热带海洋气候下海水中氧化硫硫杆菌和假单胞菌协同作用对45钢腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract: 采用失重法、表面分析技术和电化学测试技术研究了45钢在硫杆菌和假单胞菌协同作用下的腐蚀行为。结果表明,与单种菌相比,腐蚀初期两种菌混合作用下45钢平均腐蚀速率受到明显抑制。随浸泡时间延长,30d时混菌体系中电极电化学阻抗值较单菌体系减小,腐蚀电位降低,腐蚀电流密度增大,混菌逐渐加速了金属腐蚀。扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明,混合菌体系中45钢腐蚀产物膜存在大量裂纹且金属表面点蚀现象更为严重。

Abstract: 诸多处理不确定性问题的理论由于各自的侧重点不同,因而相互之间具有很强的互补性。本文研究了将两种常用于处理不完备信息的理论结合来给出一种新的相对约简算法,并给出实例计算结果,证明了算法的可行性。
Many theories used for uncertainty problems are strongly complementary to each other because they focus on different aspects. This study proposes a new relative reduction algorithm by combing two theories which are frequently used to process incomplete information. It has been proved by example that the result is reliable.

Abstract: 随着人工智能与脑科学等前沿技术的迅速发展, 无人系统智能化研究正逐渐成为当今世界强国重点关注 的战略发展方向, 研究与之相关的科学问题具有前瞻性、战略性和带动性. 文章首先分析了无人系统的发展需求, 提出了面向需求的若干关键问题, 包括复杂环境与态势信息的感知与认知问题、整体效能最优的分布式任务决策 问题、面向任务需求的路径实时规划问题、考虑高不确定环境的自学习控制问题、应对非预期情况的故障诊断及容 错问题以及基于人机接口的人机交互问题; 随后, 系统阐述了类脑智能技术在解决这些问题上的国内外研究现状; 最后, 论述了无人系统类脑智能化发展中依然存在的问题及未来发展趋势.
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and brain science technology, intelligent unmanned vehicles is becoming the strategic development direction for world powers today, and the research of related scientific problems are forward-looking, strategic and strong in promotion. This paper first analyzes the development requirements of unmanned vehicles, based on which several requirement-oriented key problems is put forward, including the perception and cognition problem of the complex environment and situation, the distributed task decision problem subject to optimal overall effectiveness, the real-time path planning problem satisfying task requirement, the self-learning control problem under high uncertainty environment, the fault diagnosis and fault tolerance problem in response to unexpected situation and the human-machine interaction problem based on human-machine interaction equipment. Then, the current research status of brain intelligent technology in solving these problems at home and abroad is discussed. Finally, this paper summarizes the existing problems and presents the prospects in the development of intelligent unmanned vehicles.

柿粉树脂的制备及其吸附Cu2+和Pb2+的效应

Abstract: 以柿粉为原料通过甲醛交联固化制备出柿粉树脂(PPR);利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、Zeta电位、热变性温度、比表面积等对其进行表征,并探讨其吸附Cu2+和Pb2+的效应。结果表明,(1)PPR对Cu2+和Pb2+的吸附效果显著高于柿粉与活性炭;(2)pH值对吸附平衡影响较大,最佳pH值范围为5.0~6.0;(3)PPR对Cu2+和Pb2+的吸附在180min内可达到吸附平衡,提高吸附温度可提高吸附速率,其吸附动力学数据可用拟二级速率方程良好拟合;(4)提高金属离子初始浓度可增加平衡吸附量,Freundlich和Langmuir方程可分别拟合PPR对Cu2+(R2>0.98)和Pb2+(R2>0.99)的吸附等温线;(5)PPR(2.0g/L)可吸附混合重金属溶液中83.73%的Cu2+和98.63%的Pb2+;(6)PPR可循环使用5次以上;(7)PPR对Cu2+与Pb2+的吸附效应可能是静电吸附与配位反应共同作用的结果。该研究结果表明,PPR是一种有应用前景的处理含重金属废水的备选材料。
蒙古栎抗弯弹性模量多模型共识的近红外检测方法

Abstract: 利用近红外光谱技术预测蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)抗弯弹性模量(MOE),提出GN(global and neighborhood)样本优选与CPLS多模型共识的建模方法。选取近红外光谱谱段为900~1 700 nm,径切面和弦切面采集。首先,采用一阶导数与S-G卷积平滑相结合的方法进行数据预处理; 然后,利用GN算法计算光谱样本间的全局和邻域马氏距离,实现蒙古栎MOE异常样本的剔除与校正集、预测集的自动划分; 最后,融合具有多个成员样本子集的PLS模型,构建CPLS共识模型,取平均值作为最终预测结果。实验采用135个300 mm×20 mm×20 mm的无疵小试样为样本,剔除异常样本12个,并选取其中78个为校正集样本,45个为预测集样本。结果表明,一阶导数处理能够消除光谱背景平缓区域干扰,S-G能消除小峰值无关吸收峰的影响; GN样本优选与CPLS结合的建模方法,预测相关系数为0.85,相对分析误差(RPD)为1.93,预测效果比传统PLS建模更好,且稳定性有所提高,但该改进模型方法的RPD依然小于2.5,因此,可做初步分析,准确地进行定量预测依然存在局限性。
Near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopy was used to examine the modulus of elasticity(MOE)for Quercus mongolica wood and a model using global and neighborhood(GN)distance to select samples and consensus PLS(CPLS)was proposed. The NIR spectra were collected in the range of 900-1 700 nm on the radial and tangential surfaces of wood samples. Initially, first derivative combined with the S-G smooth method was used to pre-process. Then, the global and neighborhood Mahalanobis distance was calculated to eliminate the abnormal samples and divide calibration and prediction sets automatically. Finally, each sub-sets of PLS model was combined to establish CPLS, and the average values were reported as the examined MOE values. The samples with a size of 300 mm×20 mm×20 mm(135 in total)and without defects were used, and 12 abnormal samples were eliminated during the examination. The 78 samples were used for the calibration set, and 45 samples were for the validation set. The results showed that the first derivative can eliminate the influence of gentle area, and S-G can inhibit the irrelevant absorption peak. With the correlation of 0.85, RPD of 1.93, and improved stability, the method combined with GN method and CPLS model was better than traditional PLS. However, RPD was lower than 2.5, indicating that the method can perform well in the preliminary analysis rather than the accurately quantitative analysis
宫颈细胞学联合高危型HPV检测在子宫颈癌及癌前病变检出中的作用

Abstract: ?目的?对宫颈细胞学、高危型HPV和联合检测(细胞学联合高危型HPV检测)三种方法在检出宫颈癌及癌前病变中的作用进行了比较。方法?从2014年1月至2015年12月在北京大学第三医院妇科门诊自愿行机会性筛查的妇女,进行宫颈细胞学检查和高危型HPV检测及阴道镜检查和宫颈活检组织病理学检查。宫颈细胞学采用Surepath和Thinprep液基薄片的方法,高危型HPV检测采用HC-II和Cobas 4800检测系统。结果?两年间共有3467位妇女入组进行机会性筛查,年龄24~65岁,宫颈细胞学检出宫颈癌及癌前病变的漏诊率(9.03 %)高于高危型HPV检测(2.66%)和联合检测(0.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。高危型HPV阳性的ASC-US、ASC-H、LSIL、HSIL和AGC经组织病理学检出≥CIN2病变的概率均比HPV阴性者高(P<0.01)。结论?联合检测检出宫颈癌及癌前病变的漏诊率低于细胞学和HPV检测,联合检测能为异常筛查结果的管理提供更多指导临床的信息,并有助于提高宫颈腺癌的检出。
制备柿单宁金属吸附剂的柿属植物种质筛选
Screening of Persimmon Germplasm for Preparation of Tannin-based Metal Adsorbents

Abstract: 以7份有代表性的柿属植物为对象,经真空冷冻干燥后制备成果粉,对果粉采用硫酸交联法制备出柿单宁金属吸附剂,比较其对Au(III)吸附的效果以筛选出优质的柿单宁金属吸附剂种质。结果表明,不同类型种质的柿果实单宁质量分数差异明显,所制备的吸附剂对Au(III)吸附率与单宁质量分数存在正相关;在供试柿种质中,油柿果实的单宁质量分数最高,且在果实发育期均维持较高水平,适合用作吸附剂制备专用种质;优选出盛花后140 d的油柿果实为原料制备的柿单宁金属吸附剂对Au(III)的吸附动力学和等温线数据表明该吸附过程容易发生,吸附容量高于1 200 mg/g,显示其有良好的应用前景。
Persimmon tannin-based adsorbents via sulfuric acid cross-linking method had been prepared from 7 typical genotypes fruit powder of Diospyros L.,and their adsorption capacity of Au(III) was investigated to screen high quality germplasm.The results showed that the tannin mass fraction of different persimmon genotypes varied widely,the adsorption rate of Au (III) was positively correlated with tannin mass fraction of the adsorbent.Among the tested persimmon germplasms,the tannin mass fraction of D.oleifera was the highest,and maintained at higher level at fruit development stage,so D.oleifera was very suitable for the preparation of adsorbents in metals adsorption.The adsorption kinetics and isotherm data of Au(III), which prepared by the adsorbent using D.oleifera fruit of 140 days after flowering, indicated the adsorption process occurred easily,the adsorption capacity was higher than 1 200 mg/g,so D.oleifera showed a potential application prospect.

Abstract: 薏苡为禾本科植物,有健脾利湿、清热排脓、美容养颜的功能。薏苡的种仁不仅可以供人们食用,更可以开发用于治疗肿瘤、高血糖、高血脂等。多酚类化合物是薏苡诸多生理功能的活性物质之一。薏苡中所含的多酚类化合物,具有较强的抗氧化性,是薏苡发挥抗氧化作用的重要活性物质之一。本文概述了薏苡中天然存在的诸多活性物质,并且论述了薏苡中多酚类化合物的抗氧化作用。
As a gramineous plant, Job’s tears has the function of invigorating spleen to remove dampness, clearing away heat and eliminating pus and maintaining beauty and keeping young. The seeds of Job’s tears are not only edible, but also can be developed for the treatment of tumors, hyperglyce-mia, hyperlipidemia and so on. The polyphenol compounds are one kind of the active materials of Job’s tears’ multiple physiological functions. The polyphenol compounds contained in Job’s tears, with strong oxidation resistance, are one of the important active substances of Job’s tears’ anti-oxygenation. The paper summarizes the numerous active substances naturally existed in Job’s tears, and expounds the antioxidant effect of polyphenol compounds in Job’s tears.
