Abstract: 针对转子-轴承系统中的转子多频振动问题,以转子-轴承-电磁作动器系统为研究对象,建立装有电磁作动器的转子系统动力学模型,提出了一种基于电磁力参数快速寻优的转子系统多频振动主动抑制方法。采用变步长寻优策略,快速获取电磁作动器的电流最佳参数,通过向转子施加具有多个频率成分的旋转电磁力来抑制转子的多频振动。实验结果表明,快速寻优策略比整周寻优用时短,能够实现转子系统多个频率振动成分的主动抑制。
A multi-frequency periodic vibratio control approach is proposed for the rotor-bearings system based on the algorithm for the fast optimizing of electromagnetic parameters. First, a finite element model of the rotor-bearin-electromagnetic actuator system is established. Then, the control system optimizes the current value using varying step optimizing algorithm. It restrains vibration by applying multiple frequency-matched control force to the rotor. The experiments are carried out on the rotor-bearings test rig and the results indicate that the proposed control strategy reduces the time compared with that of the whole circle search algorithm. This paper offers another method for active suppression of multiple frequency vibration of a rotor system.

Abstract: ?现有插值方法在进行医学断层图像插值时,不能兼顾灰度和形状的变化.为解决这一问题,文中提出一种基于小波的医学图像插值算法.通过对原图进行小波变换,获得图像边缘对应小波系数的位置信息,在断层图像的相应小波系数之间进行强度和位置插值,使新的图像不仅在灰度上,而且在组织形状上,介于原来的断层图像之间,满足了医学图像插值的要求.与线性插值、克立格插值相比,新算法的视觉效果好,计算误差小,插值结果可有效地应用于构建三维体模型.

Abstract: <正>半金属摩擦材料与金属对偶的摩擦起源于接触区附近的表面形变和粘着。各种固体润滑剂材料可在摩擦表面上生成牢固的、分子定向的转移膜,使摩擦表面的摩擦变为固体润滑剂之间的摩擦,从而降低其摩擦与磨损。研究表明,不同的固体润滑剂润滑效率不同,改性效果对温度的依赖主要与固体润滑剂本身的温度特性有关;当少量填充固体润滑剂时,对磨耗即有明显改善,而摩擦系数下降不大,但用量过多会使摩擦材料的摩擦系数下降过低,同时磨耗性能的改善也会下降;几种固体润滑剂复合使用会提高固体润滑剂改性效率

Aimed at specific road traffic accidents, problems and disputes/controversies common in the process of being handled, mechanic principles are used for technical appraisals to solve the problems and disputes, thus reaching the goal of successfully dealing with all the accident. This paper introduces five mechanic identification methods explored and concluded from theories, especially from practices.

In terms of problems prevalent in all the stages of dealing with specific road traffic accidents, scientific principles of such disciplines as math, mechanics, automobile engineering, traffic engineering, iconography and forensic biology are employed for technical appraisals to solve problems being dealt with and achieve the objective of successfully handling every accident. This paper introduces seven identification methods explored and concluded from theories, especially from practices.

本文对道路交通安全行动的注意维护定理进行了补充,一是对注意维护定理的含义进行了完善,二是在剖析道路交通安全7个基本特性、5个目前行动中不足的基础上,提出了注意维护定理的8大原则,三是指出提出原则的目的,既是为了还原道路交通安全的本来面目,更是为了指导道路交通安全行动的具体实践。
This article supplements attention maintenance theorem of road traffic security operation from three aspects. Firstly, this article perfects the implication of attention maintenance theorem. Secondly, this article puts forward the 8 major principles of attention maintenance theorem on the basis of analyzing the 7 basic characters of road traffic security and deficiencies of the 5 operations. Thirdly, this article points out that the purpose of putting forward the principles is not only for restoring true features of road traffic security, but is also for instructing specific practice of road traffic security.

Abstract:
本文对道路交通事故当事人责任确定的三三归一定理进行了补充,一是提出三三归一定理包含了事故原因鉴定,三三归一定理的应用实质上就是事故原因鉴定;二是对三三归一定理的原则进行了探讨,在剖析事故基本特性的基础上提出了7大原则,三是指出提出原则的目的,是为了指导道路交通事故处理与道路交通安全管理工作的实践,并举例作了探讨。
The thesis has made up a few points to the original Three-Three Normalized Theorem edition. The first point contends that the theorem contains causes verification of accidents, which is in reality the essential practical function of the theorem. The second point has conducted a principle oriented probe into the Three-three Normalized Theorem. 7 major principles are proposed based upon a dissection on basic features of accidents. The third point has made it clear why principles are unveiled. To play a directional role in correctly tacking road accidents and practices in safety management are among the very reasons. Examples are listed for further discussion.

Abstract:
本文对道路交通事故预防的提前识险定理进行了补充,一是补充了提前识险定理的含义。二是从事故发生的原因出发,分析了道路交通安全(即事故)的特点与事故危险的本质来源,在对本质来源的事故危险程度进行分类的基础上,提出了提前识险定理的3个原则。三是分析了我国目前不足的事故危险来源,在对不足来源的事故危险程度进行分类的基础上,又提出了提前识险定理的3个原则。四是指出提出原则(共6个)的目的,既是为了还原道路交通安全的本来面目,更是为了对道路交通事故预防提供真实理念。
This thesis complements the hazard anticipation principle of road traffic accident prevention. Firstly, the definition of hazard anticipation principle is supplemented. Secondly, the origin of characteristics and hazardous nature of road traffic accident on the basis of the reasons of accidents is analyzed. On the basis of classifying the accident original hazard levels, this thesis proposes three principles of hazard anticipation principle. Thirdly, another three principles of hazard anticipation principle are put forward according to the analysis of our national inadequate accident hazard origin based on the classification of these accidents hazard levels. Fourthly, the goal of these six principles is pointed out, which not only can restore the true features of road traffic accidents but also provides the true theory for road traffic accident prevention.
