠杆菌工程菌中纯化脑啡肽-αⅰ干扰素融合蛋白,测定其在小鼠脑内的镇痛作用,阿片受体结合功能及对肿瘤细胞生长抑制和体内抗肿瘤作用.结果显示,与αⅰ干扰素母体相比,融合蛋白具有较强的镇痛作用,镇痛作用可为腹腔注射阿片受体拮抗剂naloxone和naltrindole反转,融合蛋白可竞争3h标记σ型阿片受体配基dpdpe与膜受体结合.融合蛋白的肿瘤细胞生长抑制和体内抗肿瘤作用也高于母体分子,说明脑啡肽和αⅰ干扰素的融合蛋白实现并增强了脑啡肽-αⅰ干扰素融合蛋白的双重功能.

Abstract:
在语言加工过程中,记忆性认知活动至关重要。然而,人类由于人种、民族或地域的差异,记忆的行为也极具差异。霍尔通过对人类学、人种学以及地域分布的考察,发现了“单时制”和“多时制”两种极具个性特征的记忆人群。基于霍尔的“单/多时制”理论,将其延伸至口译翻译的认知与心理领域时发现,口译记忆的方式不同,导致各自顾及的重点不同,在制衡对手的方法上也有所不同,因此,双方所持有的“优势”也不同。研究的结论是:优势互补的最佳选择是充分掌握对方思维的特点及行事方式,知己知彼,避免对策的盲目性。
In language processing, cognitive actions of memory are of utmost importance. Nevertheless, these actions are quite different because of the difference between the ethnic groups, nationalities and their living regions. Through a long-term investigation into the anthropology, ethnic groups and the distribution of people, Hall found out the two characterized types of groups: the Monochronic Group and the Polychronic Group. Based on Hall’s M/P Theory, we found that people may focus on different points or use different ways in interpretation due to the difference between the ways they are memorizing. Therefore, the way to control their rivals and their advantages are also different. Hence, the verdict of the study is that: the best way for complementing each other’s advantages is to understand the action and thinking characteristics of our rivals. That is, to avoid blind actions, we have to know ourselves as well as the rivals.

Abstract:
在汉语中如果我们说“你能多吃就多吃”或“你能少吃就少吃”是不会引起任何误会的。但是如果我们说“你能吃多少吃多少”,会使人感到费解。那么是什么原因导致这种意义的模糊?人们又是怎么化解这些疑惑的呢?本文基于对语言同构句语义重构现象的分析,从认知心理学、语用学、社会语境及情感等多个角度来阐释重构后的意义的心理取舍过程,并得出相对合理的推导或结论。
When we say Ni neng duo chi jiu duo chi (你能多吃就多吃) or Ni neng shao chi jiu shao chi (你能少吃就少吃), it is easily understood in Mandarin Chinese. Nevertheless, Ni neng chi duo shao chi duo shao (你能吃多少吃多少) is an obscure sentence. Why is the meaning of the sentence vague? How do people eliminate the vagueness? Based on the analysis of the phenomena of semantic meaning restructuring in isomorphic sentences, this paper tries to explain the meaning choice processes from the angle of cognitive psychology, pragmatics, social context, and affections. It presents its reasonable relevant inference and conclusion.

Abstract:
利用自由基聚合机理合成聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAAM)和聚丙烯酰胺/CaCu3Ti4O12杂合水凝胶(PAAM/CCTO)。研究表明,当将CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)纳米粉末引入到PAAM网络中后得到的PAAM/CCTO杂合水凝胶能保持较好的膨胀性,同时发现,通过调节CCTO的含量可以增强杂合水凝胶pH敏感性。
The P(AAM) hydrogels and P(AAM)/CCTO hybrid hydrogels were prepared by free radical poly-merization methods. The experimental results revealed that P(AAM)/CCTO hybrid hydrogels show a stronger pH-sensitivity and higher swelling properties by adjusting or modulating the concen-tration of the CCTO.

Abstract: ?利用显微及扫描电镜方法,研究热胁迫下萝卜不同耐热性品种外部形态、叶片及叶柄组织细胞结构的差异。耐热性品种比感热性品种叶表皮气孔密度大、体积小和开度小,部分呈关闭状态;叶片厚、叶肉细胞排列紧密,叶肉细胞很少出现质壁分离;耐热性品种叶柄内维管束总面积是感热性品种的1.5倍以上,具发达的形成层及厚壁组织。讨论了耐、感性品种结构差异与保持水分、免受高温失水伤害的关系。
