城镇化对于居民收入的提升效应——以河北省为例
Empirical Research on Urbanization to Increase for Urban Residents’ Income Effect——Taking Hebei Province as An Example

Abstract: 在劳动力市场分割的情况下,农村务工人员进入城镇就业市场对于城镇就业人员既有替代效应,又有互补效应。如果后者强于前者,则城镇化可以提升城镇居民的收入水平。河北省的数据显示,城镇化水平每增加1个百分点,可以拉动城镇居民收入提高2.6个百分点;进一步分解,城镇化率每提高1个百分点可以提升工资性收入、经营净收入、财产性收入和转移性收入分别为1.99、5.36、0.93、3.30个百分点;从长期看,城镇居民可支配收入与城镇人口数量、人均GDP之间具备协整关系,即城镇人口数量每提高1个百分点,城镇居民的可支配收入将下降0.39个百分点;人均GDP每提高1个百分点,城镇居民可支配收入相应提高0.95个百分点。为更好地发挥城镇化对居民收入的提升作用,一要注重城市群网络和小城镇的引领作用;二要加快产业结构调整,优化就业结构;三要建立长效机制,用制度来保障城市居民收入提高;四要改变传统观念,促进新市民社会的形成。
Based on the segmentation of the labor market, rural workers into urban employment market for urban resident have the substitution effect, and complementary effect. If the latter is stronger than the former, urbanization will raise the income level of urban residents. The data of Hebei province show that the level of urbanization increased by 1 percentage point, can pull the income of urban residents increased by 2.6 percentage points;And further, the urbanization rate increased by 1 percentage point, can improve the wage income, operating income, property income and transfer income increased by 1.99, 5.36, 0.93, 3.30 percentage points respectively; In the long term, there is a co integration relation among disposable income of urban residents, the number of urban population and GDP per capita;every percentage point increase in the unmber of urban population drop disposable income of urban residents by 0.39 percentage points; every percentage point increase in GDP per capita raise disposable income of urban residents by 0.95 percentage points. In order to better play the role of urbanization to promote urban residents’ income, here are a few things to keep in mind. First, pay attention to the leading function of city group network and small towns. Second, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure, and optimize the structure of employment. Third, establish the long term mechanism to ensure the improvement of urban residents’ income. Finally, change the traditional ideas, and promote the formation of new civil society.

Abstract: ?为了弄清垄作坡面地表微地形的变化及土壤侵蚀特征,以期有效防控紫色土区坡耕地水土流失,通过室内人工模拟降雨试验,分析递增和递减降雨系列下,紫色土区横坡垄作坡面地表微地形的空间变化特征,探讨其对地表产流和侵蚀产沙的影响。结果表明:1)在不同降雨条件下,地表高程变化均以减小为主,变化量主要集中在-2~0cm之间。2)递增降雨条件下,地表糙度在前2场降雨中无明显变化,到第3场降雨后明显增大;递减降雨条件下则先增大后减小。3)不同降雨条件侵蚀产沙量差异不大,递增降雨条件下产沙量比递减条件下大3.9%;但产流量比递减条件下小14.8%。4)递增降雨较递减降雨产流、产沙时间更晚。5)横坡垄作在小降雨强度时可有效地减少土壤侵蚀,但当降雨强度增大到1郾5mm/min时,则易发生断垄现象,反而会增大土壤侵蚀。

Abstract: 通过实际计算导线受到张力时钢线和铝线的受力分配情况和安全系数,提出在重冰区计算导线过载能力时,应考虑铝线的受力情况,保证铝线的最小安全系数,优先考虑采用钢芯铝合金绞线。
The article propose that while calculating the ACSR overload capacity in heavy ice area should considerate aluminum conductor stress, and give the suggestion to use aluminum alloy conductors steel-reinforced in heavy ice area.
在盐的水溶液中非电解质活度系数的研究Ⅳ.无机盐对四氯化碳在水中溶度的影响

Abstract: 在紫外光区四氯化碳的吸收光谱和它在水中的吸收光谱并不相同.在波长2000-2500?的范围内,四氯化碳在纯水中的吸收光谱有一高峰出现于λ=2085?的位置.在这峰上,体系的光密度和四氯化碳在水中的浓度成正比,顺从Beer定律.我们的有限经验发现在某些盐水溶液中[(CH3)4NCl,(CH3)4NBr,NaClO3,NaBr,CsCl和HCl],四氯化碳的吸收峰发生移动.但是浓度不太大的锂、钠、钾、钙的氯化物和钠、钾、镁的硫酸盐的水溶液中,四氯化碳的吸收峰仍在λ=2085?,并且不随盐的浓度的变化而移动.在这波长上,Beer定律仍能适用.我们用分光光度计在25℃下(除氯化锂溶液是在20°外)测定不同浓度的上述七种盐溶液中四氯化碳的活度系数f,得到七条直线形的logf对C5(克分子/升)的图.这些盐对四氯化碳都起盐析作用,盐析次序是如果浓度单位是离子强度μ,从logf对μ的图得到的盐析次序是Na2SO4>K2SO4>NaCl>KCl>CaCl2>MgSO4>LiCl此盐析次序不合离子大小的次序(离子愈小,盐析愈大);偏差特别显著的是含很小离子的盐,氯化锂和硫酸镁.以μ为浓度单位,我们根据内压力的盐析理论,计算锂、钠、钾的氯化物和钠、镁的硫酸盐五种盐溶液对四氯化碳的盐析常数kμ.这些kμ的值约为实验kμ值的两倍多至三倍多,但是前者的盐析次序却和后者的相符.这个事实指出Bernal-Fowler的小离子对周围水分子结构的影响的理论和内压力的盐析理论有定性的正确性.

Abstract: 研制一种不含铬的低温快速磷化液并用X射线衍射及能谱、扫描电镜、电化学等方法研究了游离酸度、温度和所含物质对其磷化效果的影响及磷化膜的晶相、形貌、耐蚀性.结果表明,该磷化液在35℃~45℃、5min~8min时,能在6061铝合金上形成一层致密均匀的磷化膜,膜重4g/m2~6g/m2,作为油漆底层具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:
海洋石油平台微电网是海上石油平台非常重要的组成部分,其稳定性对海洋石油平台的安全起着至关重要的作用。因此,建立海洋石油平台微电网模型,进而研究它的稳定性,有助于监测及评估海洋石油平台微电网的安全状态,为平台电气工程师及管理、运行人员提供安全运行预警及策略建议,有助于提高海洋平台的安全运行水平,具有非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文首先介绍了海洋石油平台微电网的相关特点,接着对其燃气轮机的主要构成部分进行分析,并用PSCAD软件建立相关模型,最后根据微电网的电路结构示意图建立相关模型,对微电网以电动机为主要负荷时,在不同运行状态和电动机负荷所占比重不同的情况下,进行一系列仿真,得出相关结论。
Offshore oil platform micro grid is a very important part of offshore oil platform, and its stability plays an important role in the safety of offshore oil platform. Therefore, establishing mathematical model of offshore oil platform of the micro grid and studying its stability helps monitor and access the safety state of offshore oil platform of the micro grid, and this provides early warning strategy and suggestions for the electrical engineers and management personnel operating platform and does good for improving the safe operation level of the offshore platform. These actions are of much theoretical value and realistic meaning. This paper first introduces the characteristics of offshore oil platform of the micro grid, then analyzes the main components of gas turbine, sets up the model by PSCAD, and establishes the model according to the circuit structure of the micro grid diagram. It carries out a series of simulation in different operating conditions and different motor load proportion by assuming the motor as the main load first and gets relevant conclusions.
