Abstract:
揭示基因调控网络的动力学特征与网络结构的关系是系统生物学的研究热点,本文针对典型的动力学特征——路径稳定性,以调控网络的主干结构ITC模型为基础,分析了在ITC模型的不同位置接入分支链路后,网络路径稳定性的变化情况。从理论上证明了在ITC模型的不同位置接入分支链路对路径稳定性具有不同的影响。一方面,在ITC模型的起点中加入分支链路或者在ITC模型之外加入独立分支链路,路径稳定性降低;另一方面,在ITC模型的末端加入分支链路会提高路径稳定性。此外,实验模拟的结果表明,在ITC模型的中间节点加入分支链路,网络的路径稳定性会受到上述两种作用的综合影响。本研究结果不仅能够帮助揭示调控网络中路径稳定性的形成机制,也能够在合成生物学中指导设计稳定的人工生物网络,具有理论和实践两方面的意义。
Revealing the relationship between the dynamics and structure of gene regulatory networks is a challenging issue in system biology. This study focuses on the trajectory stability which is a typical dynamic characteristic of regulatory networks. Based on the ITC network model which forms the main structure in a regulatory network, we analyzed how the positions of branches affect the tra-jectory stability of the network. In theoretical analysis, it has been proven that the branch’s position will affect the trajectory stability in two ways. On one side, if inserting an independent branch or a branch at the first node of the ITC model, the trajectory stability of the network will decrease slightly; on the other side, if inserting a branch at the end node of the ITC model, the trajectory stability will considerably increase. In simulation, it has also been shown that if inserting a branch at middle position, the trajectory stability will be affected by a combination of these two effects. These findings can not only help to reveal the topological origin of trajectory stability in regulatory networks, but to provide guidance in designing robust artificial network in synthetic biology.

Abstract:
郑板桥是中国清代著名的艺术家,名播中外,在我国艺术史上占据着重要的地位。他年轻时就刻苦学习书画,经过无数次的实践、探求,终于形成了自己的书体风格——“六分半书”。郑板桥强调意的主宰作用,画竹胸无成竹,画兰胸无成兰,不立一格,也不留一格。郑板桥还强调处理好学习继承与发展创新的关系,主张自立门户,书法绘画风格绝不与人同道。郑板桥的艺术成就是极高的,其创新方法与创新精神,也是值得今人学习的。
Zheng Banqiao was a famous artist in the Qing Dynasty of China, and was also famous abroad, occupying an important position in the Chinese art history. When he was young, he studied calligraphy and painting hard, and after numerous times of practice and exploration, finally formed his own chirography style—“six and a half”. Zheng Banqiao stressed the dominated function of meaning: painting bamboo without bamboo in the mind, painting orchid without orchid in the mind, neither setting up a format nor leaving one. He also stressed that the relationship between inheritance and innovation should be handled well, and claimed the own style, insisting different calligraphy and painting styles compared with others. Zheng Banqiao’s artistic achievement is extremely high, and his innovative method and spirit are worth learning today.

Abstract:
目前国内外在岩溶塌陷分布式监测及预测预报方面还没有成功的应用,在现场实施方面也没有成熟的经验,野外光纤监测仅反应的是光纤的应变量分布及变化,而我们实际需要的是土体的具体沉降量。因此,我们需要建立光纤应变与土体变形的关系,通过光纤应变能够直观反映土体变形量大小。本次试验的主要目的是通过物理模型试验,室内再现不同条件下岩溶塌陷发育的全过程,以此建立土体沉降变形与光纤应变的关系,进而研究岩溶塌陷发育的临界条件,以指导野外监测工作,达到预警预报效果。
Sinkhole collapse at home and abroad in the distributed monitoring and forecasting have not yet successful applications, implementation in the field and no mature experience, field optical fiber monitoring only reflects fiber strain distribution and change, and we really need is specific soil settlement. Therefore, we need to build the relationship in fiber-optic strain and soil deformation, through fiber-optic strain can intuitively reflect the size of soil deformation. The main purpose of this experiment is reproducing the whole process of development of sinkhole collapse under different conditions indoor through physical model experiment, in order to establish the relationship in the settlement of soil deformation and fiber strain, and then research the critical condition of sinkhole collapse development, to guide the field monitoring and achieve early warning and forecast results.

Abstract: 采用固化法对大牛地气田钻井废弃泥浆进行了无害化处理研究。试验表明,主凝剂、复合助凝剂、吸附剂、调节剂最佳比例为4%、1.7%、3.5%、1%,固化物浸出液指标达到GB8978-96《污水综合排放标准》一级标准要求,固化反应效果的影响因素为固化剂比例、反应时间和温度。

Abstract: ?儒家天命及其德福一致信仰是以作为中国哲学主流特质的“天人合一”(“天人相应”)为思想基础的。而以“天人相分”为哲学基础的自然理性主义(荀学)传统,深刻检讨、批判了“天人合一”(“天人相应”)的哲学观念及天命神学,从而在哲学上瓦解了天命德福一致信仰的根基。天人相分观念下的德福思想,就其追究天人关系事实的客观性与知识理性而言,确有其进步的一面,但这种儒家自然理性主义的极端追求对天命德福一致信仰本身的社会意义的漠视,也丧失了儒家更为本质的精神———人文关怀。这是儒家精英主义的一种典型的弊端。
