银叶杜鹃和繁花杜鹃根部真菌的多样性

Abstract: 植物根系与真菌形成菌根, 在自然生态系统的物质能量循环中具有重要的生态功能。作者在四川省的中国杜鹃园选取银叶杜鹃(Rhododendron argyrophyllum)和繁花杜鹃(R. floribundum), 通过直接扩增杜鹃花根部真菌rDNA-ITS区片段, 来揭示该地区杜鹃花属植物根部真菌的多样性。ITS序列分析结果表明: 从两种杜鹃的根部共检测到41个真菌分类单元, 分别属于子囊菌纲的柔膜菌目(Helotiales)、散囊菌目(Eurotiales)、盘菌目(Pezizales)、假球壳目(Pleosporales)和担子菌纲的蜡壳耳目(Sebacinales)、伞菌目(Agaricales)、Erythrobasidiales、线黑粉菌目(Filobasidiales)。银叶杜鹃和繁花杜鹃根部真菌种类丰富, 包括了杜鹃花类菌根真菌、外生菌根真菌和其他类型真菌, 其中担子菌纲的蜡壳耳目和子囊菌纲的柔膜菌目占有较大比例。

Ideology of the traditional Chinese female virtuousness education has a long-standing history with abundant contents, which has both strong and weak points. The modern value of the explanation of woman's virtuousness, woman's speech, woman's appearance and woman's work should not be ignored in Ban Zhao's work, Woman Precepts. This paper will combine the resources of the feminist movement and the traditional female virtuousness to modern female virtuousness, which possesses both traditional virtues and characteristics of the times.The paper also emphasizes the importance of female virtuousness education to the family,the society as well as the nation, which is the time connotation to construct the brand-new modern female virtuousness.

Abstract: 针对汽车零部件产业链供应商企业群的订单整合集成问题,提出了面向云服务平台订单整合的技术方案。在抽象出订单整合多级映射关系的基础上,建立了多层级订单映射树模型。采用弹性化的动态可配置接口,构建出面向汽车零部件产业链云服务平台的映射规则库,将复杂映射转换为直接映射。运用订单映射树的层级关系,采用映射整合算法,将来自不同整车厂的大批量异构订单整合为供应商企业群所需的零部件生产计划集。结果表明,运用多层级订单映射树模型能支撑面向汽车零部件产业链云服务平台订单整合的扩展应用。

Abstract: 针对目前标准件库不支持异构cad系统和标准件信息不完整两个主要问题,提出了一种基于细胞元本体的标准件库资源共享方法。该方法使用web本体描述语言(webontologylanguage,owl)表示细胞元本体模型,制定语义映射规则,以细胞为转换单元,屏蔽了信息表示的异构性,使应用本体和细胞元本体成为具有语义关系的逻辑上的整体,实现了异构cad系统对标准件库的共享及异构数据的实时转换。该方法应用在pro/e,ug和catia3个cad平台的同步协同设计中,证明了其可行性。
变换域通信系统抗干扰编码幅度谱成型算法
A Shaping Algorithm of Coded Amplitude Spectrum for Anti??Interference in Transform Domain Communication System

Abstract: 针对变换域通信系统收发双方电磁环境不一致、频谱失配导致有用信号能量损失和降低系统抗干扰性能的问题,提出接收端多元编码幅度谱成型算法。首先,在发送信号频谱组成未知的条件下,采用变换域技术对接收端干扰和噪声进行处理,由于干扰会在变换域能量聚焦,而噪声没有能量聚焦特性,因此变换域处理能够有效的将干扰和噪声进行分离;然后,对分离后的干扰和噪声幅度谱进行归一化处理;最后,对归一化处理的幅度谱进行多元编码,无干扰的频点幅度谱设置为1,有干扰的频点幅度谱设置为归一化幅度谱最大值与该点的差值。采用该算法生成的基函数能够有效降低有用信号能量的损失并躲避干扰。仿真结果表明,相比接收端直接生成基函数和基于类似等增益合并的算法,在信噪比为-8~8 dB的条件下,多元编码幅度谱成型算法能够有效形成接收端幅度谱,基函数误差分别降低了16.2%和13.1%,提高了系统的抗干扰性能。
A novel shaping algorithm of amplitude spectrums based on multiple code is proposed for the receiver to solve the problem that electromagnetic environments of a transmitter and a receiver are inconsistent and the mismatch of spectrums results in the loss of useful signal energy and the weakening of the anti??interference performance of a system. The transform domain technology is adopted to deal with the interference and noise at the receiver under the condition where the transmit signal spectrum in the receiver is unknown. Based on the fact that the energy of interference will be focused in transform domain while the noise will not, transform domain processing can effectively separate the interference and noise. Then the amplitude spectrums of the separated interference and noise are normalized, and the normalized amplitude spectrums are multiply coded. Specifically, the amplitude spectrum without interference is set to “1” and the amplitude spectrum with interference is set to the difference between the maximum value of normalized amplitude spectrum and the value of this point. The basic function generated by the proposed method can reduce the loss of useful signal energy and avoid interferences. Simulation results in the range of signal??to??noise ratio from -8 to 8 dB and comparisons with the approach in which the basic function is generated directly by the receiver and the method based on similar to equal??gain combining show that the proposed algorithm forms the receiving amplitude spectrum effectively and basis function errors are reduced by 16.2% and 13.1%, respectively. The anti??interference performance of systems is improved

Abstract: 本文用单因子试验分析了基于ISSR(Inter-SimpleSequenceRepeat)分子标记研究法国蜜环菌系统发生学的PCR(PolymeraseChainReaction)扩增反应条件,并进行了引物筛选,同时对各个引物的退火温度以及甲酰胺对扩增效果的影响进行了讨论。为利用ISSR标记技术研究蜜环菌生物种的系统发生学、遗传多样性及种质资源提供了参考。

Abstract: 选择合理的探测波段是设计红外预警卫星需要解决的重要问题.提出了一种基于点目标辐射通量表观对比度光谱确定红外预警卫星探测波段的方法.论文首先建立了较完善的火箭尾焰表观对比度光谱计算模型,进一步建模计算了典型液体和固体火箭尾焰在不同高度的红外辐射特性,使用通用大气辐射传输(CART)软件计算了典型大气条件下的地球/大气背景辐射以及不同高度处大气的透过率和路径辐射,在此基础上以典型液体和固体火箭为例,计算了尾焰在不同高度处的辐射通量表观对比度光谱.结果表明:不论液体还是固体火箭,在2.55~2.85μm和4.19~4.48μm波段的辐射通量表观对比度都比较大,红外预警卫星工作波段可以选为上述波段.
