Abstract:
本研究的目的是考察新生代农民工幸福感的影响因素。以175名新生代农民工为研究对象,采用综合幸福问卷和自编影响因素问卷,考察了新生代农民工幸福感的现状及影响因素。结果发现:1) 新生代农民工幸福感的水平不高;2) 性别、年龄、婚姻状况、收入对新生代农民工幸福感影响显著;3) 认为自己是否是农民以及想不想改变农民身份对新生代农民工的幸福感均存在显著影响。
To investigate impact factors of the new generation of migrant workers’ well-being, 175 migrant workers were surveyed by multiple happiness questionnaire (MHQ) and self-developed ques-tionnaire of impact factors to investigate the status of well-being and impact factors. The results showed that: 1) the level of the new generation of migrant workers’ well-being is not high; 2) the demographic variables such as gender, age, marriage, and income have influenced the new gener-ation of migrant workers’ well-being significantly; 3) both the identity of farmer and the willingness to change farmer identity have influenced the new generation of migrant workers’ well- being significantly.

Abstract:
陶瓷制造水平主要取决于陶瓷粉体的制造,高性能、微细晶粒的陶瓷粉体是决定陶瓷生产和制造水平的关键环节。近年来主要采用化学共沉淀法、水解水热法、有机凝胶网格法等方法制造氧化锆粉体,生成的晶粒尺寸更加细小,晶型生长更加完整,使氧化锆陶瓷制造水平得到飞速发展。
Manufacture of ceramic mainly depends on the level of ceramic powder. Ceramic powder with high performance and fine grain is the key to determine the level of ceramics’ production and manufacture. In recent years, zirconia powder is produced mainly by chemical coprecipitation method, hydrothermal hydrolysis method, organic gel grid method, etc., through which, the grain size is much more smaller and the crystal growth is more complete. Thus the zirconia ceramic manufacturing level has been rapidly developed.

Abstract: 合作的进化是人类社会演化过程中表现出的重要机制。以演化博弈为理论框架,结合计算机仿真技术分析人类合作行为,为合作进化研究提供了新的视角。为反映合作进化的研究进展,梳理了基于演化博弈的合作进化研究的相关文献。首先,给出了合作进化研究中常用的演化博弈模型,然后总结了促进合作进化的主要机制,最后归纳了影响合作进化的重要因素。在对已有研究综述的基础上,分析了已有研究的不足并进行了展望。
Evolution of cooperation is an important mechanism in social evolution process. Evolutionary game theory and computer simulation technology provide a new perspective for analyzing cooperative behavior of human. To reflect the research progress of evolution of cooperation, we reviewed literatures of cooperative evolution based on evolutionary game. Firstly, we present several evolutionary game models used in the study of evolution of cooperation. And then, main mechanisms of promoting cooperation level are summarized. Finally, important factors influences the evolution of cooperation are inducted. Based on the review of research status, further analysis on the existed problems and shortcomings is made and some perspectives on the development trends of future research are provided.

Based on the proposed cooperative model of graduate joint training, we summarize the working mechanisms from four aspects of admission and graduation, docking and exchanges, training and guidance, and daily management.

Abstract: 兰坪盆地的演化受控于盆地所处的构造背景,经历了中三叠世至早侏罗世的陆内裂谷盆地、中-晚侏罗世的拗陷盆地、白垩纪的前陆盆地、古新世-中新世的走滑盆地。盆内成矿与盆地性质密切相关,陆内裂谷盆地阶段是重要的成矿期,具热水沉积矿床特征;拗陷盆地阶段多形成铜多金属矿床;前陆盆地阶段为喜山期的成矿作了物质准备;走滑盆地阶段,由于推覆构造活动强烈,深部流体和浅部红层中的盆地流体的混合,提供了大量的矿物质,并就位于构造圈闭中,形成如金顶铅锌矿等大型矿床。
