跨境电商人才需求研究

Abstract:
跨境电商的迅猛发展不仅导致电商人才的需求与日俱增,也使得相关复合型人才显得尤为稀缺。因此有必要对跨境电商人才需求进行探究。目前国内外关于跨境电商人才培养的研究尚未形成规模,国内此方面的研究多针对东南沿海地区的情况或针对中高职院校,此外研究方法以问卷调查描述性统计等定性研究为主。文章将立足于跨境电商行业的实际发展情况,通过对求职招聘网站中跨境电商行业的人才招聘信息的内容分析,结合对跨境电商企业员工进行问卷调查,综合整理出人才的需求情况,挖掘对人才技能、知识储备的需求。
In recent years, there are lots of talents gaps in the market due to the fast-growing of the industry of cross-border e-commence and it also makes the related compound talents particularly scarce. So it is necessary to research the talents demand of cross-border e-commence. At present the research on talent training of cross-border e-commence at home and aboard has not yet formed the scale, domestic research in this area is more about the situation of the southeast coastal area or the middle and higher vocational colleges. In addition, the research methods are mainly qualitative research, such as questionnaire survey and descriptive statistics. This article will be based on the actual development of cross-border electricity suppliers industry, through the content analysis of talents recruitment information of the cross-border electricity suppliers in job recruitment website and combining with the questionnaire survey of employees of cross-border business enterprises, comprehensively sort out the demand for talents, and mine the demand for talent skills and knowledge reserve.
上市国企高管薪酬业绩敏感性结构化解析

Abstract:
本文以2006~2013年1001家国有上市公司为样本,通过动态面板数据构建多元回归模型对国有企业薪酬业绩敏感性结构化差异进行实证检验,比较了中央控股国有企业和地方控股国有企业在薪酬业绩上的不同表现,及国企高管业绩敏感性在行业上的差异。研究发现:(1) 我国国有上市公司高管薪酬与业绩存在相关性,但其薪酬业绩敏感性显著低于非国有上市公司;(2) 国有上市公司中,央企高管薪酬业绩敏感性显著低于地方国企;(3) 金融行业国有上市公司管理层的薪酬业绩敏感性显著低于其他行业。实证结果有助于明确未来国企薪酬改革政策的指向性,本文据此提出了多层次治理建议,对国企薪酬制度的进一步完善具有参考意义。
In this paper, the sample of the models includes 2561 China’s state-owned listed companies from 2006 to 2013 (including the 1001 state-owned listed companies). By constructing the panel data regression models, this research compares the difference between the executive pay performance sensitivity of central state-owned enterprise and that of local state-owned enterprises, as well as the difference of executive pay performance sensitivity of state-owned financial institutions and state-owned non-financial institutions. The study result shows that: (1) there is a significant cor-relation between the executive pay and company performance of China’s state-owned listed com-panies, but the executive PPS of state-owned listed companies is evidently lower than that of non- state-owned listed companies. (2) Executive PPS of central state-owned companies was significantly lower than that of local state-owned companies. (3) Executive pay performance sensitivity of state-owned financial enterprises was significantly lower than that of state-owned non-financial enterprises. When it comes to policy on executive compensation regulation of state-owned enter-prises, items should also be more targeted. This study offers reference for further optimization for executive performance appraisal system in state-owned companies.

Abstract: 摘要 作为课堂教学基本行为的"模仿"具有本体性意义,它涉及到身体、表演性、想象力、内在图像等诸多方面。此种意义上的"模仿"不是消极的效仿,而是基于场景布置与展演性的自我更新与表达,它体现并建构着课堂教学规则。本文围绕"模仿序列蕴含并建构着怎样的课堂教学逻辑"这一核心问题,运用文件阐释法的视频分析,以序列分析为载体,分析模仿形成的互动惯习。基于文件阐释的视频分析综合情境、身体、实践知识等维度,综合关切本体性与情境性、普遍性与多样性、瞬时性与历时性等,实现了教育实践与理论研究方法论的更新。
Abstract:As the basic classroom teaching and learning behavior, "mimics"has ontological meaning, involving body, performance, imagination, inner image. In this sense, mimics is not negative "imitation", but self-expression based on scene layout and performance, which reflects and constructs teaching and learning rules in classroom. This paper focuses on the core research question-what instruction logic does the mimics sequences contain and construct? This paper, using the documentary method, takes sequence as analysis carrier, analyzes the interaction habitus created by mimics.Video analysis based on the documentary method not only combines situation, body and practice, but combines the comprehensive concerns of noumenon and situation, universality and diversity, transient and diachronic dimension,through which educational practice and theoretical research methodology can be updated.

肥胖与食管动力障碍及酸反流的相关性研究

Abstract: ?目的:探讨肥胖与下食管括约肌压力(lesp)、食管体部远端收缩压及酸反流之间的关系。方法:对146例患者进行胃食管反流病(gerd)症状问诊、标准食管测压及24h食管动态ph监测,分为gerd组和对照组。每组根据体重指数(bmi)又分为非肥胖组(bmi≤27.9kg/m2)及肥胖组(bmi≥28kg/m2)。结果:gerd组中,肥胖者的lesp高于非肥胖者(16.4±4.7vs.14.4±3.2mmhg,p=0.014)。对照组与gerd组两组中的肥胖者的食管体部远端收缩压均显著高于非肥胖者(对照组:107±48vs.77±20mmhg,p=0.04;gerd组:98±44vs.79±39mmhg,p=0.017)。对照组中,肥胖者胡桃夹食管发生率显著高于非肥胖者(25%vs.0,p=0.031)。gerd组中,肥胖者中无效食管运动(iem)的发生率显著低于非肥胖者(7%vs.20%,p=0.035)。两组中肥胖者ph<4时间百分比均高于非肥胖者(对照组:ph<4总时间百分比3.0%(0.9~5.6)vs.1.3%(0.3~2.7),p=0.003;gerd组:立位ph<4时间百分比13.2%(5.1~19.2)vs.10.4%(2.9~18.1),p=0.001)。bmi与ph<4时间百分比(p<0.001)、食管体部远端收缩压(p=0.007)、和lesp(p=0.006)呈正相关。结论:肥胖者与非肥胖者在食管生理学检查中存在多方面差异,肥胖者的食管动力更强,食管ph<4时间百分比更高。

Abstract:
2,2',4,4'-四溴联苯醚(tetrabromodiphenyl ether, BDE-47)是环境介质中含量最高的多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)同系物之一,具有亲脂性和生物易累积等特点,即使是较低浓度的胁迫,也会对生物体产生生理毒性。文章介绍了BDE-47在环境介质中的主要来源和分布,从生殖发育毒性、甲状腺毒性、神经毒性,免疫毒性等几个方面,阐述了BDE-47毒性效应及其致毒机理。
2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether is one of the highest homologue of PBDEs in environmental media. It has lipophilic and bioaccumulation characteristics and can also produce physiological toxicity to organism even at low concentration. The paper introduces the main source and distri-bution in environment of BDE-47. The toxicity effects and mechanism of BDE-47 are illustrated from several aspects toxicity of reproductive, developmental, thyroid, neurotoxicity and immune.

Abstract: 量子计算机是一类遵循量子力学规律进行高速数学和逻辑运算、存储及处理量子信息的物理装置,量子测量是量子信息和量子计算中的一类重要研究课题,但是在PT-对称量子系统中还没有相关的研究。本文给出PT-对称量子系统中一般量子测量的概念,并运用矩阵和算子论的方法,对这个问题进行了详细的讨论,得到了PT-对称量子系统中关于量子测量的两个结果。
Quantum computer is a kind of physical device which carries out mathematical and logical calculations, and stores and manages the quantum information efficiently under the rule of the quantum mechanics. Quantum measurement is an important research topic in quantum information and quantum computing realm, however, the relative research has not appeared in the PT-symme- trical quantum system. In this paper, we give the general concept of quantum measurement in the PT-symmetrical quantum system. Moreover, the detailed discussion is described by using the methods of matrix and operation theory, and we obtain two results about quantum measurement in the PT-symmetrical quantum system.

Abstract: 本实验考察了39名绝对音高者、模糊音高者以及相对音高者(音乐专业本科生)对不转调、远关系转调以及近关系转调旋律音高的记忆,通过3 × 3的实验设计,探讨了音高知觉类型及其与转调类型的交互作用对音高记忆的影响。结果表明:1) 三种类型被试对旋律的记忆没有显著性差异,说明其不受音高知觉类型的影响。2) 模糊音高者对远关系转调旋律记忆的正确率高于其他类型被试且高于近关系转调,表明模糊音高者采用了不同的记忆策略。
Prior research has suggested that absolute pitch (AP) listeners could clearly tell a note of particular pitch in the absence of a reference note. The present study aims at exploring the melody memory by different AP processors such as clear AP, borderline AP and non-AP processors under various types of melody (close-relationship transposed melody, distant-relationship transposed melody and non-transposed melody). That is, the effects of absolute pitch on melody memory depend on whether the melody is transposed or not transposed. In their experiment, the authors have found that 1) the listeners who had absolute pitch reported lower accurate rates of transposed melody memory than listeners who had relative pitch. Such result showed that absolute pitch processers performed much more poorly in transposed melody memory than non-absolute pitch processers; 2) borderline AP processors recognized much lower accurate rates of both close-relationship transposed and non-transposed melody than distant-relationship transposed melody. It is suggested that the various types of melody could significantly impact the melody memory by borderline AP processors.
基于小生境粒子群算法的Pareto多目标配电网重构

Abstract: 配电网重构可以提高配电网运行的安全性、经济性和供电质量,对于当前国内配电自动化系统建设和应用具有重要意义。笔者在《电力系统保护与控制》第5期通过“基于改进小生境遗传算法的Pareto多目标配电网重构”中所运用的方法进行了优化尝试,达到了优化的效果。但为了从不同方法实现优化效果,该文又提出一种基于小生境技术的多目标配电网最优重构的粒子群算法,引入Pareto最优的概念,实现了真正意义上的多目标优化;用粒子群算法实现对多目标重构问题的Pareto最优解集的搜索,采用小生境技术和变异操作保持种群的多样性和分散性,改善了粒子群算法的全局收敛可靠性和收敛速度。理论分析和算例结果表明:基于小生境粒子群算法的配电网重构在速度上和精度上能满足要求,并且较单目标优化更具工程实际意义。
Distribution network reconfiguration can improve the operation security, economy and power qua- lity of distribution network, for the current national construction and application of distribution automation system it has great significance. This paper presents a multi-objective distribution network optimal reconfi- guration of the particle swarm algorithm which based on a niche technology, the introduction of the concept of Pareto optimal to achieve a true sense of the multi-objective optimization; apply the particle swarm algori- thm to achieve the search of the Pareto optimal solution set of multi-objective reconfiguration, using niche technology and mutation operators to maintain the population diversity and dispersion, improved particle swarm algorithm global convergence reliability and convergence speed. Theoretical analysis and numerical results show that: distribution network reconfiguration based on niche particle swarm optimization meet the requirements in the speed and accuracy, and have more practical significance than the single-objective op- timization.
