分数阶微分方程作为广义的微分方程,被广泛地应用于物理,信息处理,金融等领域。本文给出了数值求解时间空间分数阶导数的双边空间微分方程的一种显式差分格式,并对其稳定性和收敛性进行了理论分析。
Fractional order differential equations are generalizations of classical differential equations. Now, they are widely used in the fields of physics, information; finance and others. In this paper, an explicit finite difference method for space-time fractional two-sided space partial differential equations is established. Be- sides, the stability and convergence order are analyzed.

Abstract: 从深圳市某初级中学选取750名初一、初二学生施测《焦虑自评量表》、《自尊量表》、《亲子沟通量表》,以探讨亲子沟通、自尊与初中生焦虑的关系。结果发现:1) 男生的开放性亲子沟通得分高于女生,而在问题性亲子沟通上不存在显著性差异;独生子女与非独生子女的开放性和问题性亲子沟通得分均不存在显著性差异;2) 开放性沟通与自尊呈显著正相关,与焦虑呈显著负相关;问题性沟通与自尊呈显著负相关,与焦虑呈显著正相关;3) 自尊和问题性亲子沟通能显著预测初中生的焦虑水平,两个变量能解释总变异量的30.5%,其中问题性亲子沟通只能解释总变异量的6.3%4) 自尊在亲子沟通与焦虑之间关系中起中介作用,其中自尊在开放性亲子沟通与焦虑之间发挥完全中介作用,在问题性亲子沟通与焦虑之间发挥不完全中介作用。
To explore the relationship between parent-child communication, self-esteem and anxiety among junior school students, a test about self-rating anxiety scale. Self-esteem scale was made among 750 junior one and two students in Shenzhen. From the research, we get the results: 1) The scores of boys’ open parent-child communication is higher than girls, but there was no significant difference in parent-child communication problems; and the significant difference does not exist between open communication and problem of parent-child of only child and non-only child; 2) It shows positive relationship between open communication and self-esteem, and a negative relationship with anxiety; there is a negative relationship between self-esteem and communication of problems, and a positive relationship with anxiety; 3) Self-esteem and communication in problems of parent-child could significantly predict the

Abstract:

超过80%的卵巢癌患者对化疗药物出现耐药性而复发,使得卵巢癌死亡率居妇科恶性肿瘤之首。与肿瘤细胞分化高度异质性相比,肿瘤间质细胞遗传性稳定,不大可能产生获得性突变而导致抗药性。本文综述了卵巢癌针对肿瘤间质的治疗策略,为恶性妇科肿瘤治疗降低毒副作用、防止复发和转移,进一步提高生存率指明了方向。
More than 80% of the patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy relapse due to drug resistance, which makes the highest ovarian cancer mortality rates among the gynecologic malignancies. Compared with the highly heterogeneous tumor cell differentiation, tumor stroma cells have genetic stability, and it is unlikely to produce acquired mutations and lead to drug resistance. In view of the treatment strategies for tumor interstitium, ovarian cancer is reviewed in this paper. At the same time, we pointed out the direction for reducing toxicity, preventing the cancer recurrence and metastasis, improving the survival rate in the treatment of gynecologic malignancies.

城市规模对居民出行距离的影响研究

Abstract: 在城市交通系统中,城市居民的出行分布研究很重要。本文在一定假设条件下, 运用概率统计理论推导居民出行距离的概率分布函数形式。在国内外相关研究的基础上,通过国内26个城市居民出行样本数据的计量分析,验证该假设条件的合理性,分析了函数参数的相关影响因素,如城市规模、城市人口和交通结构等,对其进行量化与非线性回归,得出居民出行距离的概率分布函数的一般形式,并最终推导出城市居民出行距离的一般公式。本文研究成果可以为城市发展和城市交通规划提供实用的参考借鉴价值。
In the urban transport system, it’s important to study the urban trip distance distribution. In this paper, trip distance distribution function was analyzed by using probability theory under some hypothesis conditions, and was fitted by using resident trip data of 26 cities, the rationality of hy-pothesis conditions was tested, the effect factors of the function parameters were discussed, such as urban scale, urban population and traffic structure, a general function of trip distance distribution was established through quantitative analysis and nonlinear regression, and the general formula of the travel distance of the urban residents is finally derived. Hopefully, a few insightful results in this research could have important and practical value for urban development and urban transportation planning.

Abstract:
本文提出一种新的分离式公交专用道的交通均衡模型。交通网络上同时存在公交出行方式和私家车出行方式,并且公交车辆在指定的专用道上运行。由于出行者对不同交通方式出行成本的估计是不精确的、随机的,因此采用随机选择模型来描述交通方式选择过程。与交通均衡条件等价的变分不等式问题在文中列出,并给出了相应的连续平均法算法。算例表明模型和算法有效。
A novel traffic equilibrium model considering offline transit exclusive roads is proposed in the paper. Both transit vehicles and private cars exist in the network, and transit vehicles only oper-ate in the exclusive links. Since travelers have inaccurate and uncertain estimation on the travel costs, discrete route choice model is used to describe the users’ travel behavior. The user equili-brium equivalent variational inequality model is formulated, and the method of successive aver-age (MSA) is proposed to solve the model. The numerical example illustrates that the model and the algorithm are effective.

Abstract:
从公交线路基于空间维度(站点)和时间维度的乘客到达率出发,在不增加既定公交资源条件下,建立考虑公交线路运营商及乘客两方面成本的公交线路非固定发车间隔优化模型。引入“优良基因片段”的理念构建“筛选算子”和“替换算子”,设计了基于云遗传算法(CGA)的改进算法GCGA求解。算例仿真实验结果表明文中提出的优化模型有良好的适用性及经济性,所得到的非固定的发车间隔更符合乘客出行需求。同时,文中设计的GCGA算法的收敛速度及优化结果要优于一般GA算法。
Based on passenger arrival rates of bus lines along space dimension (Bus Station) and time di-mension, this paper establishes an optimization model of bus lines non-fixed headways, considering bus operators’ and passengers’ cost within current bus resources. By introducing “Good Gene” concept to build the “Filter operator” and “Replacement Operator”, the paper designs an improved algorithm GCGA from Cloud-model-based Genetic Algorithm (CGA). Simulation results show that optimization model proposed in this paper has good applicability, and convergence speed and optimization results of GCGA are superior to GA.

Abstract: 目的:通过对日立7600-110全自动生化仪和日立7170 s全自动生化分析仪测定结果比对,探讨不同仪器间天门冬氨酸氨基恶性肿瘤已成为我国最常见的导致死亡的疾病。由于病因与发病机制复杂,且缺乏早期诊断的特异性指标,导致诊断和治疗滞后,病死率极高。肿瘤标志物对于肿瘤的早期发现具有重要的提示意义,但目前肿瘤标志物检测大多依赖于专业实验室,成本高,检测周期长,且在医疗资源匮乏地区难以推广。近期新兴的POCT检验模式发展迅猛,因其设备便携,获得结果迅速且操作简单,故有利于人群中肿瘤标志物的筛查。硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TrxR)活性检测,是一种新型的肿瘤标志物检测,其在体内的表达和活性水平在一定程度上反应了体内细胞的异常增生程度。因此,POCT和TrxR活性检测的联合应用将有望成为癌症预防的新策略。
Malignant tumors are the most common lethal diseases in China. Because of the complexity of carci-nogenesis and the lack of specific markers for early diagnosis, so delayed cancer diagnosis and treatment in clinic has a very high mortality rate. Tumor marker has important significance for early screening of carcinoma. However, the current biomarker detections for neoplasm mostly depend on the professional laboratories where it is of high-cost and difficult to extend such assay service in those medically challenged places. Recently point-of-care testing (POCT) has been rapidly developed. Due to its good portability, fast results and easy operation, it is beneficial for cancer screening in human population. Thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) is a novel tumor marker whose expression and activity reflect the extent of abnormal cellular proliferation to some degree. Overall, the combined application of POCT and TrxR activity assay may be a promising strategy for cancer prevention.

Abstract:

杜仲树是应用潜力比三叶橡胶树还大的优质天然橡胶资源。但是杜仲胶的提取难度制约了杜仲胶的应用和发展。利用酶处理工艺替代传统的化学、微生物、机械处理工艺,则能实现提胶生产污染防治由“末端治理”向“源头预防\"的转变。且酶处理方法的多种天然产物的同时提取,显著降低了生产成本,提高产品经济效益。更主要的是酶法可获得原生态的天然杜仲胶,提高了杜仲胶的应用领域和工业价值。本文以可以再生的杜仲叶为原料,对杜仲叶的组织结构和酶解机理进行了研究,以及在生产的应用的研究进行了讨论。
Eucommia ulmoides is a kind of natural rubber resources whose potential application is greater than Hevea. But the difficulty of extracting gutta percha restricts the application and development of gutta percha. Instead of traditional treatment process using chemical, microbial, mechanical processing techniques, utilization of enzyme can control the pollution during the extraction from the “governance at the end” to “prevention from source”. At the same time, various natural products can be obtained when treated by enzyme method, which can reduce the production cost and improve economic benefits. More importantly, the enzyme method can obtain the original ecological natural gutta percha. Furthermore, the application fields of gutta percha and industrial value are increased. In this paper, the solution mechanism of enzyme and the organizational structure of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were studied with the recycled Eucommia ulmoides leaves used as raw material, and the production and application were discussed.
