防治肾移植中缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展
Research progress on preventions of ischemia-reperfusion injury during kidney transplant

Abstract: 在肾移植中,虽然缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)诱发的非特异性炎症反应会导致移植肾生存能力的下降,但是 IRI 对肾移植远期存活率的影响是不确定的。本文综合回顾分析临床证据和实验室研究结果,以期阐明早期 IRI 与移植肾远期生存能力下降的关系。既往研究分析表明,早期 IRI 可能是通过功能性肾单位减少、移植血管损伤、慢性缺氧以及随后的纤维化等原因导致了移植失败。此外,IRI 也是诱发肾移植功能障碍、急性排斥反应和降低移植器官生存率的重要因素之一。因此,在肾移植中尝试用新的保护方法替代传统方法,或许可以更好地减轻缺血再灌注导致的肾损伤。本文通过综合回顾分析各种防治肾移植中 IRI 的新旧方法,希望可以有助于临床治疗。
During kidney transplant, the non-specific inflammatory response induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) will lead to decreased survival ability of transplanted kidney. However, the effect of IRI on long-term survival rate of allograft is not sure. Here we illuminated the relationship between early IRI and decreased long-term survival ability of allograft by retrospectively analyzing the clinical evidences and laboratory investigations. Previous studies showed that early IRI resulted in the graft loss through reduction of renal functional mass, vascular injury, chronic hypoxia and subsequent fibrosis. IRI was also one of the main factors to induce dysfunction of transplanted kidney and acute rejection reaction, and to decrease the allograft survival. Therefore, it’s better to substitute traditional methods with novel measures during kidney transplant which may relieve the renal IRI much better.
海岛可持续发展理论及其评价研究

Abstract: 本文以可持续发展的基本理论为指导,结合海岛特征,从生存指标、环境状况、社会发展、智力评价四个层面,建立海岛可持续发展评价系统,将长海县、长岛县等12个海岛县作为研究对象,以2002年为评价的基准年,对12个海岛县2002年-2008年间的可持续发展综合能力进行对比研究分析,评价海岛县可持续发展的环境、社会经济状态和进程,结论显示:①12海岛县基本处于可持续发展较弱或中等水平;②12海岛县可持续发展状态格局分为3个层次;③人才、智力支持系统仍然是困扰海岛发展的难题;④海岛可持续发展未来格局将发生重大变化。
干扰环境下窄带信号时反算子分解聚焦性能分析

Abstract: 近几年来,无论是理论分析还是海上试验,都验证了时反算子分解可实现有选择性的聚焦和目标检测.然而,这些分析和试验都是建立在信噪(混)比很高的前提下的,因此,需要对时反算子分解在于扰环境下的使用进行评估.利用传播模型和混响模型产生回波和混响,研究目标处的聚焦.结果显示,在噪声限制条件下,随着信噪比的降低,聚焦点处的能量逐渐降低;在混响限制条件下,如果选择的特征向量合适,即使在信混比较低的情况下,聚焦性能下降也是比较小的,这点为时反算子分解在低信混比情况下的应用提供了保障.
Evaluation of Island Sustainable Development and Its Applications
海岛可持续发展理论及其评价研究

Abstract: China has 12 island counties distributed in sea areas from the north to the south, which play an important role in exploiting marine resources and expanding marine economy. In this study, the authors built an evaluation system for island sustainable development based on the characteristics of the sustainable development. The evaluation system involves indicators of island subsistence resources, environmental status, societal development, and intelligence evaluation. Furthermore, the authors compared and contrasted the sustainable development of the 12 island counties during the period 2002-2008 based on the reference year of 2002. Results indicate that the 12 counties were generally at moderate or low levels of sustainable development. The status of the sustainable development for the 12 counties can be divided into 3 levels. Limitations in talent and intelligence resources posed a big challenge for island development. The status of sustainable development for the 12 counties will be greatly changed in the near future.
近10年来可可西里地区主要湖泊冰情时空变化

Abstract: 基于2000-2011年可可西里地区湖泊边界矢量数据、MODIS和LandsatTM/ETM+遥感影像和气象数据等资料,利用RS和GIS技术综合分析该地区主要湖泊冰情变化特征及其影响因素。结果表明①可可西里地区湖泊开始结冰和完全结冰出现在每年的10月下旬至11月上旬和11月中旬至12月上旬,湖泊由开始冻结至完全冻结持续时间约半个月;湖冰开始消融和完全消融时间较为分散,主要出现在每年的4月下旬至6月初和5月初至6月上旬,湖泊完全封冻期和封冻期为181d和196d。②2000-2011年间,可可西里地区湖冰物候特征发生了显著变化,湖泊开始冻结和完全冻结时间推迟,湖冰开始消融和完全消融时间提前,湖泊完全封冻期和封冻期持续时间普遍缩短,平均变化速率分别为-2.21d/a和-1.91d/a。③湖冰物候特征及湖泊冰情演变是区域气候变化和湖泊自身条件共同作用的结果,其中气温、湖泊面积、湖水矿化度和湖泊形态是影响湖冰物候特征的主要因素,而湖泊热储量、地质构造等因素对湖冰演化的作用亦不可忽视。④可可西里地区湖泊冻结空间模式与消融过程相反,以湖冰由湖泊一岸扩展到另一岸的湖泊数量居多。

Abstract: 随着人们环境保护意识的增强和对环境质量要求的提高,声环境质量已成为影响城市人民生活的一个重要污染指标,城市的不断发展,使噪声污染越来越成为人们日益关注的环境问题之一。采用定点测量方法和噪声分析仪进行监测,对哈尔滨市区区域环境噪声的监测结果进行了分析,监测结果表明生活在低分贝值区域的人口逐渐增多,哈尔滨市环境状况有所好转。
双酶分步水解制备花生多肽工艺优化

Abstract: ?为了开发和利用花生蛋白资源,生产高附加值蛋白产品,以花生分离蛋白为原料,采用alcalase和flavourzyme分步水解法制备花生多肽。通过单因素试验和响应面中心组合设计试验,研究flavourzyme水解花生分离蛋白过程中加酶量、底物质量分数、酶解温度、酶解时间和酶液ph值等因素对水解的影响。建立水解液中可溶性氮质量浓度与各种影响因素的回归模型;确定flavourzyme酶解反应的最佳工艺参数为ph7.0、加酶量1714u/g底物、底物质量分数5%、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间90min。在此条件下,酶解产物中可溶性氮质量浓度为19.44mg/ml。

Abstract: 目的:从蛋白质组水平探索脾阴虚痴呆的本质以及滋补脾阴的方药(ZBPYR)作用靶点。方法:采用饮食不节、劳倦过度、耗伤阴液的复合因素综合考虑的方法建立脾阴虚的大鼠模型。并于双侧海马定位注射聚合态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40,应用ZBPYR干预。通过双向凝胶电泳比较各组大鼠海马蛋白质组表达图谱的不同;由MALDI-TOF-MS鉴定表达差异的蛋白。结果:与空白对照组相比,脾阴虚痴呆组有9个蛋白表达差异点;脾阴虚痴呆+ZBPYR组有2个差异点。经质谱鉴定显示脾阴虚痴呆组大鼠海马蛋白中AnnexinⅢ表达上调,Tubulin beta chain 15、Dihydropyrimidinase-like 2和Guanine nucleotide-binding protein beta-1 subunit表达下降,ZBPYR干预后这些蛋白点的表达与空白对照组比较无明显差异。结论:脾阴虚痴呆大鼠海马的病变是一个多种蛋白质参与的复杂过程,AnnexinⅢ、Tubulin beta chain 15等分子参与了脾阴虚痴呆大鼠的海马病变;ZBPYR可能通过对海马的差异表达蛋白的调控而达到治疗目的。

Abstract: Effects of Chinese herbs for Zibu Piyin Recipe (ZBPYR) on spleen-yin deficiency Alzheimer's Disease (AD) rats were investigated. A new rat model was established with both AD and spleen-yin deficiency syndrome. Then, expressions of protein in hippocampus (CA1, CA3, DAG region), and proteins correlated to endocytoplasmic reticulum stress, glucose regulated protein78 (GRP78), CCAAT/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) of cerebral cortex were determined. The results showed that contrasted with two AD groups, the expression of GRP78 protein was upregulated obviously (P < 0.05) in the ZBPYR group. And the expression of CHOP protein was down-regulated obviously (P< 0.05). It is concluded that Chinese herbs for ZBPYR improve the ability of learning and memory by reinforcing the survival pathway of ERS, and inhibiting the apoptosis pathway of ERS.
原发系统型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤间变性淋巴瘤激酶基因异常与其融合蛋白表达及预后分析

Abstract: ?目的:回顾性研究原发系统型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(primarysystemicanaplasticlargecelllymphoma,s-alcl)间变性淋巴瘤激酶(anaplasticlymphomakinase,alk)融合蛋白表达及alk基因异常情况,探讨两者关系及预后意义.方法:收集北京大学基础医学院病理学系淋巴瘤研究室及北京儿童医院28例确诊s-alcl的病例,重新进行常规形态观察,复习及补充必要免疫组化标记以核实诊断.采用envision法进行免疫组织化学染色(immu-nohistochemicalstainining,ihc).应用alk-1单克隆抗体检测alk融合蛋白表达,应用位点特异性间期荧光原位杂交(locusspecificinterphasefluorescenceinsituhybridization,lsi-fish)方法检测石蜡包埋组织中肿瘤细胞alk基因断裂及其他异常情况.收集临床资料,随访.结果:8例s-alcl病例ihc检测alk-1蛋白阳性19例,阴性9例.用lsi-fish法检测到alk基因断裂14例,其余14例无alk基因断裂的病例中,5例呈2个拷贝,9例呈多个拷贝.全部病例中有完整随访的共22例,随访截止时16例生存,6例死亡,生存期0.5~36.0个月,平均生存期12.8个月;1年累计生存率73.9%.alk基因多个完整拷贝者1年累计生存率仅47.6%,预后相对较差.结论:-alcl病例肿瘤细胞有alk-1融合蛋白表达,在s-alcl诊断中高度特异.s-alcl病例alk基因的异常改变很复杂,alk-l融合蛋白表达与alk基因断裂不完全吻合.s-alcl中alk基因异常的不同类型间预后可能有差异.alk基因呈多个完整拷贝病例的预后可能更差.
