Additional Y3+ Doping Effect on Ferromagnetism of Ce0.97Co0.03O2-δ Compounds

Abstract: Y^3+ doping effect on magnetic properties of Ce0.97Co0.03O2-δ are examined. Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) measurements indicate that Ce0.97Co0.03O2-δ is ferromagnetic at room temperature. The saturated magnetization Ms is altered by additional Y^3+ doping, i.e., with the increase of the amount of Y^3+ doping concentration in Ce0.97-yYyCo0.03O2-δ(y = 0.01, 0.05 and 0.10), Ms increases persistently, Raman spectra measurements indicate that additional oxygen vacancies are introduced with the amount of Y^3+ doping content. The results can be well elucidated by the F-centre exchange coupling (FCE) mechanism proposed recently, thus they are important for understanding the ferromagnetism origination in transitional metal-doped insulating oxides.
渭北台塬区耕地土壤有机质与全氮空间特征

Abstract: 以渭北台塬农业县——蒲城县为研究区,采用2011年耕地地力调查与质量评价项目数据,运用经典统计学、地统计学结合GIS技术,探讨以有机质为辅助变量的协同克里格法在区域土壤全氮及碳氮比估值中的适用性,研究耕地土壤有机质和全氮的空间变异特征、影响因素及其与碳氮比的分布特征。结果表明,当前蒲城县耕地土壤有机质质量比平均值为13.58g/kg,全氮质量比为0.81g/kg,均处于偏低水平,空间上整体随地貌自北向南递增;土壤碳氮比平均值为9.84,整体呈南北高中间低格局。土壤有机质与全氮是相关性密切的本征协同区域化变量,均具有极显著性的空间自相关性,表现出中等强度的空间变异性;其空间变异性是地形地貌、土壤性质等自然因素和种植模式、施肥、灌溉等人为因素交互作用的结果,其中人为耕作管理的地理区位导向作用愈发明显。相同采样数量下,以有机质为辅助变量的全氮协同克里格法插值精度优于普通克里格法,适于当下蒲城县土壤全氮的估值研究,能够提供更多局部细节信息,但其不适于进行主辅变量的栅格比值运算来构建土壤碳氮比值图。
一种宽角度极化不敏感的高可调谐红外超材料完美吸波体

Abstract: 提出了一种高度可调、宽角度且具有完美吸收和极化不敏感的超材料吸波体.模拟的结果显示,在5.8μm处可达到最高吸收率99.9%;通过改变其几何参数,吸波体的谐振波长在3.4μm到8.6μm的范围内可任意地调节,且都具有不低于95%的峰值吸收率.在横磁波下,当入射角度小于80°时,吸波体的吸收率保持在95%以上;在横电波下,当入射角小于60°时,吸收率保持在92%以上.此外,极化角度在0到90°变化时,吸波体具有极化不敏感性.
基于金属孔阵列的聚酰亚胺薄膜太赫兹探测

Abstract: ?优化设计了多种不同孔径和形状的太赫兹波段的亚波长金属孔阵列结构,结合超薄低折射率的聚酰亚胺(pi)薄膜,探索了太赫兹时域光谱技术对超薄低折射率的探测灵敏性。利用飞秒微加工技术制备了一系列亚波长金属孔阵列结构,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术测试了阵列结构的反射波谱,获得了强烈的反射共振现象。然后在亚波长金属孔阵列结构背面叠加pi薄膜,结果表明太赫兹反射峰出现了显著低频移动现象。利用这一现象,实现了低至10μm的pi薄膜的有效探测,说明亚波长金属孔阵列结构在太赫兹传感领域对检测超薄低折射率薄膜材料有极强敏感性。收稿日期:;修订日期:
退火工艺对射频磁控溅射bi:yig薄膜磁性能的影响

Abstract: ?对于用射频磁控溅射技术在si基片上制备的bi:yig系薄膜,用快速循环退火方法对其进行晶化处理,研究了退火温度对bi:yig薄膜结晶状态和形貌的影响,以及退火气氛和循环周期对薄膜性能的影响.结果表明,用快速循环退火可以在si单晶基片上得到磁性能优良的薄膜(饱和磁化强度139ka/m,矫顽力6.37ka/m)并使薄膜形貌有较大改善,在石英基片上制备的薄膜法拉第角比常规退火的薄膜增大了约一倍.

Abstract:
为了有效控制抚顺西露天矿开采造成的损害,尽可能延缓坐落在西露天矿北帮边坡上的抚顺发电厂机组的使用寿命,通过对西露天矿变形监测数据的分析,在对电厂地质进行详细勘察试验,了解电厂地质结构和岩性特征等变形破坏主要控制因素的基础上,通过技术比较,针对断层和构筑物使用静压注浆法进行加固处理。加固处理时,为了合理利用资源,变废为宝,通过试验确定使用在注浆材料中按一定比例加入电厂生产废料——石膏和粉煤灰,形成新型注浆材料进行注浆。通过使用新材料有针对性地对F1A断裂带及建(构)筑物基础的治理,即节省了工程费用,又使电厂的变形破坏得到有效控制。
In order to effectively control the mining damage of Fushun west open-pit mine area and prolong the service life of the genset which is located on the northern slope of the Fushun west open-pit mine area, the monitoring data of deformation in west open-pit mine area were analyzed, and detailed survey and experiment on the geologic conditions in power plant were carried out, which can help understand main controlling factors related to the destruction of the foundation, such as, geological structure and characteristics. By technical comparison, we use static pressure grouting method to reinforce the faults and structures. For the reasonable utilization of resources and waste, we add gypsum and fly ash (power plant waste) by a certain proportion, which will form a new grouting material for grouting. By using this new material, we can control F1A fault zone and building foundation, which will contribute to saving project cost and controlling the deformation and failure of the plant effectively.

Abstract: Artificial neural network was introduced into slag glass-ceramic material designing. A 3 layers feedforward network was built with a new robust learning algorithm, based on a concept of " entire error modifying ". The network has a excellent learning ability when its topology is M-2M-1 and an appropriate study error chosen. The research results show that this slag glass-ceramic neural network is robust, quick and stable in training and data predicting, which can disclose the relationship of elemental compositions, structure and material properties of slag glass-ceramic effectively, even if some parameters are absent in samples.

Abstract: 本文通过对宝清双柳煤矿主斜井表土砌碹段发生沉降、变形的原因分析与研究,提出了分阶段对井筒进行加固处理的施工方案,成功的阻止了井筒继续沉降、变形。该方案对有类似问题的井筒加固有较高的参考价值和借鉴。
