E-44/EP-1环氧树脂胶黏剂在湿热与室温环境下蠕变试验及数值模拟

Abstract: 环氧树脂胶黏剂在长期载荷作用下产生蠕变变形,尤其是在湿热环境下蠕变现象更加明显,不利于工程实践的推广应用。本文采用CARE多功能拉伸试验机对湿热以及室温环境下的环氧树脂胶黏剂试件进行了5MPa、10MPa、15MPa和17.5MPa定载荷蠕变试验,对比了湿热与室温状态下胶体的蠕变行为。试验结果表明湿热环境对胶体蠕变性能影响显著,并且这种影响随着应力的增大而逐步扩大。同时利用ABAQUS有限元软件对不同状态下环氧树脂胶黏剂的蠕变行为进行了数值模拟,通过对比发现,模拟结果与试验结果吻合,为环氧树脂胶黏剂蠕变特性研究提供了一种有效的分析方式。
河流水质大系统灰色非线性规划的分解协调方法

Abstract: 对多排污口和复杂河系排污的水质规划问题进行了研究,探讨了河流水质系统的广义不确定性;建立了河流水质灰色非线性规划模型。针对河流复杂排污体系的灰色非线性规划面临的高阶、高维和非线性问题,提出运用大系统理论分解协调方法解决上述问题,在此基础上,定义了灰凸集,灰凸函数、灰凸规划,证明了灰色非线性规划模型的拓广Kuhn-Tucker条件。实例研究表明,本模型与方法合理、可信,适合于一般含灰参数的灰色非线性规划问题。

Abstract: 提出了基于电路版图级综合的频率部分空间映射神经网络建模的微波电路设计方法.将空间映射技术应用在神经网络建模中降低了神经网络的复杂程度,频率部分空间映射技术仅建立部分设计参数的映射,在确保一定准确度的前提下可以提高建模效率,减小神经网络拓扑结构的复杂性,使粗模型的参数提取时间以及神经网络的训练时间减少.空间映射技术中粗模型由版图级综合得到,基于全波分析的集总电路建模考虑寄生效应,具有一定的准确性和快速性,作为频率部分空间映射神经网络建模技术高质量的粗模型,从而提高了建摸的准确性和速度,增强建模的灵活性.在细模型的扫频中,采用S-B自适应采样技术可以进一步减少建模时间.本文用此方法设计低温共烧陶瓷滤波器,证明用这种方法建模快速、准确.

Abstract: ?伦理型领导是近年来国外内理论研究与管理实践关注的焦点之一。然而,以往有关伦理型领导与员工反生产行为关系的研究并不多见,更缺乏探讨不同层次伦理型领导对员工反生产行为的作用机制。立足于中国特有的文化背景和社会现实,从多层次视角研究伦理型领导对员工反生产行为的影响机制,具体包括三个内容:(1)高层伦理型领导对群体反生产行为的影响机制,重点检验伦理文化的中介作用和组织结构的调节作用;(2)中国文化背景下高层伦理型领导影响员工反生产行为的“瀑布效应”,以及权力距离导向的调节作用;(3)基层伦理型领导对员工反生产行为的影响机制,重点检验领导信任和领导认同的中介作用,以及传统性和道德同一性的调节作用。探讨不同层次伦理型领导对员工反生产行为的作用机制,不仅可以丰富和发展伦理型领导与反生产行为的理论体系,对组织如何培养和指导伦理型领导工作也可以提供有效的策略和方法。

This paper introduces the latest application progress of microwave technology in the petrochemical industry, including dehydration, denitrification, desulfurization, deacidification, etc. Finally, it is concluded that microwave technology is an environmentally-friendly, efficient and energy-saving new process. The new method, in various related fields in the petrochemical industry, has shown its enormous advantages compared with traditional processes, and the development and application prospects will be very broad.

Abstract:
本文采用微波提取法从肉桂中提取肉桂醛浸膏,并以HPLC法测定所得到的浸膏中肉桂醛含量。在微波处理保持85℃恒温基础上,通过L9(33)正交试验,考察了乙醇浓度、作用时间、和微波功率三个因素对提取效果的影响。优选肉桂醛在微波作用条件下的最佳提取工艺,并考察提取肉桂醛的效果。研究结果表明,微波作用对于从肉桂中提取肉桂醛具有较高的效率。采用这种提取方法,微波功率为主要影响因素,然后是作用时间,最后是乙醇浓度。最佳的提取工艺是提取溶剂为95%乙醇、微波作用时间为40 min、微波功率为600 W。
In this paper, cinnamaldehyde was extracted from Cinnamon by microwave abstraction, and the content of cinnamaldehyde in the extract was determined by HPLC. The effects of ethanol concen-tration, reaction time and microwave power on the extraction were investigated by L9(33) or-thogonal test at 85?C. The optimum extraction process of cinnamaldehyde from Cinnamomum cassia under microwave irradiation was studied. The results showed that microwave irradiation had high efficiency for cinnamaldehyde extraction from Cinnamomum cassia. With this method, microwave power is the main factor, then the action time, and finally the concentration of ethanol. The optimum extraction technology is the extraction solvent is 95% ethanol, the microwave time is 40 min and the microwave power is 600 W.

The application and research status of microwave chemical technology in the field of wastewater degradation are reviewed. Some problems in the treatment methods and applications of different wastewaters were discussed, and their development was prospected in this field. In this paper, the combined use of microwave technology and some new technologies is analyzed. From the point of view of degradation efficiency, the combination of microwave technology and some new wastewater treatment technologies has opened up a new way to deal with the refractory organic wastewater.

Abstract:
肉桂醛是一种重要的食品香料、医疗和保健药品以及化工原材料。常规的肉桂醛提取分离方法,主要采用索氏提取法和超声波提取法,分离主要采用水蒸气蒸馏法。本文采用微波提取法和微波水合物蒸馏分离法,从肉桂皮中提取分离肉桂醛。实验表明,本文所采用的微波方法不仅产率比较高,而且省时、高效和环保,具有重要的实践意义。
Cinnamaldehyde is an important food spice, medical and health care product, and chemical raw material. The conventional extraction and separation methods of cinnamaldehyde are mainly soxhlet extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method. In this paper, cinnamaldehyde was extracted from cinnamon bark by microwave extraction and microwave hydrate distillation sepa-ration. The experiment result shows that the microwave method adopted in this paper not only has high production rate, but also saves time, efficiency and environmental protection. The study is a useful attempt to extract organic matter from green plants in the field of applied biology. It has important practical and theoretical significance.
