预冷库温湿度控制与热工响应试

Abstract: 对预冷库变频降温与全频降温两种温湿度控制模式进行了试验研究,发现变频降温到目标温度所需时间较长,但降温过程平稳,波幅小。研究了气流分布装置对库内温度场的影响,发现孔板均流方式对库内温度场的影响优于传统的单一风机送风、一拖二和夹套送风方式;对库门开启对库内热环境的冲击进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。

Abstract: 水+乙醇+碳酸钾三元体系在DCP(doublecriticalpoint)和CDP(criticaldoublepoint)附近,存在两个高临界点和一个低临界点.改变该三元系中醇与水的比例可使DCP和CDP消失,体系在相当大的温度范围内仅存在一个高临界点,从而使共存曲线的跨接临界行为的研究更简单和直接.报道了水+乙醇+碳酸钾三元体系在醇与水的质量比例分别为0.3699和0.5042时,温度向单一的高临界点逼近过程中共存曲线从平均场行为到3DIsing行为的跨接,发现跨接属于非单调的类型,此结果符合Sengers等的理论.

Abstract: 外源dna导入细胞并与基因组靶基因发生同源重组可以精确修饰或替换靶基因,但在植物中产生自发同源重组的概率很低。近几年出现的人工改造核酸酶可以大幅提高同源重组的效率,实现基因组的精确、定向改造。其中,归巢核酸酶、锌指核酸酶和tale核酸酶已在植物基因工程中得到成功应用,最近开发出来的基于crispr/cas系统的基因组编辑技术则更具有高效方便等特点。这些人工核酸酶的应用为植物基因工程的发展呈现了更加美好的前景。首先介绍了基因组编辑技术及其发展历程,随后详细阐述了提高植物基因组定点编辑效率的策略,最后对基因组编辑技术在农业和植物基因工程上的应用进行了展望。

Abstract: 目的探讨解剖型股骨假体置换治疗重度髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)的疗效。 方法回顾分析2009年9月-2013年9月,48例(51髋)因重度DDH选择解剖型股骨假体行初次人工全髋关节置换术患者的临床资料。男5例(5髋),女43例(46髋);年龄28~67岁,平均51岁。左髋25例,右髋20例;双髋3例。根据Crowe分型标准:Ⅲ型39例(44髋),Ⅳ型9例(7髋)。患者术前疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(5.72±1.84)分,Harris评分为(41.66±4.87)分。术前肢体短缩长度(4.31±0.84)cm。 结果手术时间59~110 min,平均78.6 min;住院时间6~20 d,平均12.3 d。术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,2例并发下肢肌间静脉血栓形成。患者均获随访,随访时间10~54个月,平均29个月。9例术后早期伴跛行步态,1年内消失;其余患者步态均正常。末次随访时,VAS评分为(1.46±0.47)分,Harris评分为(88.66±3.48)分,健患侧肢体长度相差(1.15±0.33)cm,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。X线片复查示,随访期间均无假体松动、下沉、异位骨化、骨质溶解并发症发生。 结论采用解剖型股骨假体置换治疗重度DDH,能有效缓解疼痛,改善关节功能,恢复肢体短缩,近期疗效满意。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of anatomic femoral component prosthesis for severe development dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in total hip arthroplasty (THA). MethodsBetween September 2009 and September 2013, 48 patients (51 hips) with severe DDH underwent THA with cementless anatomic femoral component prosthesis. There were 5 males (5 hips) and 43 females (46 hips) with an average age of 51 years (range, 28-67 years). The left hip was involved in 25 cases, the right hip in 20 cases, and bilateral hips in 3 cases. There were 39 cases (44 hips) of Crowe type Ⅲ and 9 cases (7 hips) of Crowe type ⅠV. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score was 5.72±1.84, and Harris score was 41.66±4.87 at preoperation. All patients had leg discrepancy with a length difference of (4.31±0.84) cm. ResultsThe duration of surgery was 59-110 minutes (mean, 78.6 minutes), and the hospitalization days were 6-20 days (mean, 12.3 days). All patients obtained primary healing of incision without wound related complications of swelling, effusion, and infection. Two patients were found to have intramuscular venous thrombosis. All patients were followed up 10-54 months (mean, 29 months). Limp was observed at the early stage after operation in 9 patients and disappeared after 1 year, the other patients had normal gait. The VAS score 1.46±0.47, Harris score 88.66±3.48, and the leg length difference (1.15±0.33) cm at last follow-up all showed significant differences when compared with the preoperative values ( P<0.05). No prosthesis loosening or subsidence, heterotopic ossification, dislocation, and infection occurred. ConclusionAnatomic femoral component prosthesis for severe DDH in THA can relieve pain, and improve the hip joint function and limb discrepancy. Short-term effectiveness was satisfactory, but the long-term effectiveness should still be observed in future.
Box-Behnken法优化热毒宁注射液栀子浸膏带式干燥工艺

Abstract: 采用Box-Behnken响应面法,优选热毒宁注射液中栀子浸膏的带式干燥工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,采用3因素3水平Box-Behnken实验设计对热毒宁注射液栀子浸膏的干燥工艺参数进行优选。以干燥温度、干燥时间、进料速度为自变量,以栀子苷含量为因变量,试验数据进行二项式拟合,建立栀子苷含量与各自变量之间的数学关系,应用Design-Expert8.0.6分析实验数据,预测所得最佳干燥参数为干燥温度98.5℃,干燥时间89min,进料速度99.8r·min-1。在此条件下,栀子苷质量分数预测值为563.307mg·g-1。采用该工艺参数进行3次验证实验,测得栀子苷平均质量分数为564.108mg·g-1,与模型预测值接近。验证试验表明,确定的栀子浸膏的带式干燥工艺稳定可行,因此单因素实验与响应面法优化联用可以用于热毒宁栀子浸膏带式干燥工艺的优化分析。
煤基车用氨燃料生命周期分析

Abstract: 从中国能源现实结构出发,以行驶距离100km为功能单位,对煤基氨燃料SOFC汽车的生命周期能耗和主要污染物排放进行了分析,通过对比氨燃料SOFC车辆技术与GV、CIDI和HFCV三种不同车辆技术,发现氨燃料生命周期功能单位的总能耗、全球变暖影响潜值和光化学烟雾影响潜值分别为0.27GJ、6.51×10-3和1.51×10-3,均低于其他3种车辆技术,因此,推广氨燃料可以减少对石油基燃料的依赖,同时符合当前“碳减排”和“低碳经济”的发展趋势。

Abstract: Considering the Coulomb explosion induced by the interaction of a deuterium cluster target with an ultra-intensie femtosecond laser, the mechanism which generates energetic deuterium nuclei for the fusion has been analyzed. The formulas for expansions of deuterium ion clusters, which are driven by Coulomb explosion, are proposed; and hence the kinetic energies of deuterium nuclei and the expansion time of deuterium ion clusters have been estimated.

Abstract: 数值求解了一维含时的Schr?dinger方程,研究了μ子催化核聚变反应中激光强度和波长对介原子μ3He电离的影响.发现当激光强度为1019—1023W/cm2量级时,介原子μ3He有2.7%左右的电离率;当激光强度达到6.0×1024W/cm2时,对介原子μ3He 有显著的电离,并且电离率随着激光的强度、波长而递增,进而会有效提高μ子的催化效率.
