Abstract:
罗曼英加登(1893~1970)是波兰著名的哲学家和文艺理论家,西方20世纪现象派美学的主要代表,他在哲学和美学方面的研究范围很广,在哲学方面包括价值论、伦理学、认识论和本体论等,美学方面涉及到文学、电影、绘画、建筑和音乐等诸多方面,发表了许多新颖独特的观点,他的美学研究对西方20世纪各派美学的发展,都产生了深远的影响。本文拟对他的文学美学的研究及其取得的成果作一个简要的介绍。
Roman Ingraden (1893-1970) is the famous philosopher and the theorist of literature and art in Poland. He is the chief representative of western fenomenological aesthetics in the 20th century. His research scope is very wide in philosophy and aesthetic aspects, including the theory of value, ethics, theory of knowledge and ontology in terms of philosophy. In aesthetics aspects, he involved in literature, film, painting, architecture, music and many other aspects. He published many works with unique point of view. His aesthetic research has had a profound influence on the development of the western aesthetic in the 20th century. This article would make a brief introduction of his research and achievements on literary and aesthetics.

关于QFII投资羊群效应的实证分析

Abstract:
以2004年第一季度到2014年第三季度A股市场上的前十大流通股名单中QFII的持股明细数据为样本,采用LSV模型和PCM模型并引进时间维度,通过测量羊群行为度来判断QFII在我国证券市场上是否存在羊群效应。同时,动态地比较不同时期QFII的羊群行为度,分析我国在股市暴涨暴跌时期QFII羊群行为的特征。结果发现,QFII在我国证券市场的投资过程中具有明显的羊群效应,其交易行为不遵循价值投资的理念。在股市暴涨暴跌的时候,其羊群效应会更加显著。在股市暴涨的时候,QFII体现的是买方羊群行为,在股市暴跌的时候,QFII体现的是卖方羊群行为。
Using the holding position details of QFII in the top ten tradable A-share market listed companies as samples from the first quarter of 2004 to the third quarter of 2014, the degrees of herd behavior of QFII are measured by using LSV model and PCM model combined with time dimension to determine whether there exit herd effects in Chinese securities market. In the meantime, to compare QFII herd behavior of different periods dynamically, the QFII herd behavior characteristics are analyzed during the period of the stock market prices soaring and falling. The result shows that QFII has significant herd behaviors in investment process in Chinese securities market, and its trading behavior does not follow the concept of value investing. When the stock market prices soar and fall, the herd behaviors will be more significant. With the stock market booming, QFII reflects a buyer herd behavior; while with the stock market crashing, QFII reflects a seller herd behavior.

Abstract:
采用水热法,通过控制反应时间合成了单斜相的纳米WO3粉体。使用X射线粉末衍射仪对产物的物相结构进行表征,并通过紫外–可见分光光度计分析纳米WO3光降解亚甲基蓝(MB)实验来研究水热反应时间对所制备的纳米WO3光催化活性的影响。结果表明:水热条件下,反应温度为110℃时,反应时间为14 h的纳米WO3样品具有最好的光催化活性,在500 W氙灯照射120 min后对MB的降解率达到了95%,显示了其优良的光催化性能。
The monoclinic nano WO3 were prepared by hydrothermal method. The phase structure of the as-prepared samples was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The effect of reaction time on the photocatalytic activity of the prepared WO3 samples was analyzed on UV-Vis spectro-photometer. The results show that the WO3 sample synthesized at 110?C for 14 h has the highest photocatalytic activity. Under the 500 W Xe lamp irradiation, the degradation rate for MB within 120 min reached 95%, showing superior photocatalytic properties.

Abstract:

表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor: EGFR)在细胞信号转导中发挥了重要作用,调节细胞的增殖、分化与迁移。EGFR与多种癌症密切相关,这使其成为一个理想的抗肿瘤药物靶点。本文对EGFR的结构生物学及计算生物学的研究进展做一综述。通过结构生物学家的不懈努力,已经对EGFR的三维空间结构有了较为清晰的认识。计算机模拟是研究生物大分子动态过程的重要手段之一,可以在EGFR静态结构的基础上,模拟其在配体诱导的激活过程中发生的大尺度、长时程的动态构象变化。对EGFR的结构及其分子内部运动的研究,有助于揭示其发挥生物学功能的分子机理,为抗肿瘤药物的设计开发提供指导。
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) plays a critical role in the network of signal transduction, and regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. EGFR is implicated in different kinds of cancers, which makes it an excellent target for anti-tumor therapy. This review considers structural and computational studies of EGFR, and their impact on our understanding of EGFR function. With continuing efforts of biologists, many high-resolution structures of different regions in EGFR, which include the extracellular region and the intracellular tyrosine kinase do-main, have been solved. Starting from these structures, computer simulation techniques enable us to investigate large length-scale and long time-scale conformational changes during the EGFR activation. All the studies will be helpful to reveal the molecular mechanism in EGFR regulation, and provide valuable knowledge for developing anti-cancer drugs.

Abstract: 从深圳市某初级中学选取750名初一、初二学生施测《焦虑自评量表》、《自尊量表》、《亲子沟通量表》,以探讨亲子沟通、自尊与初中生焦虑的关系。结果发现:1) 男生的开放性亲子沟通得分高于女生,而在问题性亲子沟通上不存在显著性差异;独生子女与非独生子女的开放性和问题性亲子沟通得分均不存在显著性差异;2) 开放性沟通与自尊呈显著正相关,与焦虑呈显著负相关;问题性沟通与自尊呈显著负相关,与焦虑呈显著正相关;3) 自尊和问题性亲子沟通能显著预测初中生的焦虑水平,两个变量能解释总变异量的30.5%,其中问题性亲子沟通只能解释总变异量的6.3%4) 自尊在亲子沟通与焦虑之间关系中起中介作用,其中自尊在开放性亲子沟通与焦虑之间发挥完全中介作用,在问题性亲子沟通与焦虑之间发挥不完全中介作用。
To explore the relationship between parent-child communication, self-esteem and anxiety among junior school students, a test about self-rating anxiety scale. Self-esteem scale was made among 750 junior one and two students in Shenzhen. From the research, we get the results: 1) The scores of boys’ open parent-child communication is higher than girls, but there was no significant difference in parent-child communication problems; and the significant difference does not exist between open communication and problem of parent-child of only child and non-only child; 2) It shows positive relationship between open communication and self-esteem, and a negative relationship with anxiety; there is a negative relationship between self-esteem and communication of problems, and a positive relationship with anxiety; 3) Self-esteem and communication in problems of parent-child could significantly predict the

由于高等教育的不断推广和普及,大学生就业形势不容乐观,而女大学生由于受传统的性别歧视、就业保障机制不健全、高校人才培养模式等社会客观因素影响,就业显得更加难上加难。本文通过利用系统动力学,建立相关系统反馈结构模型;最后通过分析女大学生就业的系统反馈环,为解决女大学生就业难的问题提出了相关的对策和建议。

Due to the constant promotion and popularization of the higher education, the college students’ employment situation is not optimistic, and social objective factors such as the traditional gender discrimination, job security mechanism are not sound. Talent training pattern in colleges makes university female students' employment more difficult. In this paper, by using system dynamics, we establish a related system feedback structure model, analyze the feedback system of female university students' employment base model and put forward related countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of the female college students’ employment.

Abstract:

本文选取了江西省26家绿色食品农业龙头企业作为样本企业,运用DEA方法以企业为维度分别从静态和动态测算了2009~2010年我省绿色食品农业龙头企业的技术效率(TE)情况和全要素生产效率(TFP)变动情况。结果表明,江西省的多数绿色食品农业龙头企业的技术效率(TE)表现良好;但是全要素生产率(TFP)的变动情况却不容乐观,而导致全要素生产率(TFP)下降的原因是技术效率(TC)和规模效率(SE),最后本文从提高企业技术、加强企业内部整合和行业整合方面提出了相关建议和对策。

In this paper, it selects 26 green-food-agricultural-leading enterprises as sample, uses DEA method to measure green-food-agricultural-leading enterprises’ technical efficiency (TE) and changes in total factor productivity (TFP) in the static and dynamic states. The result shows that most of green-food-agricultural-leading enterprises’ technical efficiency (TE) performs well; but the total factor productivity (TFP) changes in the situation are not optimistic. Technical efficiency (TC) and scale efficiency (SE) are the main factors. At the end of the paper, it puts forward some relevant suggestions to improve the enterprise technology and strengthen the enterprise internal integration and industrial consolidation.

In this paper, the content and execution procedure of proposed diagnostic teaching method were presented. Then the method was applied in teaching of the course of “microwave technique and antennas”, achieving a good effect. Finally, some relevant questions worthy of consideration were discussed aiming at features of university students. It was shown that this teaching method can greatly motivate the subjective students’ activity and enlighten their creative thinking potential, and also their ability in the academic and scientific research can be improved obviously by this education method.

Abstract: 光敏色素视紫红质(Rhodopsin)是一种以生色团为辅基的色素蛋白。近年来的研究表明视紫红质分子是在脊椎动物视网膜光感受器的片层膜内或膜上,它在光-电转换机能中起着重要作用。光感受器膜类似于一般生物膜,也处于有序、多变的液晶态。在自我有序的液晶相-片层结构中,分子的长轴基本平行,形成分子层。这种表面可用于简单的有机反应,如异构化、酶的氧化、还原以及脱氢作用等。这些结构对能量的变化也很容易发生反应。因此研究视紫红质在片层膜上的液晶态结构,对进一步探索光感受器功能是有重要意义。
