Abstract:
本文以小额贷款公司主要的客户群体中小企业作为研究对象,立足于公司日常的信用贷款业务,基于Logistic与Probit模型进行风险评估实证分析。在小额贷款行业专家的帮助下,采取头脑风暴法获得建立模型所需的八项指标。这八项指标作为模型的自变量,从内容上可分为两部分,一部分描述借款人个人情况,另一部分衡量企业经营状况。在昆明高新科创小额贷款公司数据支持下获得模型结果。在面对具体的贷款业务时,可以通过相应模型计算客户信用风险得分,最终做出是否予以贷款的决策。经检验,研究成果可行、有效。
SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) as small loan companies’ main customer groups are objects of study in this paper. Based on the companies’ day-to-day credit loan business, Logistic model and Probit model are applied to this empirical analysis of credit risk assessment. Adopt brainstorming to get eight required indicators with the help of experts on microcredit industry. These eight indicators as independent variables in the model can be divided into two parts ac-cording to content. One part is used to describe borrower’s personal circumstances and another part is used to measure companies’ business conditions. Data from Kunming KC small loan company are fitted with these two models. In the face of a specific loan, calculate the corresponding credit risk score and then make the decision. Upon examination, results of this study are feasible and effective.

Abstract:
本研究分别以CaCl2和H3PO4为钙源和磷源,NaOH为pH调节剂,成功制备了β-环糊精(β-CD)/羟基磷灰石(HAP)复合物。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)对反应产物进行了表征,研究β-CD浓度对产物的组成、热稳定性、形貌等的影响。结果表明,β-CD可以影响产物组成和形貌,随着β-CD浓度的增大,产物由最初的无规团聚逐渐变成针状、棒状结构。结合β-CD的分子结构及其自组装性能,对β-CD与HAP的反应机理进行了初步探讨。
β-cyclodextrin/hydroxyapatite was prepared by using calcium chloride (CaCl2) and phosphate (H3PO4) as the resource of calcium and phosphorus, respectively. During the synthesis, NaOH was used as pH adjusting agent to control the pH of the solution. Fourier transform infrared spectros-cope (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the product. The effects of the concentration of β-cyclodextrin on the size, compo-sition and morphology of the product were investigated. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin could significantly influence the composition and morphology of the product. With the increasing of β-cyclodextrin concentration, the structure of the product grew from the initial random aggregation to needle-like and rodlike structures. The reaction mechanism between β-CD and HAP was discussed on the basis of the special molecular structure of β-CD and its self-assemble property.

Abstract:
目的:了解抗血栓泵对预防下肢静脉血栓形成的作用,为临床护理实践和护理科研提供信息。方法:对比其他药物和物理方法预防下肢静脉血栓形成,抗血栓泵在预防下肢静脉血栓形成的安全性和医护心理接受程度更佳。结果:抗血栓泵模拟人体行走运动时腿部肌肉收缩,加快下肢血液流动,防止血液淤滞,从而减少了血栓的形成。从而达到预防深静脉血栓的目的。结论:间歇式压力充气泵是一种物理性非介入型的治疗仪器。它使用方法简单,减少了护士的工作量,病人也易于接受。
Objective: To investigate the effect of antithrombus pump on prevention of venous thrombosis of lower limbs, and to provide information for clinical nursing practice and nursing research. Methods: Compared with other drugs and physical methods to prevent venous thrombosis of lower limb, the antithrombus pump in the safety of the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis and the psychological acceptance of health care is better. Result: Antithrombotic pump mimics human leg muscles’ contracting when walking, to speed up the lower limb blood flow, prevent blood silt up, thus reducing the formation of blood clots, so as to achieve the goal of prevention of deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion: The intermittent pressure air pump is a kind of physical nonintervention therapy apparatus. It is simple to use, reducing the workload of nurses, and is more acceptable to patients.

Abstract: 本文研究了一类具有超前和滞后的二阶非线性差分方程的边值问题。首先建立边值问题对应的变分泛函,然后将边值问题的解的存在性转化为相应泛函的临界点的存在性,再利用山路引理得到该泛函临界点的存在性,进而得到所求边值问题解的存在性。
In this paper, the boundary value problems for a class of second order nonlinear difference equations containing both advance and retardation are studied. First, a variational functional corresponding to the boundary value problems as aforementioned is established. Next, the existence of solutions of the boundary value problems is transformed into the existence of critical points for the corresponding functional. Then, by using Mountain Pass Lemma, the existence of critical points of the functional is obtained, and thus the existence of solutions for the initial boundary value problems is also obtained.

Atractylodes lancea is a famous Chinese genuine medicine used for thousands of years. Because of over exploitation, the storage amount of Atractylodes lancea reduced sharply in recent years. Therefore, A. lancea needs urgent protection. This paper reviews the existing resources of A. lancea and the problems in the medicinal cultivation, and summarizes the biotechnology tools that have been used in the production of A. lancea, aiming at providing reference for the development, utilization and protection of A. lancea.

Abstract:
人们正在努力攻克癌症的治愈,努力探索治疗癌症的方法与技术。磁性介孔二氧化硅纳米药物载体的制备给癌症治疗提供了一个新的研究方向。利用共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米粒子,用CTAB做模板剂在Fe3O4的表面包裹SiO2,随后在NaCl的乙醇溶液中搅拌去模版基,使Fe3O4外面形成介孔。实验中通过控制包裹时间,改变TEOS的用量,制备成形貌良好的磁性介孔二氧化硅纳米药物载体。最后对Fe3O4@mSiO2进行表面巯基化修饰,使表面巯基化的Fe3O4@mSiO2不仅能通过介孔载药,还能通过化学键载药,提高载体载药率。磁性介孔二氧化硅纳米药物载体的成功制备,为癌症治疗的靶向治疗带来新的研究方向。
