Abstract: 为解决lq控制多变量系统时权矩阵参数难以确定的问题,在引入一种与系统动态性能密切相关的性能指标基础上,提出了混沌全局粗搜索和局部细搜索相结合的优化lq控制器,并且进行了二级倒立摆的实时控制。最后的实验证实了,该方法既是线性二次型泛函意义下的最优,又能解决具有快速、强非线性、绝对不稳定系统的控制问题。
表达昆虫特异性神经毒素aait基因的转基因烟草的抗虫性

Abstract: 经改造的昆虫特异性神经毒素aait基因插入植物高效表达载体得到重组质粒pngy-2。重组质粒中aait基因5'端与烟草花叶病毒(tmv)的ω序列3'端融合,受两个串联的35s启动子控制,通过土壤农杆菌lba4404介导转化烟草nc89,经nptⅱ选择后再经gus染色挑选出阳性再生植株,southernblotting进一步证实了aait基因已经整合到烟草基因组中,对棉铃虫(heliothisarmigera)的抗虫实验表明,转基因烟草有显著的抗虫活性。
日光温室西葫芦水肥耦合效应量化指标研究

Abstract: 采用3因素二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究了灌水量、氮肥、钾肥的耦合效应对西葫芦产量的影响,得到西葫芦产量对3因素的回归数学模型。结果表明:①在本试验条件下,3因素对西葫芦产量的影响顺序为氮>水>钾。②各因素间存在交互作用,水与氮、水与钾、氮与钾分别在低于0.6302与1.9280,0.6302与0.3392,3.9704与-3.9970水平时,与产量存在正相关关系,在高于以上水平时又呈负相关关系。经计算机模拟,当西葫芦达到最高产量(88578kg/hm2)时,相对应的灌水量为2515.5m3/hm2,施氮、施钾量分别为583.1和265.4kg/hm2。对试验结果进行验证表明,构建的模型准确可靠。

Abstract: 针对在采用增减材复合制造技术加工复杂零件时存在的欠工艺规划问题以及工艺规划优化问题,重点提出了一个基于增减材制造的复合加工工艺规划算法,通过执行零件分割、建造方向确定、增减材操作序列建立和操作序列优化4个步骤,最终生成一个时间最优的可行操作序列,能够实现复杂零件的精确加工。并进行了实验案例研究,其结果验证了提出算法的可行性和先进性。
Aiming at under-process planning and process planning optimization in the manufacturing process of complex part with this hybrid manufacturing technology, a hybrid process planning algorithm for additive and subtractive manufacturing is presented in this paper. By performing four steps including part decomposition, building direction determination, additive and subtractive operation sequence generation and operation sequence optimization, a proper operation sequence with time optimization is generated at last, which can realize the precision fabrication of complex part. Moreover, the experimental case is performed and which demonstrates the feasibility and advantage of present algorithm

Abstract:

ZJ112卷烟机组在使用过程中,水松纸更换装置防护罩关闭时不能自动关闭。防护罩关闭不严实造成不能有效隔绝噪音。而且水松纸更换装置防护罩由于开启速度快、冲击大,造成开启时防护罩震动大和防护罩扭簧容易损坏,维修频次高,且更换扭簧费时费力。通过对防护罩气缸结构改进,降低水松纸更换装置防护罩维修频次高的问题同时,排除防护罩关闭时不能自动关闭、关闭不严实的安全隐患。应用效果表明,改进后维修频次明显降低。
During the use of ZJ112 cigarette unit, the cover of the tipping paper replacement device cannot be automatically closed. The closure of the protective cover is not tight enough to prevent noise from being effectively isolated. Moreover, due to the fast opening speed and the large impact, the pro-tective cover of the tipping paper changing device is easy to be damaged when the opening is opened and the torsion spring of the protective cover is easily damaged; the maintenance frequency is high, and the replacement of the torsion spring takes time and effort. By improving the structure of the protective cylinder, the problem of high maintenance frequency of the protective cover of the tipping paper changing device is reduced, and the safety hazard which cannot be automatically closed and closed is not automatically eliminated when the protective cover is closed. The application results show that the frequency of maintenance after improvement is significantly reduced.

Abstract:

为解决GDX1和GDX500包装设备在运行过程中出现小包透明纸拉带包装缺陷这一问题,设计一种GDX1和GDX500防拉带跳槽装置。在GDX1&GDX500包装机拉带输送组件输送轮处增加防拉带跳槽装置,采用将拉带压入轮槽的方式防止小包透明纸拉带在输送过程中跳出轮槽。有效的解决了小包透明纸包装拉带输送歪斜导致小包透明纸包装缺陷的问题。应用效果表明,改进后GDX1和GDX500包装机拉带跳槽次数明显下降,小包透明纸拉带包装缺陷得到有效控制。
In order to solve the problem of small package transparent paper drawstring packaging defects during the operation of GDX1 and GDX500 packaging equipment, we design a GDX1 and GDX500 pull-proof belt jumper. In the GDX1&GDX500 packaging machine, the belt-removing assembly transfer wheel is added with a pull-proof belt jumper device, and the pull-tab is pressed into the wheel groove to prevent the small-sized transparent paper pull belt from jumping out of the wheel groove during the conveying process. The utility model effectively solves the problem that the small package transparent paper packaging belt conveyance skew causes the defect of the transparent paper packaging of the small package. The application results show that the number of jumps in the GDX1 and GDX500 packaging machines has been significantly reduced, and the defects of the small-size transparent paper draw tape are effectively controlled.

Abstract: A method of controlling double inverted pendulum was presented in this paper. Chaos optimisation linear quadratic controller based on the dynamic performance index was proposed, in order to solve the choice of weighting matrix problem in LQ control multi-variable. The controller designed by the approach can satisfy the performance index of linear quadratic. The real-time control curves of the double inverted pendulum show that this method not only own characteristics of ctuick speed, but also solve the problem of serious nonlinear and absolutely unstable.
表达昆虫特异性神经麻痹毒素AaIT的杀虫杆状病毒的构建

Abstract: 根据杆状病毒核多角体基因及植物基因的密码子选择偏向、G+C含量和密码子第三位碱基的G+C含量,同时综合在真核系统中影响基因转录、翻译及影响mRNA稳定性等因素,在不改变所编码的氨基酸序列的基础上,设计并人工合成了昆虫特异性神经蝎毒素AaIT基因。合成的AaIT基因与合成的gp67信号肽DNA序列正确融合后通过杆状病毒转移载体pSXIVVI+X3体内重组到粉纹夜蛾多角体病毒(Trichoplusianinuclearpolyhedrosisvirus,TnNPV)上,得到重组病毒TnNPV-AaIT。经Southernblotting验证了AaIT基因整合在TnNPV基因组中,SDS-PAGE证明AaIT基因在重组病毒中的表达。通过用重组病毒口服感染供试昆虫,证明了含AaIT基因的重组病毒能显著缩短杆状病毒的杀虫时间,提高杀虫效率。这是迄今为止我国构建的第一株具有实用价值和应用前景的基因工程病毒。
水肥调控策略对膜下滴灌棉花冠层结构和产量的影响

Abstract: 测定了膜下滴灌棉花常规灌溉施肥、优化灌溉、优化施肥等不同水肥调控处理下棉花生育期叶面积指数等冠层特征,分析了棉花冠层结构的动态变化及其与产量的关系。结果表明常规灌溉下氮磷配合的常规施肥可显著增加棉花叶面积指数、平均叶倾角,极显著降低散射和直射辐射透过系数,极显著提高单位面积结铃数和铃重,从而极显著提高子棉产量;只使用氮磷肥、不使用钾肥改为氮磷钾肥平衡施用,棉花叶面积指数和平均叶倾角略减,散射和直射辐射透过系数降低,单株结铃数增加,从而进一步提高子棉产量。在常规施肥下减少灌溉量、优化生育期灌水次数和灌水量,可增大棉花叶面积指数和平均叶倾角、降低散射和直射辐射透过系数,提高铃重,从而显著提高子棉产量。
