Abstract:
东晋中期名士孙绰,出身于太原孙氏家族,曾做官,有诗文创作,才高而“性鄙”。孙绰好讥讽,对自己的才华非常自信。孙绰喜好山水之美,和众多名僧有往来。从孙绰的文学作品和政治活动中可以看出其偏安江南的消极心理。孙绰服膺儒家,崇奉道家,笃信佛教,这集中表现在其行为和文章中。
Sun Chuo, born in the Taiyuan Sun Clan, was a famous scholar in the Middle Eastern Jin Dynasty. He had an official and poetry creation with uncommon brilliance, but conducted not very well. Sun Chuo was sarcastic, for he was very confident of his talent. He enjoyed mountains and water landscapes. And he had an intimate association with eminent monks. From Sun Chuo's literary works and political activities, we can see he was content to exercise sovereignty over the south of Changjiang River. Sun Chuo's thoughts were compatible with Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, which can be seen from his behavior and works.

Abstract: 在分析现有算法的基础上,提出了一种新的算法,并对其进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,无论是在多径信道还是在AWGN信道,该算法的定时估计和频率偏移估计的均方差都要优于最大似然算法和“集相关”算法。
内蒙古固阳地区早石炭世花岗岩的发现: 来自SHRIMP锆石U-Pb年代学的证据

Abstract: 内蒙古固阳地区位于华北克拉通北缘,区内出露大规模晚古生代早石炭世花岗岩,花岗闪长岩呈脉状侵入于主体花 岗岩中,同时脉状侵入岩中还有闪长岩包体存在。对这三类岩石分别进行岩石地球化学分析和SHRIMP锆石U- Pb同位素 测定,结果表明3个样品均富集LILE和LREEs,且具有REE轻度分馏,Nb、Ta与Ti负异常,Rb、Th和K正异常的特征,为 钙碱性系列。花岗岩、花岗闪长岩和闪长岩三个岩体的SHRIMP锆石U-Pb定年结果分别为:330.8Ma、324.7Ma、329.2 Ma,属 于早石炭世。早石炭世华北克拉通与西伯利亚板块尚未发生碰撞,固阳地区北部的早石炭世岩体应为古亚洲洋向华北板 块俯冲的结果。花岗岩主要源于陆壳物质的重熔,花岗闪长岩可能来源于花岗质岩浆和闪长质岩浆的混合作用。
:Guyang area is located in the northern margin of the North China Craton, and Neopaleozoic granites are widespread there. In these granitic intrusions, granodiorite occurs as late intrusive veins, and diorite enclaves can be found in the granodioritic veins. For these three kinds of rocks, major and trace elements are measured to constrain their geochemical characteristics, while zircons are measured by SHRIMP to provide U-Pb ages. All these samples are calc-alkaline series, and enriched in LILE and LREEs, and show a mild fractionated REE. On a primitive-mantle normalized spidergram, these rocks show distinctly negative Nb, Ta, Ti anomalies and positive Rb, Th, K anomalies. U-Pb dating of zircon yielded crystallization ages of 330.8Ma, 324.7Ma, and 329.2Ma for the granite, the granodiorite and the diorite, respectively, which belong to the early carboniferous.The early Carboniferous magmatic rocks in northern margin of North China Craton should be associated to the subducting of Paleo-Asian Ocean to the North China plate, since this occurred before the convergence of the Siberia Craton and the North China Craton. Granites should be generated from remelting of continental crust, and granodiorite probably produced by mixing granitic magma and dioritic magma.

Abstract: 伴随着市场经济的高速发展而来的城市贫困,是一个需要长期关注与治理的社会问题。本文基于包容性增长的视角,首先分析了我国城市贫困人口的规模、构成和城市贫困的成因,然后在分析我国城市现有增长方式与减贫措施存在的问题及根源的基础上,提出了实施可持续的经济发展模式、推行机会平等的制度建设、构建福利普惠的保障体系等一系列城市贫困问题的解决之道。
Along with the rapid economic development, urban poverty is the outcome of the market economy. Moreover, it is also a social issue that needs a long-term concern and governance. Based on the inclusive growth theory, this paper gives a detailed description of the size and composition of the urban poor, as well as the close analysis for the root of the issue. It also puts forward a series of urban poverty solutions, like the sustainable economic development, equal-opportunity institution building, and welfare-sharing security system and so on.

利用糖芯片技术快速检测沙门氏菌

Abstract: 为了探讨糖芯片在沙门氏菌检测上的应用,以沙门氏菌ATCC31685为主要研究对象,制作不同类型的糖芯片用于优化糖芯片检测条件;在优化条件的基础上,降低糖浓度或细菌浓度用于确定糖芯片检测限值;继而系统地研究了糖芯片在沙门氏菌和凝集素FimH拮抗剂筛选上的应用,并探究糖芯片对菌株的破坏性。由实验现象可知,沙门氏菌可与甘露糖化合物修饰的糖芯片结合,其中,以Man-1与NHS玻片所构建的糖芯片效果最优,并且两种不同的沙门氏菌(ATCC31685和ATCC9184)与糖芯片的结合能力不同,因此糖芯片可作为沙门氏菌的一种快速检测手段;在糖浓度为313 mmol/L或细菌浓度106个/mL时荧光信号接近背景值,并且糖芯片检测后对菌株无破坏性,可继续其他检测项目;此外,实验结果表明糖芯片可作为FimH蛋白拮抗剂的筛选工具。
The applicability of carbohydrate microarrays for Salmonella detection was investigated, using Salmonella ATCC31685 as the primary test subject. Different types of carbohydrate microarrays were first tested to optimize the detection conditions. Then, using the optimized conditions, decreased carbohydrate concentrations or bacterial concentrations were used to determine the microarray’s limit of detection. The carbohydrate microarrays were tested for their destructiveness of bacterial strains as well as their ability to screen for antagonists of Salmonella lectin FimH. The results indicated that Salmonella bound to modified mannose compounds in the carbohydrate microarrays, among which the microarray chips with Man-1 and NHS were the most optimal. In addition, the microarray-binding abilities of two Salmonella strains (ATCC31685 and ATCC9184) were found to be different. Therefore, carbohydrate microarrays can serve as a rapid procedure for detecting Salmonella. At a carbohydrate concentration of 313 mmol/L or a cell concentration of 106/mL, the fluorescent signal approaches a background value. The carbohydrate microarray detection of Salmonella is non-destructive and can be used continuously. In addition, these microarrays can be used as tools for screening FimH protein antagonists.

Abstract: ?国际反质子与离子大科学工程项目中的超导super-frs磁体包含2个超导线圈,最大磁场为1.6t,这样大的磁场必然产生很大的电磁力。为了保证磁体运行时的机械稳定性,对项目中的超导super-frs磁体进行了有限元结构的3维分析。结构分析中采用了adina和tosca两个有限元软件。adina软件主要用于结构中的应力应变计算,而tosca软件则主要用于电磁场的磁场强度和电磁力的计算。分析的结果显示super-frs磁体采用铁芯及线圈盒长边中部加固结构时,其最大形变约0.19mm,最大有效应力出现在长边中部的很小区域,约为92mpa。由于线圈盒由316ln不锈钢制成,该结构是合理的。

Abstract: ?国际反质子与离子大科学工程(fair)项目是一个大型的国际合作项目,其中super-frs超导二极磁体由中国科学院近代物理研究所研制。利用adina有限元程序对项目中的超导super-frs磁体线圈的失超过程进行了模拟分析。利用c程序对adina程序进行二次开发以便对有限元求解器的调用和载荷的控制。分析结果显示:在失超过程中产生的最大热应力为26mpa,可能产生的声波频率在35hz左右。
