荒漠植物老瓜头全草镇痛抗炎活性部位研究

Abstract: 目的 筛选荒漠植物老瓜头全草镇痛、抗炎作用的活性部位。方法 微波辅助萃取法制备老瓜头全草70%乙醇提取物,分别用二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取3次;以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀法为抗炎筛选方法;以冰醋酸扭体法、热板法为镇痛筛选方法。结果 与生理盐水组比较,二氯甲烷层低、中、高剂量(200、400、800 mg/kg)对小鼠耳肿胀、足肿胀均有显著抑制作用(P<0.05,0.01),中、高剂量组肿胀抑制率与阳性药吲哚美辛相当;二氯甲烷层低、中、高剂量均能显著延长小鼠痛阈值(P<0.05,0.01),减少扭体次数(P<0.05,P<0.01);醋酸乙酯层仅高剂量(800 mg/kg)有显著镇痛、抗炎活性(P<0.05,P<0.01);正丁醇层无镇痛、抗炎活性。结论 二氯甲烷层镇痛、抗炎活性均最强,其活性与阳性药吲哚美辛相当,为生品老瓜头镇痛、抗炎活性部位。

Abstract: 后句弓鲛(HybodushoutienensisYoung1941)是中国发现最早的弓鲛鱼类之一,由杨钟健建立。由于建种的化石材料均为破碎的鳍棘,因此与其他弓鲛鱼类难以进行较全面的对比。本文依据在禄丰川街盆地发现的新化石材料,对后甸弓鲛进行再研究,补充了描述、修订了其特征,并讨论了弓鲛属的生物地层和地理分布特征。
混合结构对正交胶合木剪力墙抗侧性能的影响

Abstract: 为评价层板材料对正交胶合木(cross-laminated timber,CLT)剪力墙抗侧性能的影响,对普通结构(单一锯材材料)CLT剪力墙和混合结构(锯材与单板层积材混合材料)CLT剪力墙进行了单向和低周反复加载试验。结果表明:墙体在单向荷载作用下主要因一侧墙角锚栓和基底锚栓的严重变形而发生破坏,在低周反复加载作用下则为墙角锚栓连接件的变形及钉子的疲劳剪断破坏; CLT剪力墙耗能主要来自于连接件变形和自攻螺钉弯曲、拔出和剪断; 混合结构CLT墙体在单向和低周反复加载中的破坏位移、抗剪强度分别比普通结构CLT墙体低3.03%,24.75%和7.33%,3.31%; 抗侧刚度则高出8.70%,7.45%。混合结构对CLT剪力墙不同抗侧性能影响不同,应加强CLT剪力墙与基础的连接,充分发挥CLT墙体本身的抗侧性能。
Compared with other engineering wood products, such as laminated strand lumber(LSL), laminated veneer lumber(LVL)and structural plywood, cross-laminated timber(CLT)demonstrates a great potential in serving as crucial elements in the construction of buildings made entirely from timber. Hybrid CLT(HCLT)shear wall was fabricated by using lumber and/or LVL in this study. Two groups of CLT and HCLT shear walls were tested under monotonic and cyclic loads, respectively. Failure modes and load-displacement curves of CLT/HCLT shear walls were obtained and the yield load, ultimate load, elastic lateral stiffness and ductility of those shear walls were obtained through the calculation. The effects of different layer materials of CLT on the lateral load capacity were also analyzed. The results showed that the prime failure mode of CLT shear walls under the monotonic load was the failure of hold-down connection and bracket connection, however, the prime failure mode of CLT shear walls under cyclic loads was the failure of hold-down connection and nails connection failure. The dissipated energy of CLT shear walls were resulted from the deformations of hold-down and brackets connections and the deformations, pulling-out and fracture of nails under cyclic loads. Compared with normal CLT shear walls, the ultimate displacement and shear strength of HCLT shear walls under monotonic and cyclic loads were 3.03%, 24.75%, 7.33% and 3.31% lower than those of normal CLT shear walls, respectively. However, the elastic lateral stiffness of HCLT shear walls under monotonic and cyclic loads were 8.70% and 7.45% higher than those of normal CLT shear walls, respectively. It was concluded that the connection properties of hold-down and/or brackets between CLT walls and foundation need to be improved. The further research in this field is needed to improve the connection properties of CLT shear walls
蚜虫侵害对西瓜保护酶活性的影响

Abstract: 以6个抗蚜性不同的西瓜品种为试材,采用分光光度法研究了蚜虫危害对多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明蚜虫危害对抗、感蚜虫西瓜品种叶片组织内PPO、POD、CAT、SOD、AsA-POD活性的影响存在显著差异;抗蚜虫品种叶片组织内PPO、POD、CAT、SOD和AsA-POD活性显著升高;感蚜虫品种叶片组织内PPO、POD、CAT、SOD和AsA-POD活性无显著变化;说明PPO、POD、CAT、SOD和AsA-POD活性与西瓜抗蚜性存在相关性。

In this present study, a review was performed to explore mental health status of high school teachers. In addition, the factors influencing mental health of high school teachers were discussed. Conclusions showed that factors affecting the mental health of high school teachers were mainly coping, occupational stress and social support.

Abstract:
为了考察温度对个人决策中情感预测的影响,本研究通过启动实验,启动被试冷和暖的感受体验。接着让被试对未来积极事件和消极事件进行情感预测,然后进行决策任务,随机反馈成功或者失败后,被试进行情感体验。然后比较不同启动条件下被试的情感预测以及情感预测偏差的差异。结果表明:实验操作能成功启动被试对冷和热的感受。相较于冷感受下的被试,处于暖感受下的被试,会高估自己预测未来积极事件和消极事件的情绪强度。
The study is designed to investigate the influence of temperature on the individual decision in af-fective forecasting. By the priming experiment, participant can feel cold or warm. Then, we let the participant predict the emotion in positive and negative future events, and finish decision tasks. After we feedback success or failure randomly, the participant answers the affective experiences questionnaire. The next is to compare differences of affective forecasting and affective forecasting bias in priming conditions. The results showed that: experimental operation can prime the feelings of cold and warmth successfully. Compared with the participant of cold feeling, the participant of warm feelings will overestimate their emotional intensity in positive and negative events.
一种生物无机材料—石质古迹上天然草酸钙保护膜的研究

Abstract: 酸雨是侵蚀我国大部分地区石质文物的主要威胁之一。近几十年来,室外的许多碳酸岩石刻和石雕都因此受到了不同程度的破坏。但是,在许多在质在迹上偶尔可以看到某些部位的石刻文字至今保持完好,仔细观察发现其表面有一层天然形成的保护膜。本工作对这种膜的样品分别进行了FTIR、PLM、EDAX、SEM和TEM分析,结果表明这是一种以草酸钙为主要成分的致密的生物无机膜。本文简要讨论这种膜的分析结果和形成机理。

Abstract: 描述了巨脉科(Meganeuridae)一新属种--祁连山神州巨脉Shenzhousia qilianshanensis gen.et sp.nov.,标本采自宁夏上石炭统土坡组(C2t),是本科昆虫在中国的首次发现,也是目前世界纳缪尔期最大的昆虫化石.新属的主要特征为:其翅展在450-500mm左右;前前缘区短,不伸达翅中;ScP短,在IR2发出点处汇入C;RP分支点靠近翅基,早于MA的分支点,RP1 2和RP3 4相互靠近,有很长一段相互平行,越过翅中后始逐渐分开.
光合自养缺陷型小球藻的筛选及生物能源应用

Abstract: 小球藻Chlorellaprotothecoides(C.protothecoides)是潜在的、可用于工业生产生物柴油的高产油微藻.本研究通过体外诱变的手段,获得了一株完全不能进行光合自养生长的突变体Al64.利用尼罗红染色和叶绿素自发荧光分析和电子显微镜分析细胞的亚显微结构,结果显示该突变体中叶绿体严重退化,其中类囊体膜结构缺失,导致该突变体缺乏叶绿素,无法进行光合自养生长.在富糖富氮的培养条件下,该光合自养缺陷型突变体的细胞密度和油脂含量比野生型细胞分别高5.54%和6.76%,分析还发现,该突变体产油能力为0.158gL-1h-1,比野生型提高12.8%.本文通过缺失光合作用突变体的构建,在异养高氮条件下实现了生物量及细胞内油脂含量的同步提高,为进一步提高微藻生产生物柴油的产量提供了新的研究平台.
广东小菜蛾对苏芸金杆菌的抗性研究

Abstract: 广东省深圳,东莞、惠阳及博罗等供香港(以下简称供港)菜区小菜蛾对有机化学农药的抗性与广州内销菜区相近或稍高,对Bt杀虫剂的抗性则是供港菜区明显高于广州内销菜区。几种酶抑制剂TPP、SVl及Pb对Bt制剂无明显增效作用,可见小菜蛾对Bt制剂的抗性与酯酶和多功能氧化酶(MFO)的关系不大。用Bt制剂Dipel(大宝)连代选育小菜蛾敏感品系,选育18代,小菜蛾的抗性较选育前提高35倍。该抗性品系小菜蛾对个别菌株Bt及巴丹、杀虫双、速灭杀丁、万灵、敌敌畏等无交互抗性,而对昆虫生长调节抑制剂有轻微交互抗性。相反,用巴丹和杀虫双选育出的小菜蛾抗性品系对npel仍表现敏感。抗性品系小菜蛾在无触毒条件下饲养,抗性会自然减退,但不同类杀虫剂的抗性减退速率不尽相同。
