Abstract:
全球人口的老龄化趋势使人们越来越关注各种老年疾病影响因素与防治方法,其中老年痴呆症因其给老人造成的智力残障以及给患者家庭带来的沉重负担而更加成为了学者们研究的重点。老年人轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)是指介于正常衰老和老年痴呆症之间的过渡状态,患者具有一定程度的认知损伤,属于可能罹患痴呆症的高风险人群。而通过对MCI相关影响因素的研究有助于改善老年人的生活质量,为痴呆症的有效防治找到新的途径,减轻其照料者的经济负担和精神压力。
The trend of the world’s population aging makes people pay more attention to the influence factors and the method of prevention and cure about various diseases of aging. Alzheimer’s disease becomes the research’s emphasis because it can cause elderly intellectual disability and bring heavy burden to the patients’ family. A growing number of scholars intensively focus on the re-search. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in older people refers to the transition state between normal aging and Alzheimer’s disease; those who are with a certain degree of cognitive impairment may belong to the people at high risk of dementia. The research related to the MCI’s influencing factors contributes to improving life quality of the elderly and find the new ways to prevent the disease. In addition, this research may reduce the economic burden of the caregivers and mental pressure for the effective prevention and control of Alzheimer’s.

Abstract:
本文在现状调研和发展需求分析的基础上,针对物流系统内部运输成本较大和商品流通效率较低的问题,应用具有遗憾值约束的不确定鲁棒优化模型,在已设置集散点的区域内进行该区域下物流集散点优化研究。研究结果显示,不确定鲁棒优化模型适用于物流集散点的高效率利用,可以给出合理的集散点设置的建议。
Based on the situation investigation and the development demand analysis, aiming to solve the problem which is concerned with the large logistics system internal transportation cost and the low efficiency of commodity circulation, the paper proposes an uncertain robust optimization model with regret value enabling company to minimize their cost with stability. The model uses the information on set logistic center for optimization. The results show that the uncertain robust optimization model is suitable for the high utilization of logistics center and can give reasonable proposals.
我国国家级海洋保护区管理有效性评估指标体系构建与实证研究

Abstract: 海洋保护区在海洋生态环境的良好保护、生态系统的有效维持、海洋资源的合理开发上具有重要作用。将我国的国家级海洋保护区作为评估对象,将保护区管理机构的管理行为作为评估重点,采用频度统计法、层次分析法及实证研究法等方法,构建出我国国家级海洋保护区管理有效性的评估指标体系。并基于该指标体系,将浙江省嵊泗马鞍列岛国家级海洋特别保护区作为对象进行实证研究,结果显示:该保护区投入与保障方面的管理工作成绩较好,但存在科研宣教活动不足、设施建设滞后、人才短缺等问题,且缺乏自养能力、应急机制和评估体系。建议重视科研宣教活动、加强科研基础建设和人才培养,并通过扩大融资渠道、建立应急机制和评估体系等方式,达到提升管理水平的目的。并提出指标体系的构建可以为我国国家级海洋保护区管理有效性评估提供参考与支持的初步设想

Abstract: 针对被动攻击下的信息隐藏系统,建立一个具体的信息隐藏统计模型,从安全性、失真距离度量、信道容量3个角度全面分析该模型.信道容量问题的求解抽象成一个受到平均汉明失真距离和平均安全性约束的最优化问题,只要给定需要的参数就可以运用最优化理论得到最优解.最后求解出原始载体序列和秘密信息序列均服从均匀分布时的统计模型信道容量.

Abstract: 目的研究青春期崩漏形成的病因病机。方法采取文献梳理归纳结合临床总结。结果青春期崩漏形成的病因涉及6个方面素禀肾气稚弱,精血未充最为关键;脾气虚弱,失去统摄血液之权,导致冲任不固,经血失约;精神过度紧张致肝气郁结,肝郁化热,热伤冲任,则迫血妄行而致崩漏;学习强度大,过度劳累致使肾阴不足,水不济火,心火上炎而致血热妄行;在经期感受风寒或喜食寒凉生冷食物,或穿衣不顺应天气或节气的变化而使寒邪入侵机体,寒凝血脉成瘀,瘀血阻滞冲任胞宫,新血不生,血不归经而妄行;与先天的遗传因素有关。结论青春期崩漏形成的病因病机与肾精不足、脾气虚弱、情绪抑郁、心肾不交、瘀阻胞中及先天遗传有关。

Abstract: 近年来,在中国开展大国外交和美国推进亚太再平衡战略的背景下,中美关系出现了新常态,这主要表现为摩擦加剧、合作加强、中国对双边关系的引领作用增大。随着中国力量和自信心的增长以及大国外交的推进,中国将更加积极而坚定地维护和拓展其国家利益。美国担心中国的行为将损害美国及其盟友的利益,削弱美国主导的地区秩序,挑战其优势地位,因而寻求牵制甚至遏制中国。在此情况下,中、美之间的摩擦势必会加剧,在一些具体问题上的对抗也不可避免。另一方面,中美合作的不断增强将是双边关系的最突出特征。美国将更多地谋求与中国合作,以实现其国家利益目标。中国正在推进的大国外交的要义就是要建立以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,中美新型大国关系是其中关键的一环。中美新型大国关系本质上就是崛起的大国与既成大国在21世纪的时代条件下,通过合作来促进各自的国家利益、推进全球治理的关系。目前,美国对于构建中美新型大国关系的思想准备不足,意愿不充分,实践能力有限。中国作为一个新兴大国和新型大国,需要以进步的理念、创新的思维、富有活力的外交举措,来引导、推动和塑造美国的思维、理念和政策行为,持续引领中美新型大国关系的构建。
Abstract:In recent years, against the background of China pursuing its major-country diplomacy and the United States pushing forward its rebalance-to-Asia strategy, there has emerged in Sino-U.S. relationship a new normal which is featured by rising frictions, expanding cooperation, and growing guidance exercised by China of the relationship. With the rising power and self-confidence as well as the pursuit of major-country diplomacy, China preserves and expands its national interests more actively and firmly. The United States, concerned that China's behavior harms the interests of the U.S. and its allies, undermines the U.S.-dominated regional order and challenges the U.S. preponderance, seeks to check and even contain China. As a result, frictions between China and the U.S. will only intensify and conflicts on some individual issues are inevitable. On the other hand, the growing cooperation stands as the most preeminent feature of Sino-U.S. relations. The United States has to seek China's cooperation so as to promote its national interests. China endeavors to establish a new type of international relationship, of which a new type of Sino-U.S. relationship is an important part. In essence, the new type of Sino-U.S. major-country relationship is one in which China as a rising power and the U.S. as an established power seek to promote each other's national interests as well as global governance through cooperation and collaboration. While the U.S. is ill-prepared for building a new type of Sino-U.S. major-country relationship, China should guide and shape U.S. thinking, ideas and policy behavior through progressive ideas, creative thinking and vibrant diplomatic practice.

盐度和温度对北美海蓬子在厦门海区引种以及生长特性的影响

Abstract: ?研究了厦门海区盐度和温度对北美海蓬子(Salicorniabigelovii)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,海蓬子种子对温度变化反应非常敏感,在15°C时发芽率最高(94%),但萌发指数最低,而在20°C时萌发指数最大;在盐度5g.L-1时种子具有最高的发芽率和萌发指数,在盐度50g.L-1时仍有13.3%的发芽率,并且各种盐度处理下逐日萌发指数均能在2天内达到最大。盐度10-20g.L-1最适宜幼苗生长,高盐(>30g.L-1)具有一定的抑制作用,主要表现为生长缓慢,含水量和根系活力下降,并且根的盐敏感程度大于茎。在不同盐度处理下,北美海蓬子适应一种新的耐盐机制,在无盐(0g.L-1)和高盐(40g.L-1)胁迫下,过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和过氧化物酶(peroxide,POD)这2种酶蛋白对盐离子效应敏感,起主要的抗氧化作用;相反,生长在适宜盐度范围(10-30g.L-1)内,超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)维持较高活性。研究结果表明,北美海蓬子适宜在沿海滩涂环境条件下生长,有望作为一种抗盐耐海水蔬菜加以开发和利用,并进一步在污染海水净化修复中发挥可能的生态功能。
