Abstract: 运用密度泛函理论,对H2O在Yn (n=2-8) 团簇表面的分子吸附与解离吸附两种模式进行了结构优化,电子性质分析。结果表明:分子吸附中H2O倾向于O端吸附于Y-Y原子桥位,而解离吸附中H2O解离的H, O原子倾向于吸附于Yn团簇的面位。两种吸附模式都导致了(解离吸附n=4, 5除外)主团簇Y原子平均键长增大。分子吸附和解离吸附的吸附强度和化学活性都随尺寸增加而增大。解离吸附中体系的稳定性明显高于分子吸附,且与体系的电子壳层效应密切相关。
The difference between molecular adsorption and dissociated adsorption of water molecule on the surface of yttrium clusters has been investigated with the generalized gradient approximation based on the density functional theory. The results show that the O atom of H2O is seen to be adsorbed on the Y-Y bridge sites for molecular adsorption, while the isolated O and H atoms tend to locate at the face sites of Yn clusters for dissociated adsorption. The average bond length between Y-Y atoms of Yn clusters is elongated in most cases for both adsorption models. Both the adsorption strength and chemical activity for the two adsorption models are improved as the increase of cluster size. The stability of dissociated adsorption is obviously higher than that of molecular adsorption in all of the sizes, and is closely associated with the effects of electronic shell.

Abstract: 短期负荷预测的精度直接影响电力系统运行的可靠性和供电质量。提出一种基于粒子群优化算法的最小二乘支持向量机短期负荷预测的模型和算法,对最小二乘支持向量机的参数寻优,再以测试集误差作为判决依据,对模型参数的进行优化选择,从而提高预测精度,避免最小二乘支持向量机对经验的依赖以及预测过程中对模型参数的盲目选择。利用该模型对某电网进行负荷预测,证明该模型有较好的收敛性、较高的预测精度和较快的训练速度。
Short-term load forecasting accuracy directly affects the reliability of power system operation and power supply quality. Least squares support vector machine short-term load forecasting model based on model particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. The model optimizes the parameter of least squares support vector machines, with the test set error as the basis of judgment for optimal selection of the model parameters so as to improve prediction accuracy, avoid blind choice of model parameters in the forecasting process and prevent dependence on least squares support vector machine experience. We use this model to predict the loads on the grid and prove that the model has better convergence, higher accuracy and faster training speed.

Abstract: 电能质量扰动信号的检测与定位为分析扰动产生的原因提供依据。本文提出了一种基于复小波的电能质量扰动检测与定位方法,该方法利用离散复小波变换,提取扰动信号的复小波系数的幅值和相位信息,再利用幅值和相位的复合信息实现对5种暂态电能质量扰动信号的快速准确定位。针对噪声条件下的扰动特征不明显时的定位,提出了一种基于信号预处理的辅助定位方法。仿真表明,该方法能在噪声条件下实现对电能质量扰动信号的快速准确定位
Detection and localization of power quality disturbance signals provide a basis to analyze the causes of the disturbance. This paper presents a complex wavelet-based power quality disturbance detection and localization. First of all, the amplitude and phase of complex wavelet coefficients are extracted by discrete complex wavelet transform, and then, the composite information of amplitude and phase is used to achieving fast and accurate positioning of 5 kinds of transient power quality disturbance signals. Under the condition of noise and disturbance characteristics is not obvious, this paper proposes an auxiliary positioning method based on signal preprocessing. Simulation shows, under the condition of noise, the method can achieve fast and exact positioning of power quality disturbance signals.

Abstract: 提出一种基于总体最小二乘(TotalLeastSquare)和Shearlet变换相结合的零值绝缘子红外图像自适应去噪算法。首先利用Shearlet变换对原始图像进行分解,得到各尺度各方向的Shearlet系数;然后考虑到不同尺度Shearlet系数之间的相关性,利用总体最小二乘准确估计了各层的Shearlet系数;最后对处理后的系数进行Shearlet反变换重构得到去噪图像。实验结果表明,该方法与小波去噪法和Bayes估计去噪法相比,能够在有效去噪的同时,更好地保留了图像边界和纹理信息。
基于红外热像和权值直接确定神经网络的零值绝缘子识别方法

Abstract: 提出一种利用红外图像和神经网络权值直接确定法进行现场零值绝缘子识别的方法。识别的基本过程为:对红外图像进行图像增强、去噪、分割,在绝缘子串内截取矩形作为目标图像;鉴于红外热像的灰度值与物体表面温度的关系,直接提取了灰度标准偏差值、绝对偏差、四分差以及极差4个特征参数;将这4个参数作为权值直接确定法神经网络的输入来训练模型,并用于现场零值绝缘子的识别。该方法有效剔除了现场识别时输电线路的干扰,且能满足现场识别实时性要求。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: 利用1951~2001年共51年6~8月副高5个指数与同期中国160站降雨建立标准化的多元回归方程,通过分析副高5个指数的偏回归系数及各方程复相关系数在时间和地域上的分布和变化,研究了副高各指数所反映的位置、形状、面积、强度等特征对我国主汛期降雨的综合影响以及这种影响在季节和地域上的差异,结果表明副高北界位置指数和脊线位置指数主要影响雨带位置的变化,西伸脊点指数与我国大部地区雨量的丰欠有关,面积和强度指数则由于采用的方法而表现出对降雨的影响呈相反的特性。从副高对我国主汛期降雨的拟合能力上看,7月拟合能力比6月和8月好,对东部地区和华南地区的拟合能力分别比西部地区和华北地区好。
