LTCC微型巴伦设计

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于LTCC (低温共烧陶瓷)技术的微型巴伦的设计与实现方法。此种巴伦采用Marchand型结构,运用LTCC多层三维立体集成技术,通过宽边耦合的螺旋型结构实现1/4波长耦合线,大大减小了巴伦的实际体积。随后通过带状线末端电容加载技术的改进型结构,近一步缩小了耦合线长,实现了结构的微型化。最终设计的巴伦工作频带1.5~3 GHz,具有插损小,幅度平坦性好,相位一致性高的优点,巴伦尺寸为2.5 mm × 3 mm × 1.2 mm。文章讨论了该巴伦工作原理、微型化的设计思路、三维结构,最后给出了设计的仿真和测试结果,两者一致性较好。
A method of designing and implementing a miniature LTCC balun is proposed in this paper. This kind of balun is based on the structure of Marchand microstrip balun in order to realize the mi-niaturization. LTCC multilayer 3D technology, broadband coupling spiral stripline and loading terminal capacitors structure have been used to achieve quarter-wave coupling line to reduce the size. The operation frequency ranges from 1 GHz to 3 GHz with the advantages of low insertion loss, well amplitude balance and strong phase consistency. The dimension was only 2.5 mm × 3 mm × 1.2 mm. The operation principle, design thoughts of miniaturization and the structure of balun were discussed in this paper. At last, the results from the simulation and those from the measurement are in good agreement.
亟待开展黄河下游河道远景学研究

Abstract: 黄河下游河段河床淤积严重,目前面临的主要问题是1)20世纪90年代以来,由于水沙矛盾加剧,河道萎缩,主槽过洪能力锐减,平滩流量在一些河段已由80年代的5000m3·s-1降至目前的3000m3·s-1;2)由于水沙变化,20世纪70年代开始在局部河段出现的“二级悬河”,现已逐渐在上游的河南段和下游的山东段发展到210km多.研究表明,黄河下游的淤积是自然地质过程,应亟待开展黄河下游河道远景学研究.

Abstract: 在风的作用下,海面上风浪和风海流一同发生、发展,在它们之间进行着能量交换。近岸地区海底的回流也影响着波浪的传播。为了研究海浪和海流的这些相互作用,泰勒(Taylor)和湯普逊(Thompson)等曾研究过非均匀流上的线性周期型表面波。但是非均匀流使波浪加强和波形变陡的作用只能由研究非线性波才能得到。

Abstract: 本文分析了美国标准大气1976的大气参数表及制定的物理假设,其主要结果是:1.可用绝对温度来定义整个温度剖面T(Z),而不用“分子量温度”TM。2.温度剖面的椭圆段在110公里处引进了一个量级为10-7J/m3·s的过大散热源。3.看来大气参数表中唯一的“系统”错误是导热系数。4.详细讨论了联结均匀大气层和高层非均匀大气计算的各种可能途径。5.建议在高层大气模式中引进CO2分量并降低计算界面到80公里。

Abstract: 摘 要: 作为报人小说家,为了适应报刊这种现代化载体,为了满足民初读者越来越现代、多元的“兴味”阅读需要,姚?g雏在短篇小说创作上进行了多路向探索。其撰著的短篇小说既继承唐人小说追求“奇味”的一脉,兼具史笔与诗意;又借鉴外国小说的某些叙事技巧,结合读者的阅读兴味,自觉进行变革和试验,使有些小说呈现出显著的现代性特征,可谓现代短篇小说之前奏。姚?g雏的创作实践有力地推动了短篇小说的现代转型。
Abstract: As a journalist novelist, in order to adapt to the modern carrier of newspapers and periodicals and in order to satisfy the “Xing Wei” reading requirements in Early Republic of China which were more and more modern and diverse, Yao Yuanchu made multi-approach exploration in short story creation. His short stories not only inherited the “Qi Wei” style of Tang novels with both history and poetry, but learned from certain foreign narrative techniques. He combined with the reader’s reading interest, and consciously undertook reform and experiment so that some novels could bring out the remarkable characteristics of modernity, which can be considered as the prelude to modern short story. Yao Yuanchu’s creative practice vigorously promotes the modern transformation of short story

Abstract: 摘 要: 周瘦鹃精通外语,避免了时人随意翻译的弊病;熟悉欧美小说,对所译作品的选择具有专业眼光。他运用整体忠实而适度归化的翻译策略,使译作呈现出不同于“五四”翻译小说的才子笔墨。无论用文言,还是白话,其译文总是清新流畅,雅俗共赏,颇能引起民初读者的“兴味”。他大量翻译“哀情”小说乃是其主体精神与时代风尚双重建构的结果。若从“融才子笔墨与专业眼光为一体”的角度考察,他已经超越林纾、包天笑等译界前辈。在“新文学革命”前夕,他便开始更多地采用直译,使其译作呈现出一种与时俱进的特色。
Abstract: Different from general novel translators in the early Republic of China, Zhou Shoujuan was proficient in foreign languages and avoided translating as casually as his contemporaries did; and because he was familiar with European and American novels, he chose to translate from professional perspective. With the translation strategy of overall loyalty to the original text and moderate naturalization, his translation presented gifted skills which are different from those of the “New Literature” translators. Whether in classical Chinese or in vernacular Chinese, his translation is always fresh and fluent, suiting both the refined and popular tastes, and arousing reading “interest”. As a result of the double construction of subject spirit and time spirit, he translated a large number of novels on tragic love. If studied from the angle of “combining gifted skills and professional taste”, Zhou Shoujuan already exceeded Lin Shu, Bao Tianxiao, and many other translation predecessors. With the improvement of modern translation, Zhou Shoujuan’s translating style changed quietly. Even before the “New Literature Revolution”, he began to adopt literal translation more frequently, and turned to be the pioneer of the “May Fourth” novel translation
猪前体脂肪细胞与肌卫星细胞体外联合培养的初步研究

Abstract: ?目的:初步建立猪前体脂肪细胞与肌卫星细胞体外联合培养的方法,探讨联合培养模式下两类细胞的基本生长特性。方法:利用差速贴壁法分别纯化前体脂肪细胞与肌卫星细胞,按1:10的浓度比接种混合培养,以单独两类细胞培养作对照;采用油红o染色、desmin免疫组化染色鉴定;通过形态学观察、mtt比色绘制生长曲线研究细胞生长规律。结果:desmin免疫组化染色观察肌细胞阳性率达97%以上,油红o染色计数诱导分化细胞比率大于60%;形态学观察发现,联合培养细胞接触汇合前形态呈梭形,接触后不规则重叠交织生长;充脂细胞呈现较晚,且数量稀少;he染色可见多核细胞融合及肌管样结构;测定2~9d细胞生长曲线显示,联合细胞组增殖比率大于对照组,经历2~3d潜伏期、3~7d指数生长期后,并未与对照组同步进入平台期,而呈持续缓慢上升趋势。结论:初步实现了体外猪前体脂肪细胞与肌卫星细胞的直接联合培养,并由研究结果显示其与对照组生长特性存在差异。
