Abstract:
飞秒激光由于其超快时间特性和超高值功率特性在生物学应用领域取得了重大的成功,飞秒激光与生物材料作用的机理研究引起了众多学者的浓厚兴趣,通过近数十年的研究已经得到了突破性的进展。本文综述了飞秒在现代生物学领域中的一些应用,包括激光生物效应、活细胞微手术、直写微纳加工应用、细胞成像等。最后对飞秒激光的应用前景做了简要预测。
Lots of great progress had been made in the application of Biology by femtosecond laser due to its ultra-short time scale and ultra high peak power density. Many researches have being more and more interest in studying the mechanisms of femtosecond laser interaction with biological tissues and done much breakthrough. This article introduces applications of femtosecond laser in biology, including laser bioeffect, ablation of organelles in living cells, multiphoton lithography, cell imaging, etc. Finally, the prospect of femtosecond laser nanosurgery is discussed.

Abstract: 房地产的售后服务由于售后服务管理体制不健全,管理不规范和工作经验的缺乏该行业遭遇到成长过程中必然产生的各种问题,受到的消费者投诉在各行业之首,为了解决该问题,本文通过基于KANO模型与QFD集成的顾客(或业主)需求设计方法研究,为房地产售后服务行业分析顾客需求提供了一种新的方法。本项目还以浙江一家房地产开发有限公司的售后服务中心为例,分析该公司在房地产售后服务质量改进方面KANO 模型与 QFD等工具的应用过程及应用效果。
Various problems happened in the growth process of real estate service because of distempered- ness of after-sales service management system, irregularities of management and lack of work experience. Most consumer complaints appear in the real estate market. In order to solve the problems, this paper pro- vides after-sales service of real estate industry with a new approach by analyzing the customers’ requirements based on KANO model integrated with QFD customers (or owners) design method. This paper takes an after-sales service center of a real estate company in Zhejiang Province as an example and analyzes the application process and application result of this company with quality improvement tools: KANO model and QFD.

Abstract:
氧化应激是机体内氧自由基的产生超过其清除能力的一种代谢失衡的病理状态[1]年龄老化、超重、紫外线照射、辐射、吸烟、药物及环境污染等内源性、外源性自由基的侵袭都可造成机体的氧化应激。氧化应激损伤也是一系列疾病的共同病理过程之一,眼科疾病也不例外[2]。在正常情况下,眼睛各个组分都存在一定种类、一定含量的抗氧化剂,与氧化应激之间形成动态平衡,保护眼部各组分的正常生理功能。因此,眼部抗氧化剂活性的研究对眼科疾病的诊断及防治非常重要。本文就抗氧化剂维生素C在眼部的抗氧化作用机制进行了较为全面的综述。
Oxidative stress is a pathological state of metabolic imbalance that the generation of oxygen free radicals in body exceeds the elimination. Endogenous and exogenous factors including aging, overweight, ultraviolet light, radia- tion, smoking, drugs and environment pollution can cause the oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is one of a series of common pathological processes in a range of diseases, and it has no exception in ophthalmic disease. Under normal circumstances, a dynamic balance between oxidants and antioxidants in eye exists. Therefore, the research on antioxidant activity of the eye has significant value in diagnosis and prevention of ophthalmic disease. In this paper, we carried out a comprehensive overview about the antioxidant mechanism of antioxidant vitamin C in eye.

Abstract:
晶状体是人体内对辐射最为敏感的组织之一,少于2 Gy急性辐射剂量的低电离辐射和少于5 Gy的长期辐射能诱导白内障。尽管在这一领域已经进行了许多研究,放射性白内障形成的机制还没有完全明确。深入了解放射性白内障形成的机制及剂量阈值,将有助于理解放射性白内障的形成,在促进放射性白内障的研究及临床治疗中起到重要作用。
The lens of the eye is recognized as one of the most radiosensitive tissues in the human body, and it is known that cataracts can be induced by acute doses of less than 2 Gy of low-LET ionizing radiation and less than 5 Gy of pro- tracted radiation. Although much work has been carried out in this area, the exact mechanisms of radiation cataracto- genesis are still not fully understood. In-depth understanding of nuclear radiation cataract formation mechanism and dose threshold, will help to understand the whole process of radioactive nuclear cataract formation, and that will play an important role in promoting nuclear radiation cataract research and clinical treatment.

上海证券交易所作为国内两大交易所之一,它编制的上证综合指数能有效反映在该交易所上市的股票价格的变动情况。通过建立合适的时间序列模型,对该指数变化趋势进行预测分析具有重要意义。文章对历史数据进行处理,通过R语言进行模型选择及估计,实现上证综合指数日收盘价格的短期预测,为股票市场投资者提供相关参考。
Shanghai stock exchange is one of the two major exchanges, its establishment of the Shanghai Composite Index can effectively respond to changes in the stock price listed on the exchange. Through the establishment of a suitable time series model, it is important to predict and analyze the trend of the index change. By dealing with the historical data and using R to select the model and estimate the parameters, this article achieved the short-term closing price forecasting of the Shanghai Composite Index, and this will provide the relevant reference for the trend analysis of stock market.

关于短时记忆搜索时间的年龄差异及其与唤醒水平关系的实验研究

Abstract: 本研究对24名老年人(平均65岁)和24名青年人(平均24岁)进行短时记忆搜索实验,同时记录了休息及作业过程中被试的心率、指端血容和皮电的变化,以探讨搜索时间的年龄差异和唤醒水平之间的关系。结果表明,所有被试的搜索反应时均随搜索项目的增多而增加,老年被试的搜索反应时明显慢于青年被试。在作业条件下,老年被试的心率、血容与皮电的反应性明显低于青年被试,表现为唤醒水平较低和适应较快的倾向。在血容、皮电反应性与搜索反应时之间存在着显著相关,这表明老年人唤醒水平较低可能是其搜索反应较慢的原因之一,也可能二者均由某一共同的中枢因素的年老变化所引起。
