Abstract:
采用气相色谱–质谱法(GC-MS)对工业苯胺法合成2-巯基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)的副产废树脂进行了定性、定量测定。废树脂经四氢呋喃溶解后,采用GC-MS法测定,样品中分离的各种成分用NIST08谱库进行对照检索,采用面积归一法,计算出各化合物成分的相对含量。共鉴定了废树脂中的7种有机化合物,其中2-巯基苯并噻唑(M)和苯并噻唑(BT)的相对含量最高,分别为29.2%、31.1%。苯胺含量为6.2%,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚含量为17.4%,苯并噻唑衍生物含量共为14.2%,所鉴定的7种有机化合物峰面积之和占到总峰面积的98.1%。
The relative content and constituents of spent resins from the aniline process adopted to the syn-thesis 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (the Accelerator M) were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). After being dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, spent resins were measured by GC-MS and identified by NIST08. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Total 7 constituents were identified in spent resins, wherein the relative contents of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (M) and benzothiazole (BT) were the highest, accounting for 29.2% and 31.1% respectively. The contents of aniline, 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and benzothiazole derivative were 6.2%, 17.4% and 14.2%, taking 98.1% of the total peak area.

Abstract: ?1988年7月,如皋县胜利乡一农民将前1年的玉米(约40kg)用水浸泡10天后凉干磨面食用。结果,22人食用21人中毒。中毒者自觉上腹不适、恶心、腹胀、黄疸,重者抽搐、昏迷,造成6人死亡。事故发生后我们从现场采到剩余玉米面2份。现将病原分离报告如下。

Abstract: 针对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)铣削提出了一种切削力精确建模方法,即考虑刀具底刃切削作用的铣削力机械模型,通过实验识别底刃和侧刃的切削力并分析了切削力变化规律,建立了切削力系数关于瞬时切削厚度、纤维切削角及切削速度的BP神经网络模型,进一步实现了对铣削力的预测。单向板和多向板的铣削验证实验表明考虑刀具底刃因素可以提高切削力预测的准确性,同时也验证了BP神经网络在CFRP切削力建模中的可行性。
A mechanistic based cutting force model was proposed for predicting forces in milling of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite (CFRP), in which the effects of the cutting edges on the tool periphery and bottom were both considered. Through experiments, the force contributions by peripheral edges and bottom edges were recognized and analyzed. The influences of the instantaneous chip thickness, fiber cutting angle and cutting speed on the specific cutting forces were recognized and modeled based on BP neural network. The proposed approach shows better agreement with the experimental. The result shows the prediction accuracy of force can be improved when the bottom of cutter blade was incorporated in the model. The feasibility of BP neural network for cutting force modeling was also verified

Abstract: ?用野生马齿苋喂高脂膳食家兔,研究它对家兔血脂水平和脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果显示:野生马齿苋明显降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);野生马齿苋能提高血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,降低脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量;马齿苋是抗动脉粥样硬化、预防冠心病的保健野菜。
阴极电泳用阳离子型封闭异氰酸酯的合成与应用

Abstract: ?选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(ipdi)、封闭剂丁醇(bo)、可阳离子化扩链剂三乙醇胺(teoa)合成了用于阴极电泳涂料的阳离子型丙烯酸酯树脂和阳离子型封闭异氰酸酯固化剂。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(ftir)对合成的树脂和固化剂进行了表征;用差示扫描量热(dsc)、热重分析(tga)测定了对丙烯酸阳离子树脂电泳漆的固化行为。结果表明,丁醇封闭的阳离子型封闭异氰酸酯解封温度为117℃,电泳漆膜的实际起始固化温度为140℃左右,在180℃30min可固化完全。并通过粒径变化对电泳乳液的稳定性进行了探讨,发现乳液平均粒径为164nm,稳定性较好,具有工业应用前景。

Abstract: 目的:探讨以siRNA干扰DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)表达对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞生长的影响及其机制。方法:采用qRT-PCR和Western blot检测体外培养的正常皮肤细胞和瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中DNMT1 mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。培养瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞,分别转染阴性对照siRNA和DNMT1 siRNA,以不做任何处理的细胞为对照,MTT法检测各组细胞的增殖情况,流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡率,Western blot 检测细胞中DNMT1蛋白的表达,qRT-PCR检测细胞中DNMT1、PCNA、Bcl-2、Bax和TGF-β1 mRNA的表达情况。结果:DNMT1 mRNA和蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中的表达水平较正常皮肤细胞升高(P<0.05)。转染DNMT1 siRNA后细胞的增殖能力减弱,凋亡增强,且DNMT1蛋白和DNMT1、PCNA、Bcl-2和TGF-β1 mRNA表达水平均降低,而Bax mRNA表达水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:DNMT1在瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中高表达,干扰其表达能够明显抑制细胞的增殖,促进细胞凋亡,其作用机制可能与上调Bax和下调PCNA、Bcl-2、TGF-β1表达有关。
Aim:To investigate the effect of RNA interference DNMT1 expression on the growth of keloid fibroblasts and its mechanism.Methods:The expressions of DNMT1 mRNA and protein in normal skin cells and keloid fibroblasts in vitro were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot.Cultured keloid fibroblasts were transfected with negative control siRNA and DNMT1 siRNA respectively,and the cells without any treatment were used as the control group.The proliferation of cells was tested by MTT method, and the apoptosis of cells was examined by flow cytometry. The expression of DNMT1 protein in the cells of each group was tested by Western blot, and the expressions of DNMT1, PCNA, Bcl-2, Bax and TGF-β1 mRNA in each group were measured by qRT-PCR.Results:The expression levels of DNMT1 mRNA and protein in keloid fibroblasts were significantly higher than those of normal skin cells(P<0.05).After transfection of DNMT1 siRNA, the proliferation of cells was weakened and apoptosis was enhanced, and the relative expression levels of DNMT1 protein and DNMT1, PCNA, Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 mRNA were significantly decreased, while the expression level of Bax mRNA increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:DNMT1 is highly expressed in keloid fibroblasts, interfering with its expression can significantly inhibit cell proliferation and promote cell apoptosis,which may be related with up-regulation of Bax and down-regulation of PCNA, Bcl-2 and TGF-β1 expression
聚苯胺/环氧复合阴极电泳涂料防腐蚀性能的研究

Abstract: ?运用插层聚合的方法制备了蒙脱土/聚苯胺复合材料并进行了表征。将该复合材料通过共混的方式加入聚酰胺/环氧阴极电泳(ced)涂料中配制成聚苯胺/环氧复合阴极电泳涂料,并利用电化学阻抗谱方法对各电泳涂层的防腐性能进行了分析。研究发现:在3.5%nacl溶液中浸泡10d后,腐蚀介质不能到达涂层/基底金属界面,金属表面没有发生腐蚀反应。随着聚苯胺含量的增加,复合电泳涂膜的阻抗值增加,具有较好的防腐性能。当聚苯胺含量相同时,与掺杂态聚苯胺复合电泳涂膜相比,本征态聚苯胺复合电泳涂膜具有很高的阻抗值,表现出更好的防腐性能。

Abstract:
在对黄柏山国家森林公园进行调查和分析的基础上,选择环境资源和景观资源两个层面,18项指标,构建生态旅游资源评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,计算各评价因子的评价指数,得出的综合评价指数为76.6175,表明该地环境资源和景观资源较好,具备生态旅游开发的有利条件。最后,本文提出了在旅游开发中应加强对生态资源的保护,实现森林资源可持续利用。
Based on investigation and analysis of the Huangbaishan National Forest Park, 18 indexes are chose to establish a ranking the eco-tourism resources evaluating system, and evaluate the eco- tourism resources of the Huangbaishan National Forest Park. The weight percentage is decided by analytical hierarchy process. The composite evaluation index is figured out as 76.6175, which suggests that the environment resource and landscape resource are better and have the favorable conditions of eco-tourism development. Finally, the paper proposes that it should strengthen the protection of ecological resources in the tourism development to achieve the sustainable use of forest resources.

Abstract:
楔形压制技术是一种基于多道次局部小变形累积致整体成形实现大尺寸喷射沉积多孔材料的致密化的先进工艺。本文综述了喷射沉积多孔材料的致密方法,对比了楔形压制与其他传统致密方法,说明了采用楔形压制工艺的优势和必要性;分别介绍了喷射沉积方形件、环形件与管形件楔形压制的原理、技术特点及研究应用;分析了楔形压制工艺存在的一些局限性;展望了楔形压制技术的发展趋势,认为梯温楔形压制的温度梯度控制精度有待提高;环形件楔形压制的致密均匀性和压制工艺有待进一步深入研究;管形件楔形压制则在压制效率和压制后管坯的尺寸精度有待提高;楔形压制工艺应拓展到其他形状坯料的致密或预成形,也不应局限于坯料的致密,可发展为成形工艺,拓展楔形压制的应用范围。
Wedge pressing is an advanced densification technology for compressing spray-deposited porous preforms of large scale by accumulating deformation as to integral forming. Densification method of spray deposited porous materials is introduced. Wedge pressing is compared with traditional compressing methods to reflect superiority and necessity of wedge pressing adopting. Principle, technical characteristics and research utilizes of wedge pressing are introduced separately, and limitations and development trends of this technology are analyzed. It is considered that control accuracy of temperature gradient of temperature gradient wedge pressing should be improved; compact homogeneity and compact process of ring billet should be investigated further; and compact efficiency and dimensional accuracy of tubular billet as pressed should be improved. Wedge pressing will be applied to compaction or preforming of billet of other shapes except bulk, ring and tube. Furthermore, wedge pressing should not be restricted to densification; it can be developed into a forming technology to expand its application range.

Abstract: 人权和宪法上的基本权利这两个源自西语的概念,在汉语法学文献中的使用并不统一,这直接或间接影响到宪法引领下的实定法体系内在的系统化和统一性。本文旨在从一般法学理论角度澄清二者之间的区别和关联。本文特别指出,从人权转化为宪法权利要经过四个限缩性过渡—民族国家化、制度化、理性科学化和习俗化。基本权利不仅是人权的制度化,而且它总是包含着以人权为指针,从而最大程度上实现人权的要求。最后,通过运用这一新的分析框架,本文概括性地分析了现行宪法和法律实践中出现的一些问题。
