Abstract:
本文重点探索中国南海未来的油气田开发模式。首先通过对世界范围油气工业界已经安装完毕及正在进行项目的详细实例及油气田开发中所遇到主要技术问题进行了深入详细的研究及探讨,对使用于这些油气开发项目的关键成功技术详细了讨论。其中一些关键技术及油区开发经验可以用于中国南海项目开发。针对南海开发的几种可能情况,对几种可能的开发模式进行了系统的研究,这些模式包括边际油田开发和大型油天及气田开发。随着现在海洋开发方面的大量投资,长期以来不懈的技术引进及提高,以及在这一领域迅速增加的专业技术人员,中国海洋工业发展的黄金时代即将很快到来。
This paper focuses on potential development models of future oil and gas exploration in South China Sea. A detailed study of current field development models worldwide is performed through some examples of industry installed/ongoing projects and major technical issues encountered during the practice. Key technologies are discussed for the success of field development. Some of the technologies and field development experience can be used for South China Sea project. Several models are studied in field development for different scenarios, including marginal field, large oil field and gas field. With the massive investment activities, continued improved technologies, and rapidly growing pool of professionals, the offshore industry in China will soon encounter a golden period.

Abstract:
后现代主义和古典主义虽然立场迥异,但都从不同角度对启蒙思想进行了严厉的批判。在后现代主义哲学看来,启蒙思想所诉诸的理性、自由、民主等价值,并不是永恒的理念,而只是历史的产物。而在列奥?斯特劳斯(Leo Strauss)等人为代表的古典主义看来,启蒙思想的错误源于对于“自然”概念的误读。两种思想主张对启蒙思想的批判,最终可以归结为对于“自然”概念的不同理解。
The difference between the Postmodernism and Classism is apparent, however, both of them criticize the Enlightenment ideas from different perspectives. For the Postmodern Philosophy, the principle ideas that praise highly in the Enlightenment like reason, liberty and democracy are historical outcomes instead of eternal values. From Leo Strauss and other Classism thinkers’ point of view, the Enlightenment’s mistake is caused by the misinterpretation of the concept of “nature”.

Abstract: S3C2440A是一款16/32位RISC微处理器,具有强大的控制和信号处理能力。本文介绍了基于S3C2440A的液晶显示模块LQ084V3DG01的开发与应用;根据液晶模块的接口时序和逻辑要求,设计了与S3C2440A的硬件接口电路;完成了液晶显示参数设置、字符、清屏和图像显示等应用程序的编写。S3C2440A的软件采用C语言编写,使程序有很强的可移植性。工程应用结果表明,系统工作稳定,液晶显示效果良好,具有较好的工程使用价值。
S3C2440A is a 16/32-bit RISC microprocessor and has a strong ability to control and signal processing. The paper introduced the development and application of the LQ084V3DG01 LCD module based on S3C2440A. According to the interface timing and logic requirements of LCD, it designed the interface circuit to S3C2440A. It also completed the setting of LCD parameter, cha-racters, clear screen and image display. The program can be well transplanted and applied to dif-ferent pixel formats of LCD system. C language is adopted to carry out software design, which makes the program transplantable. Project application results show that the system is stable, has good effects and has better use value in the project.

The important trend of preparation sciences and technology research of low dimensional nanomaterials is to strengthen the control engineering research, including size, shape, surfaces, microstructure control. There are three most representing one-dimensional nanostructures that are being actively studied in nanotechnology: silicon nanowires, car- bon nanotubes, and ZnO nanowire/nanobelts. In many of the preparation methods, the chemical self-assembly method is the simplest, lowest cost and most likely to achieve large-scale production methods.

Abstract:
系统由现场交通流采集系统和远程数据处理中心两部分组成。现场交通流采集系统采用基于GMR的地磁式车辆检测器作为交通流数据检测传感器,各设备之间采用无线自组网方式进行数据传输。远程数据处理中心与现场交通流采集系统通过GPRS或3G通信,可实现交通流数据远程集中控制和管理。本系统环境适应性强,安装维护方便,具有一定的实用价值。
Through analyzing the characteristics of various traffic flow data detection methods and the envi-ronment of the expressway traffic, this paper designs the expressway traffic flow surveillance system which includes live traffic flow data acquisition system and remote data processing center. Live traffic flow data acquisition system uses the vehicle detector based on GMR as traffic flow sensors. With GPRS or 3G network, traffic flow data are transmitted to remote data processing center which can realize the centralized control and management for the data of traffic flow. This system has environment adaptability and high detection reliability, and can be applied to ex-pressway network traffic guidance and effective emergency evacuation.

岩体稳定性评价是巷道开挖和支护设计时的一项基本任务。本文基于岩体质量分类方法,通过对塔尔德布拉克左岸金矿的工程地质调查,结合矿岩物理力学参数,对矿石和围岩进行了稳定性分级,并根据矿岩稳定性分级提出了针对性支护方案,并取得了较好支护效果。

Stability evaluation of rock masses is a basic procedure for the design of various underground excavations and support measures. In this paper, engineering geological investigation into country rock and ore body around excavations was extensively carried out; and samples were collected to test their physic-mechanical parameters in laboratory. Then, engineering rock masses in question were classified based on rock mass rating (RMR) and accordingly ground support measures were also proposed with a good effect obtained.

Abstract: 管制利率在反应资金价格方面存在失真,不能正确反应资金市场上供求双方的力量。近年来,虽然随着利率市场化改革的不断深化,我国在货币市场上已经基本实现了利率的市场化,但我国的存贷款利率仍然是管制利率,即我国的利率体系呈现出价格“双轨”并行的现象。作者认为,利率市场化不仅要体现在货币市场的利率上,也要表现在存贷款利率上。因此资金价格“双轨”并轨是我国的必然选择。
Control rates can not correctly reflect the price of capital and the strength of the market supply and demand sides. In recent years, with the interest rate market reform continued to deepen, China’s money market interest has been largely achieved on the market, but China’s deposit and lending rates are still controlled interest, so interest rate system in China showing a price on the “dual track” parallel phenomenon. Authors believe that the interest rate market not only reflected in the money market interest rates, but also reflected in the deposit and lending interest rates. Therefore, the merger of Dual-Track of capital price is an inevitable choice in China.
