Abstract:
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染诊断方法很多,各种诊断方法有其各自的特点,但传统Hp感染的诊断方法,主要适用于胃Hp感染的检测,对口腔Hp感染难以做出稳定的检测结果,甚至存在检测盲区。唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原测试板(HPS),是应用胶体金层析式双抗体夹心法技术,采用Hp尿素酶单克隆抗体,定性检测人体唾液中相应Hp产生的尿素酶,主要应用于口腔Hp感染的检测,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,操作简便、快捷,可在实验室外进行检测等特点。HPSUBT联合检测,可大致区分口腔Hp感染合并胃Hp感染、单纯口腔Hp感染、单纯胃Hp感染,为临床制定更完善的、全新的Hp根除方案提供实验诊断依据。
There are number of diagnostic methods detecting Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. Abstract: 根据继电器控制电路的特点,给出了利用带抑制弧的着色Petri网对继电器控制电路进行建模和分析的方法,并将其应用于某型船用柴油机控制系统的一典型继电器控制电路。建模及仿真分析结果表明,给出的带抑制弧的着色Petri网模型能对继电器控制电路进行准确的数学描述,利用建立的Petri网模型,借助Matlab平台,可以对被测电路的工作过程、输入输出特性等进行分析,为继电器控制电路的建模和特性分析提供了一种新的有效方法。
A method of modeling and analyzing a relay control circuit is proposed by using colored Petri net with inhibitor arcs, based on the peculiarity of the relay control circuit. The proposed method is applied to modeling and simulating a certain marine diesel engine control system, which is a typical relay control circuit. Simulation results indicate that this circuit can be modeled and described by using the given colored Petri net with inhibitor arcs exactly. And the work procedures, input and output characteristics can be analyzed by simulating the corresponding Petri net model on Matlab platform. It is concluded that the research work presents an effective method in modeling and analyzing a relay control circuit, and the new method is highly practical.

The challenges the development of China soft power faces are handicapped by the weak of hard power, the lack of great effort, and few consideration on the system for soft power etc. Advanced rule of law might be transformed into strong soft power. Comprehensive national strength and international competition ability will be then promoted. To strength the rule of law should have been regarded as one of the most countermeasures to respond the challenges. To carry forward the sprit of the rule of law will project a better and more positive China image. To promote the legal systems may enhance the stability and sustainability of the development of China soft power. To integrate into international law order could be helpful to accommodate China to the changes of other countries soft power in the world.

Abstract: 自然科学的历史进展是认识横向拓展与纵向优化(/拓展)轮回相辅相承、共起作用的结果。当今科学的发展势头则显得“横向拓展”过于主流化和惯性化,而认识纵向拓展则因为“游记式横向拓展权威强势”而颇受抑制,以致几百年的科学成果就像几百年的“科学游记”,——始终纳不进“单一线性逻辑体系”,尽管一个不容置疑的事实是“一个宇宙只能由一个规律来支配,两个规律支配的宇宙绝不可能是一个”。
Historical progress of science is just reciprocal facilitation of covariant cognition transverse cu-mulative progress and cognition longitudinal optimum progress in covariant alternation. 本文根据220 kV怀集变电站主控楼冲孔灌注桩施工偏孔的处理经验,总结出冲孔灌注桩施工过程中偏孔的原因主要有孔底土质不均、倾斜岩面、土层中夹有大的孤石或其它硬物及桩机安装就位稳定性差等,并提出预防和处理措施,为冲孔灌注桩施工提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the experiences of treatment to partial hole of the filling pile construction in Huaiji main control 220kV substation building, we summarized the main causes of the partial holes in the process of the filling pile construction. These causes include the uneven soil of hole bottom, inclined interface of stratum, large boulders or other hard objects in the soil and poor stability of the pile machine installation. At the same time, we put forward some suggestions on the prevention and treatment measures for avoiding partial hole in filling pile construction.

Abstract: 为了解决国际气候争端问题,欧美等主要发达国家在其倡导的气候论坛及峰会上主张采用国际限额与交易制度。一方面,国际限额与交易制度难以全面评估和衡量不同国家碳的排放量及其减少排放的能力,正处于现代化进程中的中国据此将需要购买排放权,而代际正义有利于还原碳排放指标分配的公允。另一方面,在代际正义理论的背后,却存在明显的片面性,因为它忽略了现代科技不断进步的可能和社会价值意识水平的提高,其理论仅停留在平面维度上的思考。当前,发展中国家和发达国家应在差异中趋于协同,在看似矛盾冲突的气候谈判与整治格局中逐渐走出僵局。
Previously, in order to make international climate controversies defused, most advanced countries claimed carbon emission limitation and trading system should be taken at most international mainstream climate change summits. However, international carbon emission limitation and trading system can’t scientifically evaluate carbon emission demands and controlling abilities of different countries. And most developing countries, including China, will have to spend millions of money to purchase the authority of carbon emission. In this case, intergenerational justice theory seems to be a good way to endure fairness to the distribution of carbon emission rights. But there still exists some one-sidedness on intergenerational justice, for intergenerational justice neglects the improvements of modern technology and social awareness. And some parts of the intergene- rational justice theory still remain at plane-dimension thinking. At present, developing countries and developed countries should make improvements based on the common value, and despite mutual differences and contradictions, we can step out the impasse of global climate negotiation and governance.

Abstract: 本文提出了地学旅游和地学旅游资源的概念,将丰富的四川地学旅游资源分为自然旅游资源、人文旅游资源和服务旅游资源三个大类,六个基本类,三十四个亚类;根据四川地学旅游和地学旅游资源现状存在的优势与劣势,提出切实可行的四条地学旅游规划线路,并对四川地学旅游可持续发展提出了建议。 

This paper puts forward the concept of geo-tourism and geo-tourism resources. The rich Sichuan geo-tourism resources are divided into three large classes: natural tourism resources, cultural tourism resources and services tourism resources, including six basic categories and thirty-four sub categories. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of Sichuan geo-tourism and geo- tourism resources, this paper puts forward the feasible four geo-tourism travel planning lines, and makes some suggestions on the sustainable development of geo-tourism in Sichuan.

And analyzes multidimensional development in affection, metacognition, critical thinking and creative thinking in order to make the quality of writing a graduation thesis higher, build the framework of autonomy in learning and develop the high-quality talents.

Abstract:
彰武断陷位于松辽盆地南部,该地区地层岩性复杂,含有砾石层、火山岩层等难钻地层。初始完钻的12口井,平均机械钻速仅4.65 m/h,过低的机械钻速将严重影响到彰武断陷后期开发进程和经济效益。本文为解决彰武断陷区块钻井过程中机械钻速低这一问题,开发过程中采用主因子法对该区块各地层已使用的钻头进行了滚动评价,并将优选出的钻头序列用于指导下口井的钻头选型。2012年与2011年已钻井的平均机械钻速对比表明,利用主因子法优选出的钻头序列显著地提高了彰武断陷的机械钻速,主因子法可用于该地区的钻头选型。
Zhangwu fault depression is located in the south of Songliao Basin, where the strata’s lithology is complex, including difficult drilling formation such as gravel and volcanic rock formations. The average rate of penetration of 12 early drilled wells was only 4.65 m/h, which would seriously affect later development process and economic benefits of Zhangwu fault depression. To address this issue that the drilling process of Zhangwu fault depression experienced a low rate of penetration in this paper, principal factor method was adopted during development process for rolling evaluation on the used bits of each layer, and the selected bit sequences were used as a reference for bit type selection of next wells. The contrast of average rate of penetration in 2012 and 2011 shows that bit sequences selected with principal factor method dramatically improved the rate of penetration in Zhangwu fault depression, and principal factor method can be used for bit type selection in this area.
