ltemac层低计算量的下行调度及资源分配

Abstract: ?针对现有调度算法不能同时满足多用户的实时和非实时业务的性能需求及算法的计算量大等问题,提出了一种新的基于服务质量(qos)的长期演进项目(lte)下行调度算法。该算法在修正的最大加权时延优先(m-lwdf)算法的基础上引入了平衡因子,并利用用户上报的信道质量指示(cqi)值直接替代瞬时速率。仿真结果表明,该算法在保证公平性的前提下,降低了计算复杂度,当小区用户数达到45时,业务的丢包率下降了6.71%,系统整体的吞吐量提高了12.91%。

Abstract: ?3gpp长期演进(lte)系统中femtocell密集部署时,femtocell之间会存在较强干扰,针对femtocell的下行干扰,提出了一种基于路损的自适应功率控制算法。根据设定的信干噪比(sinr)门限值,给femtocell用户设置调整标志,再通过上行信道发送给femtocell,femtocell根据用户的路损及分配的资源块选择初始调整因子,以控制用户sinr为目的,根据收到的调整标志对发射功率进行自适应调整。仿真结果表明,该算法很好地控制了femtocell用户的sinr,femtocell用户平均吞吐量比无功率控制情况下至少提高了1.7mb/s。同时表明,femtocell部署越密集,控制效果更加明显。
蜂毒素分子的改造及其基因在毕赤酵母中的表达

Abstract: 为获得保留有抗菌活性而降低溶血作用的蜂毒素,对蜂毒素的分子结构进行了改造。将第5位的val变为arg,第15位ala变为arg,删除了第16位的leu。用pcr技术获得了改造后的蜂毒素基因,将其克隆入酵母表达载体ppicza-a,获得重组表达质粒ppicza-a-mea。该质粒转化毕赤酵母菌gs115,甲醇诱导下表达,发酵上清液经抑菌活性、溶血活性测定及亲和层析纯化,结果表明,蜂毒素基因成功地在毕赤酵母中表达,经改造后表达的蜂毒素保留了抗菌活性且溶血活性显著降低,经纯化后用bradford法测定表达蜂毒素的含量约为0.29mg/ml。
半乳糖凝集素-3和细胞角蛋白19表达在甲状腺穿刺病理诊断中的应用

Abstract: 目的:观察半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)和细胞角蛋白19(CK19)在甲状腺穿刺标本中表达的特点,分析其在甲状腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断中的应用,探讨免疫组织化学方法标记CK19、Galectin-3表达在甲状腺穿刺小标本病理诊断中应用的可行性。方法:选择20例甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)及16例甲状腺良性病变(BTL)穿刺组织,观察HE切片病理形态学特点,应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测标本中Galectin-3、CK19和Ki67蛋白表达,对比3种蛋白在不同组间的表达,分析3种抗体在甲状腺术前穿刺病理诊断中的作用。结果:Galectin-3、CK19和Ki67在PTC组阳性率分别为90%(18/20)、95%(19/20)及60%(12/20),在BTL组阳性率分别为12.5%(2/16,均为弱阳性)、31.25%(5/16,均为弱阳性)及62.5%(10/16)。Galectin-3和CK19在PTC与BTL组间表达率比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而Ki67在PTC与BTL组间表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Galectin-3和CK19蛋白在PTC与BTL的表达存在显著差异,联合检测该2种蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌穿刺标本的鉴别诊断中具有重要的应用价值,能有效提高甲状腺病变术前穿刺活检的确诊率。
波纹管膨胀节波形曲线拟合及波距检测算法研究

Abstract: 由于国内波纹管膨胀节波距检测还处于手工测量阶段,存在着效率差、精度低、劳动强度大等缺点。设计了基于激光扫描技术的波纹管膨胀节波距检测系统,提出一种波纹管膨胀节波形曲线拟合及波距检测的算法,开发了一种能够自动获取波纹管膨胀节伸缩变形的波形点云数据、并能实现波形的逆向重构及波距计算的软件。该系统适用于波纹管膨胀节通径50mm~1500mm、双试验件总长1500mm~2500mm、试验压力0.1MPa~6.4MPa范围内变化的试验件波形检测,可自动调整扫描仪至膨胀节的距离,并能剔除检测过程中出现的各种干扰数据,波距测量精度达0.05mm。
Abstract:The measurement of wave pitch of bellows expansion joints is still in the manual vernier caliper measurement stage, which is not only inefficient, low precision, large labor intensity, but also many other shortcoming. In this paper, a waves pitch detection system of bellows expansion joints based on laser scanner technology was designed, a waveform fitting algorithm and wave pitch detection algorithm for bellows expansion joint was proposed, and a software automatically obtaining the point cloud data, conducting the waveform reconstruction and calculating wave distance had also been developed. The system is suitable for the bellows expansion joint test piece waveform detection, which diameter is from 50mm to 1500mm, the whole length of the double test pieces is from 1500mm-2500mm, and the test pressure is from 0.1MPa-6.4MPa, it can adjust the distance between the scanner and the expansion joints automatically, and eliminate all kinds of interference data, the measurement accuracy of wave distance is 0.05mm.
早产孕妇外周血、脐血及胎膜组织中S100钙结合蛋白A12表达及其与亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎的关系

Abstract: ??目的?探讨S100钙结合蛋白A12(S100A12)在早产孕妇外周血、脐血及胎膜组织中的表达及其与亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎(subclinical chorioamnionitis,HCA)的关系。方法?选择早产临产孕妇46例,根据产后胎膜病理结果是否合并亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎,分为感染组(n=21)与未感染组(n=25 )。采用ELISA法检测两组孕妇外周血、脐血中S100A12水平;逆转录RT - PCR法检测胎膜组织中S100A12 mRNA表达水平。结果?感染组孕妇外周血、脐血、胎膜组织中S100A12水平[(173.30±18.92 )、(105.71±8.72 )、(1.38±0.37)]与未感染组[(138.26±11.02 )、(88.26±7.00)、(1.07±0.15)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组孕妇外周血中S100A12水平与脐血及胎膜组织中S100A12水平均呈正相关(r=0.861,0.883;P<0.05);感染组新生儿感染发病率(86%,18/21)高于未感染组(56%,14/25)( P<0.05)。结论?孕妇外周血、脐血、胎膜组织中S100A12表达水平升高,可能与合并亚临床绒毛膜羊膜炎及新生儿感染有关。

Abstract:
本文针对某钻铤在使用过程中发生疲劳断裂事故的实际问题进行了分析研究。在线性疲劳累计损伤理论的基础上,采用修正过的曼森–科芬方程对钻铤的疲劳寿命进行估算,进一步通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,仿真分析的危险截面与真实情况相符,且其得出的寿命与理论估算基本吻合,为工程设计提供参考。
The practical problem of a drill collar fatigue fracture accident occurring in the using process is studied. On the basis of the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory, the revised Manson-Coffin equation is used to estimate the fatigue life of drill collar. Further the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is applied to simulate the analysis. Comparing the results of the analysis, we can conclude that it can be applied in the practical engineering.
