Abstract:

教育的本质应该是培养人,使人获得自由而全面的发展,而现实的教育却越来越背离了这一本质,成为一种被奴役的对象和工具,即教育异化了。教育异化由两部分构成:教育的异化和人的异化。如何在教育改革和实践中改变教育异化的现状是值得当今教育工作者反思的重大课题。
The nature of the education should train people, make them develop freely and comprehensively. But in practice, the education is increasingly departed from its nature and become a slave and tool. That is the education is alienated. The alienation of education consists of two parts: alienated education and alienated people. How to change it in practice should be an important issue to be reflected for all educators.

Abstract: 2001年12月11日,我国正式成为WTO成员国,自此,我国的进出口贸易将逐步与国际市场接轨,影响着我国CPI与PPI之间的影响力。以WTO时代CPI与PPI的波动态势为基础,本文运用统计学方法得出结论:CPI是影响PPI波动的原因,而PPI不是引发CPI变动的原因。最后,剖析新现象的诱因并提出建议。
On December 11, 2001, China officially became the WTO member,since then, our country's import and export trades will have communication with the international market gradually, which affects the influence between CPI and PPI. Based on the volatility trend of CPI and PPI, The paper uses statistical methods to get the conclusions that CPI is the reason for the change of PPI and PPI is not the reason for the change of CPI. At last, the paper analyzes the reason for this new phenomenon and makes recommendations.

Abstract:
观察在人类获得科学认识的过程中具有重要作用,也是小学生学习科学的开始。观察以人的感知觉为基础,知觉的调动程度在很大程度上影响观察的效果和结果。知觉具有选择性、整体性、理解性和恒常性。像任何事物都有两面性一样,如果利用得当,会提升学生的观察品质。小学科学课堂上,教师应该采用适当的方法,正确发挥知觉特性的有利影响,矫正其负面影响,提升学生的观察品质。
Observation is very important when people gain the scientific knowledge. Also, it is the start for the pupils to learn science. The degree of using the sensations to observe has a strong influence on the ending of the observation which is depending on one’s sensations. The properties of sensation are selectivity, holistic, understandable and permanent. Like one coin has two sides, if the sensations can be used appropriately, we can deserve better observation. In the primary school science class, the teachers should take advantages of the sensations to achieve a better resolve.

Abstract:
随着流媒体实时传输技术和网络视频应用的迅猛发展,视频流量已成为网络流量的主要贡献者。然而有限的网络带宽导致流媒体实时传输过程中网络视频拥塞问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过对流媒体传输框架下RTP视频的深入研究,在其理论基础上研究出了一套针对RTP视频流的RTCP拥塞策略,并在测试环境下验证了该策略的可行性。
With the rapid development of real-time transmission technology and the application of network video of the streaming media, video traffic has become the main contributor of network traffic. However, due to the limited bandwidth of the network, more and more people pay attention to the problem of network video congestion in the process of real-time transmission of streaming media. In this paper, through the in-depth study of RTP video in the framework of the streaming media transmission, based on its theory, a set of RTCP congestion strategies for RTP video stream is studied, and the feasibility of the strategy is verified in the test environment.

Abstract:
商品批发与零售业销售价格是影响人们生活水平的重要因素之一,因此对商品批发和零售业销售总额进行预测有着积极的意义,时间序列分析提供了一套具有科学依据的动态数据处理方法,就是通过对模型的分析研究去了解数据的内在结构和复杂特性,从而达到预测其发展趋势并进行必要的控制的目的。本文利用Box-Jenkins法的ARIMA模型,对1979~2014年山东省批发和零售业销售总额数据序列进行分析,建立了1979~2014年山东省批发和零售业销售总额的自回归移动平均模型ARIMA(0,1,6)。检验结果显示,ARIMA(0,1,6)模型对原始数据序列有着较好的拟合效果,可用于短期内山东省批发和零售业销售总额的预测,为政府部门制定经济计划提供依据和参考。根据建立的模型预测结果,山东省批发和零售业销售额在未来几年仍将保持较高的增长趋势。
The sales price of wholesale and retail of commodities is one of the important factors that affect people’s living standard. It has positive significance to forecast the total sales of the wholesale and retail of commodities. Time series analysis provides a suit of methods dealing with dynamic data with the scientific basis, namely with the analysis and investigation, we can constitutionally know the structure and complex character of the data, so we can achieve the purpose of forecasting its development trend and putting up essential control. In this paper, using the method of Box-Jen- kins ARMIA model, the date sequence of wholesale and retail sales from 1979 to 2014 of Shandong province is analyzed, the model of auto regressive integrated moving average ARIMA (0,1,6) was established. The results show that the ARIMA model has good fitting effects on the original data sequence. The prediction effect can be used for short-term prediction of the total sales of wholesale and retail in Shandong province. It provides a basis and reference for government departments to formulate economic plans. According to the results of the prediction model established, in Shandong province the wholesale and retail sales remain high growth trend in the coming years.

Abstract:
在长输油气管道站场建设中,阀门、仪表和法兰的安装需要在主管道上开孔。高频直缝电阻焊管母材焊缝肉眼难以辨认,部分凸台安装位置距离电阻焊管焊缝很近甚至重合,因此凸台安装焊接对主管本身的影响程度需要深入研究分析。本文利用小孔法测量了高频直缝电阻焊管残余应力分布规律、凸台不同位置焊接对高频直缝电阻焊管原始残余应力的影响程度,发现电阻焊管开孔焊接凸台后,应力急剧上升,且凸台焊接对焊管纵焊缝上原始残余应力的影响远大于对管体的影响。
During the station construction of gas and oil Pipelines, valves, instrument and flanges installation requires tapping in the main pipeline. It is hardly to identify visually the base pipe straight seam location of high frequency electric resistance welding. Some boss mounting positions are very close to electric welding pipe seam. Hence, it is very necessary to study the deep research and analysis for the boss installation influence on the base pipeline. The paper analyses the residual stress dis-tribution on the high-frequency straight seam resistance welding pipeline by hole-drilling, and original residual stress impact about the different boss welding positions on high-frequency straight seam resistance welding pipe. There is a sharp rise in stress and the longitudinal weld re-sidual stress impact after the boss installation on the electric resistance weld pipes is much larger than the mother pipeline.

顺治七年(1650),周亮工北上路过杭州向陈洪绶索画,他拒绝了这位相交三十多年的老朋友的请求,而第二年却在居无定所的情况下,匆匆为其作画,以往学者大都认为是陈洪绶知道自己在劫难逃,作画以惜别挚友,这固然是一方面,本文从另一个角度切入,以陈洪绶的死因和周亮工当时身份为着手点来分析其中因由,认为陈除表达惜别之情外亦是向挚友求救。
In Emperor Shunzhi seven years (1650), Zhou Lianggong asked Chen Hongshou for paintings by the way to Hangzhou. Although they have 30 years’ friendship, Chen Hongshou refused his claim. What is surprising was that Chen Hongshou painted for Zhou Lianggong in hurry the next year when he had no fixed abode. In the past scholars thought that Chen Hongshou knew his result, so that he painted for his dear friends. This paper started from the cause of Chen Hongshou’s death and the identity of Zhou Lianggong to analyze the reason. This paper explained that this behavior was to ask for help.

《金鳌新话》为朝鲜著名文学家金时习所作,全书共有五篇短小说构成,情节和结构也都比较简单,却在朝鲜小说史上产生了极为深远的影响,其中蕴含着高度的思想性。五篇简短小说反映了作者金时习对儒、佛的态度和当时的心态,本文主要从这五个短篇小说入手,结合其《梅月堂文集》对金时习的佛学观做出分析。
“Jin Ao new words” is the work of DPRK famous writer,which includes five short fictions. Though its plot and structure are simple, it is important in the history of the Korean Fiction. It contains a high degree of ideological and reflects the writer’s attitude to the Confucian and Buddhist and his state of mind. This article tries to analyze his views of Buddhist according to “Jin Ao new words” and “Mei Yue Tang An- thology”.

This study investigates the morbidity of cow piroplasmosis in the eastern Liaoning region. It is reported that the cow piroplasmosis occurs frequently in all seasons in this region. The comparison shows that deltamethrin is the most effective drug to prevent cow piroplasmosis. Spraying deltamethrin on the body surface for the prevention of cow piroplasmosis is effective with no side effects and is worthy of general promotion.

本文运用非平衡格林函数理论,计算碳纳米管场效应晶体管栅极氧化层中由一个缺陷电荷引起的无规则电报信号杂音。文章模拟计算了该杂音强弱与栅极氧化层厚度的依赖关系,研究单层和复合绝缘层两种不同情况下碳纳米管场效应晶体管中的无规则电报信号杂音。
In this thesis, non-equilibrium Green function theory is applied to calculate random-telegraph-signal (RTS) noises caused by a single defect in gate oxide of carbon nanotube field-effect (CNFET) transistors. We investigate systematically how RTS noises depend on gate oxide thickness and discuss the RTS noises with two different situations: a single layer and a composite layer.
