Abstract:
膀胱原发性腺癌是一种比较少见的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度较高,预后差。本文回顾性分析2例膀胱原发性腺癌患者的临床资料、病理资料及随访结果,患者均经手术治疗。2例膀胱腺癌均为老年男性,占同期350例膀胱癌的0.2%,肿瘤均为膀胱腔内单发病灶。临床主要症状为无痛性肉眼血尿,术前临床均未能获确切诊断。组织学主要以形态不一、大小不等的异型腺体组成,腺腔内含有黏液,细胞异型性大,癌组织在膀胱壁呈浸润性生长。免疫组化染色CK7(+),CK20(?)。
Primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder is a relatively rare cancer, and it has high degree of ma-lignancy and poor prognosis. The clinical and pathological data and follow-up results of two patients with primary adenocarcinoma of bladder underwent operation were analyzed. Two cases were elderly male patients, and primary adenocarcinoma accounted for 0.2% of all bladder carcinoma (350 cases) for the same period. Intravesical tumors were single lesion. The main clinical manifestation was gross hematuria. All patients on accurate diagnosis were not made preopera-tively. Microscopically, the tumor consisted of various shaped glands with different size, glandular cavity contained mucus, and the atypia of cell was big. Cancer cell in the bladder wall showed in-filtrative growth. Immunohistochemical study showed that the tumor cells were strongly positive for CK7, and negative for CK20.
一种基于小波的奇异信号检测方法

Abstract: ?介绍了小波二进制变换的基本原理,简述了小波变换奇异性和信号突变的关系。基于小波变换,给出一种结合3σ准则、软硬阈值折衷法的奇异信号小波检测方法。仿真结果表明此法既能有效地消除噪声,又能较好保留奇异信号,从而改善信号中奇异性信息的提取效果;在对信号奇异程度和奇异点位置的确定上,较以往的处理方法有明显的改善。
莱茵衣藻鞭毛内运输蛋白IFT81调控鞭毛组装

Abstract: 利用插入突变的方式获得了一株衣藻不运动突变体ift81,该突变体表现出鞭毛缺失或者短鞭毛的性状.基因序列分析表明,外源基因aphⅧ插入了突变体中IFT81(intraflagellar transport,IFT)基因的第五个外显子内,并导致该外显子原有的52个碱基对被替换.把含有完整IFT81基因的重组质粒导入突变体ift81后,其鞭毛恢复为野生型且可以检测到IFT81-HA融合蛋白的表达,这证明突变体的鞭毛缺陷确实是由于IFT81基因突变所导致.电镜观察显示突变体中鞭毛的显微结构发生改变,免疫荧光实验证实IFT81蛋白主要定位于基体和鞭毛部位.上述结果表明:IFT81蛋白缺失会导致衣藻鞭毛组装缺陷,在鞭毛组装所需蛋白的运输过程中,IFT81蛋白是必不可少的.

Abstract:
目的:克隆杨树菇抗肿瘤相关蛋白基因,初步鉴定其活性。方法:构建cDNA文库,随机测序得到SUMO (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier)基因,通过构建真核表达质粒,并检测其在HeLa细胞中表达引起的细胞凋亡及衰老的变化,初步鉴定其抗肿瘤活性。结果:得到全长为606 bp的SUMO cDNA序列,编码103个氨基酸,将表达SUMO的真核表达质粒转染入HeLa细胞中,发现可引起肿瘤细胞的凋亡,但对细胞衰老无影响。结论:药用真菌中SUMO等小泛素类蛋白酶系统值得进一步研究,有助于新型抗肿瘤药物前体的开发。
Objective: The antitumor-associated gene of Agrocybe aegerita was cloned to identify the bioactivity. Method: cDNA library was constructed and the gene SUMO was obtained by random sequencing. The eukaryotic ex- pression vector was constructed to detect cell apoptosis and senescence activity. Result: The gene of SUMO was cloned with 606 bp and 103 amino acid residues. The expression in HeLa cells could induce the cell apoptosis instead of se- nescence. Conclusion: SUMO from medicinal fungus worth to be investigated for the discovery of new antitumor medicine.

Abstract: 本文研究一类半线性高阶抛物型方程组的Cauchy问题。通过建立高阶抛物型方程组的所谓“比较原理”,利用Schauder不动点理论和试验函数等方法,证明了该问题在慢衰减初值条件下解的整体性存在性与不存在性。
This paper concerns with the Cauchy problem of a higher-order parobolic system. By constructing a so called “comparison principle”of the higher-order parobolic system and utilizing Schauder fixed point theorem and the test function method, we prove the existence and nonexistence of global solutions to such a problem with slow decay initial data.

There is no method that can be quantified and is universal to determine the potential new composition of bulk metallic glasses. In this paper, we reviewed a variety of criteria used to predict the alloy composition which has the high amorphous formation ability.

Abstract: 目的 研究以人为本的用户交互界面设计, 提高用户界面设计的人性化程度。方法 通过整理以人为本的用户交互界面设计的相关文献资料, 理清以人为本的用户交互界面设计的研究意义, 结合市场对人性化用户交互界面设计的要求进行综合分析, 制定出新型的用户交互界面设计方案。在方案的设计中将以人为本的理念贯穿进去, 保证设计出来的用户交互界面设计满足人性化要求。结论机器的界面设计不再是满足人类对于机器最简单的使用, 而是要将人因工程考虑进去。人作为交互界面的操控者与使用者, 只有将人作为整个交互界面设计中的核心部分, 才能提高整个交互界面设计的水平, 只有基于以人为本的用户交互界面设计才最符合现代社会的要求。
