Abstract: 矢量控制和直接转矩控制是高速电主轴的高性能驱动控制方法,其控制性能对高速电主轴的加工质量有重要影响。为了研究高速电主轴的矢量控制、直接转矩控制以及它们之间的差异,本文根据其控制基本方程,分别建立一个矢量控制仿真模型和一个直接转矩控制模型,对额定转速为15,000转的170MD15Y20型高速电主轴进行了矢量控制和直接转矩控制仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析、对比,最后总结了矢量控制和直接转矩控制的特点。
Vector control (VC) and Direct torque control (DTC) are both high-performance drive control methods for high-speed motorized spindles, and their control performances have a significant impact on the machining quality of the spindle. To study VC, DTC and their comparison on high-speed motorized spindles, according to their basic control equations, a VC model and a DTC model are constructed respectively to carry out VC and DTC simulation on a type 170MD15Y20 high-speed motorized spindle, whose rated speed is 15,000 rpm. The simulation results are analyzed and compared, and the features of VC and DTC are summarized.

Abstract: 目的:研究腹针腹四关穴配合红外线治疗仪(TDP)照射治疗寒性胃痛的疗效[1]方法:采用自身前后对照试验,符合纳入标准的患者均行腹针腹四关穴配合红外线治疗仪(TDP)照射,并判定治疗效果。结果:共收集48例患者,治愈25例,好转20例,无效3例。总有效率93%结论:笔者采用腹针腹四关穴配合红外线治疗仪(TDP)照射治疗寒性胃脘痛,疗效显著。
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture (Abdominal four acupuncture points) combined with infrared therapy apparatus (TDP) for stomachache caused by cold[1]. Methods: A before-after control experimental study in the same individuals was conducted. The recruited subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to the group of abdominal acupuncture combined with infrared therapy apparatus, and to analyze the efficacy. Results: Totally 48 cases were recruited in the study, in which 25 were recovered, and 20 were improvement, only 3 were ineffective. The totally efficiency was 93%. Conclusion: The effectiveness of abdominal acupuncture com- bined with infrared therapy apparatus for stomachache caused by cold is significant.

Abstract: <正>近年来,扩底墩基础以其承载能力高、施工快、造价低等优点受到普遍欢迎。但目前对扩底墩地基的理论研究工作还不够,承载能力只有通过原型载荷试验才能确定。而原型载荷试验设备庞大,耗费人力物力和时间甚多,这给扩底墩基础的推广和应用带来一定的障碍。为了逐步解决这一问题,本文试图用弹性力学的有限单元法计算扩底墩基础当墩顶作用轴向荷载时地基土中的位移和应力。

Abstract:
本文提出了一种基于分层滤波技术的图像随机值冲击噪声检测和去除算法。为了解决经典自适应中心加权中值滤波技术在较高噪声比率下漏检严重的问题,我们采取逐级设置由高到低的噪声值判决门限来层层筛选噪声,利用不同高度的门限甄别出不同信赖度的冲击噪点,同时更新已检测出的噪声点值。每一层均得到一幅中间去噪图像,并继续进行噪声点的判决,最终得到完整的噪声点空间以及终极去噪图像。通过对多幅不同噪声比率的噪声图进行图像恢复的仿真实验验证后,得出结论:本文所提算法无论在低噪声比率还是高噪声比率的情况下均能有效地检测出图像中的随机值冲击噪声,漏检和误检像素数相对较低,同时获得了较好的图像去噪效果,极大地扩展了原算法的应用范围。
In this paper, an algorithm about random-valued impulse noise detection and removal based on the hierarchical filter technology is proposed. In order to solve the problem of severe miss detection of classical adaptive center-weighted median filter in the situation of high noise ratios, we set the noise judgment thresholds from high values to low values to select noisy pixels hierarchically. The impulse noise with different reliable degrees is selected through different thresholds and at the same time the detected pixel values are updated. The interim denoised image is generated in each denoising layer and the noise detection continues in the next denoising layer. Lastly, we get all the locations of noisy pixels and the final denoised image is obtained. Extensive experimental results for different noisy images with different noise ratios show that our proposed algorithm can obtain the good performance of random-valued impulse noise detection in the situations of not only low noise ratios but also high noise ratios. The miss and false noise detection ratios are both low relatively. At the same time, the good denoised images can be obtained. Our algorithm expands the application range of the classical adaptive center-weighted median filter.

Abstract: 目前国家对独生子女死亡家庭的扶助措施存在支持力度偏弱、覆盖程度不足的问题。文章以中国现存独生子女总量结构估计为出发点,对城乡独生子女规模、死亡风险、死亡人数、49岁以上失独父母人数、城乡失独家庭扶助标准进行分析,结果显示,目前农村的独生子女总量低于城镇,但每个年龄段的农村人口死亡概率都高于城镇,导致农村独生家庭规模大于城镇。文章建议国家提高现行的失独家庭扶助标准,并对农村和城镇失独家庭采取同样的保障标准,地方财政可以在国家扶助之外进一步对失独家庭进行扶助。
