镁铝复合金属氧化物负载纳米Pd催化剂的制备及其在醇胺一步合成亚胺反应中的应用

Abstract: 以共沉淀法制备的Pd2 掺杂水滑石为前驱体,通过焙烧、还原得到了镁铝复合金属氧化物负载纳米Pd催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),场发射透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对催化剂进行表征,发现通过Pd2 掺杂水滑石为前驱体制备的复合金属氧化物负载纳米Pd催化剂,可以实现Pd纳米颗粒(3.6 nm)在镁铝复合氧化物表面的均匀分散。该催化剂在催化苯甲醇和苯胺一步法合成N-苄叉苯胺时,在温和的反应条件下表现出良好的催化性能以及对N-苄叉苯胺较高的选择性,产物收率>99%。在循环实验过程中,催化剂表现出较好的稳定性,并且中催化活性未见下降。

Abstract:
截至2012年7月,全球已有962项遗产被联合国教科文组织世界遗产委员会列入《世界遗产名录》,其中文化遗产745项、自然遗产188项和混合遗产(文化和自然双重遗产)29项,分布在157个缔约国中。到2012年3月,已经有189个国家加入遗产保护公约,成为缔约国。中国是一个拥有丰富世界遗产资源的国家。中国已有43项遗产被联合国教科文组织世界遗产委员会列入《世界遗产名录》,其中文化遗产30项、自然遗产9项和混合遗产4项。非物质文化遗产名录是由联合国教科文组织建立,其目地是为了更好地保护全球重要的非物质文化遗产。截止到2011年11月,全球被列入《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》的非物质文化遗产已达232项;此外,还包括急需保护的非物质文化遗产名录27项和被认为最能体现公约的非物质文化遗产保护计划、项目和活动8项。中国位于缔约国之首,拥有29项人类非物质文化遗产代表作和7项急需保护的非物质文化遗产。本文聚焦世界遗产名录、全球战略、战略目标(5C)、申遗趋势、遗产保护、遗产教育的现状和进展。此外,本文还概述了中国的世界遗产的现状、进展和发展阶段。
As of July 2012, 962 sites throughout the world have been inscribed on the World Heritage List by the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO, including 745 cultural, 188 natural and 29 mixed sites in 157 States Parties. As of March 2012, 189 States Parties have ratified the World Heritage Convention. China is a country with rich cultural and natural heritage resources. 43 sites of China have been inscribed on the World Heritage List by the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO, including 29 cultural, 8 natural and 4 mixed sites. The Lists of Intangible Cultural Heritage are established by UNESCO aiming to ensure the better protection of important intangible cultural heritages worldwide. As of November 2011, 232 masterpieces have been inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. In addition, 27 elements have been identified on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding and 8 elements have been designated on Programmes, Projects and Activities for the Safe- guarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage considered to best reflect the principles and objectives of the con- vention. China leads the other States Parties with 29 masterpieces of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity and 7 elements of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding. This paper focuses on the status and progress of the World Heritage List, Global Strategy, the Strategic Objectives (the “5 Cs”), World Heritage application, heritage protection, heritage management and heritage education. In addition, the paper summarizes current status, progress and development stage of World Heritage in China.

Abstract:

截止到目前,全球共有911项世界遗产被列入《世界遗产名录》,其中包括704项文化遗产、180项自然遗产和27项混合遗产。中国是一个拥有丰富世界遗产资源的国家。世界遗产教育对于世界遗产的保护至关重要,已经成为大学高等教育的一个重要趋势。本文介绍了世界遗产发展现状,总结了高校的世界遗产教育。此外,本文还指出了我国世界遗产教育存在的问题,提出了相关对策,以促进世界遗产教育的可持续发展。

Abstract: 本文选取深圳市城市更新房屋征收的典型案例为实证研究对象,综合分析在利益均衡平台构建和征地补偿标准制定的过程中体现出的利益主体参与方面存在的问题及问题原因。要真正实现政府、开发商和动迁居民三者之间的利益衡平,就必须确立按市场价格补偿的标准。城市更新房屋征收管理属于行政行为,政府此时必须依法办事,既不能不作为,又不能乱作为。因此,只有在政府建立畅通的沟通渠道的基础上,动迁居民和开发商在充分掌握对方信息的前提下做出理性选择,形成纳什均衡。
 In the paper, I have chosen the Shenzhen Expropriation of houses in urban renovation as case study, comprehensive analysis that the process of construction of benefit equilibrium platform and requisition of compensation standard of land reflects the main problems of the interests existing and the cause of the problem. In order to realize the balance of interests among the three, it must be established according to the market price the compensation standard. The management of the Expropriation of houses in urban renovation is the governmental administration. So the government must act in accordance with the law, neither inaction, nor action as the chaos. Therefore, only if that the government establish fluid communication channels, that dwellers and developers can fully grasp each other’s information to make a rational choice, and then the Game can form Nash equilibrium.

Gastroenterology ward is a potential dangerous place for working. Nurses could inevitably contact contagious pollutants while nursing patients. As the efficient chemical disinfectants and anti-tumor drugs are more and more widely used in chemical, various risks are threatening the health of the nurses. This paper aims to improve the nurses' consciousness of self-protection. This paper analyses the dangerous factors that the nurses in the gastroenterology department meet in the work, and mentions some methods of protection. Only the nurses in the gastroenterology department protect themselves well and keep themselves healthy, can they improve the safety of the daily work and take good care of the patients.

Abstract:
以典型DN125通海阀为对象,在通海阀主要结构尺寸不变的情况下对其局部部位进行改进优化,分别提出了四种优化方案,并对优化方案的声学特性进行分析。分析结果表明,其中方案二和方案四的流体噪声声功率级均大幅下降,且工艺性良好。
By using a typical seacock for DN125 as the object, under the condition of invariable in the main structure size, we optimized the local area, put forward four kinds of optimization schemes re-spectively, and analyzed the acoustic characteristics of the optimized schemes. The results show that the sound power levels of fluid noise significantly decrease in the second and fourth schemes, and the manufacturability is feasible.

Abstract: 任务调度是云计算中的一个关键问题,遗传算法是一种能较好解决优化问题的算法。本论文针对遗传算法在任务调度过程中随着任务调度问题复杂度增加,算法的性能出现下降的现象,引入K-means聚类算法,提出一种基于K-means聚类和遗传算法的云计算环境下任务调度的新算法。该算法借鉴 K-means 聚类方法的思想在任务调度前对任务进行聚类预处理,然后根据遗传算法的机制进行任务调度,并提出了时间–负载均衡约束的适应度函数,优化了变异算子。仿真实验结果表明,该算法在云环境下任务调度中具有较高的效率和性能。
Task scheduling is a key problem in cloud environments and genetic algorithm is a good method to find a solution for this problem. For the phenomenon of genetic algorithm in task scheduling process the complexity of the task scheduling problem increased and algorithm performance declined. In this paper, a genetic algorithm based on K-means cluster method with time and load balancing constraint is proposed. This algorithm uses K-means cluster method to classify the tasks at the beginning of scheduling and uses genetic algorithm to scheduling tasks of each class. More-over, we proposed a time-load balancing constraints fitness function and optimized the mutation operator. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm gives a better solution.
