骨科老年患者围手术期并发症相关危险因素评估

Abstract: 目的研究骨科老年患者围手术期并发症相关危险因素。方法对2008年1月至2012年8月在我院骨科行骨科手术的1024例老年患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。男性388例,女性636例,年龄60~96(72.82±8.37)岁。行关节置换436例,骨折手术229例,脊柱手术158例,骨软组织感染手术112例,其他手术89例。出院为观察终点。收集骨科老年患者临床资料,包括合并疾病、术前指标、术中指标、围手术期并发症。分析导致围手术期并发症相关危险因素。结果围手术期总并发症例数为214例,占20.9%。通过Logistic多元逐步回归分析,术前合并高血压病和脑血管疾病、心功能Ⅱ级以上、心率增快、美国麻醉师学会生理状态评分系统(ASA)分级≥3级、白细胞>10×109/L、低血红蛋白、低白蛋白、全身麻醉、手术时间≥3h为骨科老年患者围手术期并发症危险因素(P<0.05)。结论骨科老年患者围手术期并发症发生率高,围手术期并发症危险因素主要为术前合并高血压病和脑血管疾病、心功能Ⅱ级以上、心率增快、ASA分级≥3级、白细胞>10×109/L、低血红蛋白、低白蛋白的、全身麻醉、手术时间≥3h。
分子印迹在线固相萃取分离奥克托今合成反应中间体

Abstract: 采用分子印迹在线固相萃取和液相色谱-质谱联用技术建立了奥克托今合成反应中间体1,3,5,7-四乙酰基-1,3,5,7-四氮杂环辛烷(TAT)与1,3,5-三乙酰基-1,3,5-三氮杂环己烷(TRAT)的分离鉴定方法.固相萃取填料采用TAT分子印迹聚合物,液相色谱分离检测采用亲水色谱柱.首先以乙腈为固相萃取柱上样溶剂,流速为0.1mL/min,然后以乙酸乙酯淋洗萃取柱,用甲醇洗脱,并以甲醇为流动相对洗脱溶液进行液相色谱分离,与质谱仪联用鉴定各分离组分.在上述条件下,TAT回收率在79%-93%,检出限为1.8mg/L(3σ),线性范围为6.0~500.0mg/L,富集倍数400倍.

Abstract: 细胞的信号传导在细胞的代谢、分化以及死亡的过程中起着重要的作用。肿瘤的发生和发展与细胞信号的过度表达有关。以蛋白激酶为靶点的抗肿瘤治疗现已成为肿瘤研究中十分活跃的领域。目前作为抗癌药物已经上市及正在临床开发中的激酶抑制剂多数为多靶点抑制剂。多靶点激酶抑制剂能够同时抑制多个细胞信号转导通路,从而使得肿瘤细胞在多个方面受到抑制。多靶点激酶抑制剂在疗效和控制耐受性方面具有一定的优势。本文对已经上市及部分正在iii期临床开发中的多靶点激酶抑制剂的抑酶谱及其信号传导通路进行综述分析。
高性能多功能桥墩永久模板节段节点性能分析

Abstract: 为了给高性能多功能桥墩永久模板节段节点设计提供科学依据,根据超高性能水泥基复合材料(UHPCC)纵向节段间的节点联接构造,分析了界面应力,建立了切向应力和法向应力分量的表达,提出了界面联接率的设计参量,并给出了焊缝节点应力极限状态方程.基于荷载规范,给出了永久模板的施工荷载计算参量表达.简要介绍了UHPCC的基本性能、计算模型,提出了将UHPCC应用于桥墩用多功能永久模板的设计概念,并结合典型墩柱结构进行了UHPCC管界面节点性能的计算,分析了壁厚、焊缝有效厚度等设计参量对节点性能的影响规律,分析了界面联接参量对焊缝应力的影响规律,提出了UHPCC管连接节点的设计方案.该研究为UHPCC永久模板管结构节段节点强度设计奠定了基础.

Abstract: 针对大规模网络安全数据可视分析效率低下的问题,提出了一种异构树网络安全数据组织方法,提高了数据分析的实时性。为了增强分析系统的可交互性和提高对网络安全数据的分析效率,设计了一种针对大规模网络的三维多层球面空间可视化模型(MSVM);开发了基于以上技术的3D可视分析原型系统。实验结果表明,该方法针对大规模、高离散度的网络安全数据具有较强的分析能力,能够有效识别不同类型的入侵访问,便于网络取证。

Abstract:
目的:探讨虎眼万年青多糖对高脂饮食诱导小鼠体重增加的抑制作用。高脂饮食连续喂养5周诱导小鼠体重增加,同时,分别用不同浓度的虎眼万年青多糖(200g/L和1000g/L)灌胃建立低和高浓度多糖处理组。通过测量小鼠的体重、肝重、腹部、腹股沟脂肪重量以及检测血清学指标,研究不同浓度虎眼万年青多糖对小鼠高脂饮食诱导体重增加的抑制作用。结果发现高脂饮食喂养组小鼠体重、肝重、脂肪重量、总胆固醇(TCH)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平显著高于正常饮食组(P<0.05)。低、高浓度虎眼万年青多糖处理组小鼠体重、肝重、脂肪重量、TCH和LDL水平较高脂饮食喂养组均有下降(P<0.05)。这些结果表明,虎眼万年多糖对高脂饮食诱导小鼠体重增加具有一定的抑制作用。
This aim of this paper is to investigate the inhibition effect of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait poly-saccharide on high fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice. Obese model was made by high-fat diet for five weeks, and different concentrations of polysaccharide (200g/L, 1000g/L) were fed to establish polysaccharides-treated group. By measuring body weight, liver weight, fat weight of abdominal and inguinal, and serum markers, we studied the inhibition effect of different concentrations of polysaccharides on fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice. The results show that the body weight, liver weight, fat weight, TCH and LDL levels in high-fat treated mice were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). In addition, body weight, liver weight, fat weight, TCH and LDL levels in mice treated with low and high concentration of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait polysaccharide were significantly lower than those in high fat diet-treated mice (P<0.05). These results show that Ornithogalum caudatum Ait polysaccharide has inhibition effect on high fat diet-induced weight gaining in mice.

Abstract: 摘要 针对湖泊氮磷循环的3个关键过程: 源过程、去除过程和内部转化过程, 识别不同过程(如底泥释放、反硝化等)对湖泊的影响机制及其对富营养化的贡献, 总结对比湖泊氮磷循环及其关键过程的实验与模型等不同研究方法的优劣。基于文献综述分析提出, 未来的研究需将机理模型、实验观测及室内模拟结合起来, 通过机理模型定量表征氮磷循环的物质平衡, 辅以实验观测识别关键过程, 通过室内模拟实验分析循环关键过程的影响因素与响应机制。这种多层次多手段的研究方法体系可以为湖泊氮磷循环的深入探究提供技术支持。
Abstract Special attention has been paid to three types of processes, that is, source process, removal process and internal cycling. Through the summary of literatures, the mechanisms of typical cycling processes, such as sediment release and denitrification, were discussed. The comparison of contributions of different cycling processes was listed as well. Moreover, the main research approaches of experiment and modeling in this field were well summarized and compared, raising a general framework for the study of nutrients cycling in lakes. With the purpose of looking into the cycling of nutrients, different approaches should be combined together. For example, mechanism models and observation for the mass balance of nutrients, then the microcosmic experiments for the impact factors of cycling processes. It is an efficient way to explore the cycling of nutrients in lakes.

Abstract:
本文通过基于小波变换和未基于小波变换对沪深300指数日收盘价序列分别建立ARMA拟合模型并做短期预测,对其归一化均方误差(NMSE)进行比较,结果显示,由于小波变换良好的时频局域化特性,以及它的多分辨功能,使组合模型较之于单个预测模型对于沪深300指数的短期预测更优。
This paper based on wavelet transform and non-wavelet transform established ARMA models to fit the daily closing price of Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index and do a short-term forecast. It also compared their normalized mean square error (NMSE). Results display that due to the characte-ristics of wavelet transform which are good time frequency localization and its multi-resolution features, combined forecast model for short-term forecast of Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index is superior to single forecast model.

Abstract:
为了更好地了解消费者的购房需求,细分住宅商品房市场,为房地产商制定精准的市场营销策略提供借鉴,本文将传统的统计学方法和机器学习的方法相结合定量分析了住宅商品房市场的需求状况。首先,文章结合以往研究经验选取房地产市场细分指标,通过问卷调查获取A市居民的购房意向与需求信息。然后,采用K-means聚类分析和决策树分类方法将消费者分为四类。最后,根据分类结果,运用频数分析、百分比分析、交叉列联分析方法得出了每一个类别的市场特征和需求倾向,为房地产开发商精准营销提供借鉴。同时,本文还得出了四类市场群体在住宅户型、购房关注点等方面的选择共性,为房地产开发商初期项目建设也有一定的指导意义。
In order to better understand the housing demand of consumer, divide the residential real estate market, and provide reference for precise marketing strategies for real estate developers, this paper, combining the traditional statistical methods and machine learning method, analyzes the residential housing market demand in quantitative way. First of all, this paper bases previous re-search experience to select indicators for the real estate market segmentation, through the ques-tionnaire survey to obtain A city’s information about residential purchase intention and demand. Then, through using the K-means cluster analysis and decision tree classification method, it comes to the conclusion that consumers can be divided into four groups. Finally, according to the classi-fication results, and using frequency, percentage, cross contingency analysis methods, it shows demand characteristics and tendencies of each category. All of these provide reference for real estate developers in their project preparation stage.
