 高成, 刘俊 Journal of Water Resources Research (JWRR) , 2012, DOI: 10.12677/JWRR.2012.14036 Abstract: 滨江城市地区以堤防挡洪，以泵站排涝，其排涝计算的核心在于确定合理的泵站设计流量，目前尚无可靠的方法。滨江城市排涝计算中复杂的泵站抽排边界是其区别于天然河道非恒定流计算的典型特征，因此，处理泵站抽排边界是合理确定泵站设计流量的关键。论文提出了试算法的处理方法，通过假设泵站流量初值，利用非恒定流试算，以城市河网水位为控制条件，多次试算得到最终泵站设计流量。论文提出了不同的初值赋予方式，列出计算框图，增强了方法适用性。最后该法在南京市河西新城区进行了运用，结果科学可行，为滨江城市地区计算泵站设计排涝流量提供了一种新方法。 Riverside cities always prevent flood by embankments, draining water-logging by pump stations, in which the core of drainage calculation is to determine the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations. There’s no reliable method at present. During the process of the calculation in riverside cities, the complicated drainage boundary of pump stations has typical characteristics, differing from the boundary of natural unsteady flow calculation. Therefore, the key point is the handling of the drainage boundary to find out the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations. A trial and error calculation method is proposed in this paper. By assuming the initial design drainage capacity of pump stations, the final value is obtained by the trial and error calculations of unsteady flow, taking the water level of city river network as controlling condition. Different ways to assume initial values and the flow chart are given, in order to improve the applicability of the proposed method. Hexi New Town of Nanjing City was taken as a case study, results showed that the method is scientific and feasible, which provides a new method to determine the reasonable design drainage capacity of pump stations in riverside cities.

Lexical meaning includes three parts, rational meaning, grammatical meaning, and coloring meaning. At present, the research of teaching coloring meaning is a vacancy. This article studies the mechanism of mastering coloring meaning. We also study the psychological features of students when they study coloring meaning from Second Language Acquisition Theory angle and cognitive perspective.
 Management Science and Engineering (MSE) , 2016, DOI: 10.12677/MSE.2016.51B008 Abstract: 房地产行业具有多输入和多输出，以及主观因素影响较大的特点，DEA和FCA的结合较适用于此类典型的复杂系统。在综合评价体系中，对于可以量化的指标，利用数据包络分析方法评价各DMU的相对有效性，利用隶属度函数模糊化相对效率，与其他非量化指标一起进行模糊综合评价。这对于兼有主客观指标的综合系统提供了新的系统评价的方法和思路。本文以全国八个省为例，对房地产投资有效性进行评价。 The real estate industry has multiple inputs and outputs characteristics and is influenced by subjective factors greatly. The combination of DEA and FCA is applied to this typical complex system. In the comprehensive evaluation system, for quantifiable indicators, the relative efficiency of every DMU is calculated based on DEA and then fuzzified by membership functions. The result of DEA is of great objectivity, making FCA more convincing instead of expert scores. It provides a new method to evaluate comprehensive systems. This is a case study to research the effectiveness of real estate investment in 8 Provinces of China.
 刘高 工程力学 , 2001, Abstract: 本文首先建立了下风侧附加翼板桥梁主梁截面的自激气动力模型。以某悬索桥设计方案为工程背景,应用多模态颤振分析方法,分析了该桥架设阶段颤振临界风速的发展趋势。以其中最危险的架设阶段为例,研究了主梁下风侧设置翼板这种控制措施对系统颤振的控制效果。分析表明,主梁下风侧附加翼板对于悬索桥架设阶段的颤振是一种有效的气动控制措施。

This article focuses on the status of independent photovoltaic power generation equipment, and how to improve the lifetime of the photovoltaic power generation equipment from the composition of the photovoltaic power generation equipment, so as to realize the long-term use of the region without electricity independent photovoltaic power generation in the west.
 刘盎然, 高巍, 李宏 Advances in Applied Mathematics (AAM) , 2015, DOI: 10.12677/AAM.2015.43032 Abstract: 本文提出一个高阶方法来数值求解非线性Sine-Gordon方程。空间离散上应用四阶的紧致有限体积格式，时间离散应用三阶SSP Runge-Kutta (RK)方法。数值实验表明该算法是求解一维Sine-Gordon方程的较为高效的方法。 In this work, we propose a compact finite volume method for solving the one-dimensional nonlinear sine-Gordon equation. The third-order SSP Runge-Kutta (RK) scheme is used for temporal disretization. Numerical experiments show that the present scheme is an efficient algorithm for solving the one-dimensional Sine-Gordon equation.
 电子学报 , 2010, Abstract: 为解决常规线性调频雷达存在的距离速度耦合和近距离盲区等问题，提出一种采用大占空比双线性间断调频脉冲信号的准连续波体制雷达。该雷达在一个脉冲重复周期内分时交替发射频谱互不重叠的两个线性调频脉冲信号，接收机通过发射信号分离、Stretch处理、时域互相关、FFT、运动补偿等过程可以在一个脉冲重复周期内获得运动目标的速度估计值和距离估计值。本文首先给出了该雷达的信号模型和距离速度去耦合原理，分析了系统性能，最后讨论了尚需解决的关键问题。
 刘春平, 高申勇, 刘鹏 Hans Journal of Wireless Communications (HJWC) , 2013, DOI: 10.12677/HJWC.2013.36028 Abstract: 水深测量在水库、河道等水域的治理开发中尤为重要，针对传统测量方法成本高、周期长的缺点，该文采用无线传感器网络技术，设计了一套水深实时监测系统。该系统采用了自行设计制作的无线水深测量节点，通过超声波测距传感器测量水深数据，并通过倾角检测传感器进行校准，数据经处理后传输到客户端，可以使用户获取目标水域的实时水深变化信息，若大规模部署节点，可应用于水下地形的测量。初步试验表明该系统部署方便，测量精度较高，具有一定的实用性和推广价值。该文为无线传感器网络在水利测量方面的应用做出了探索性研究。Surveying depth of water is particularly important in the management and development of reservoirs and rivers. In view of high cost and long cycle of the traditional artificial surveying method, this paper develops a real-time water depth surveying system based on wireless sensor networks. In this system, we design a node used for surveying depth of water, which uses the ultrasonic ranging sensor to survey and the angle detection sensor to calibrate. The processed data transmitting to the client can enable users to obtain depth information of the target area in real time. If we deploy large-scale of node, it can be used to measure underwater terrain. Preliminary experimentations prove the convenient deployment, high accuracy, practicability and popularization value of the system. This paper contributes to the exploration research on the applications of WSN in hydraulic engineering survey.
 袁建, 夏晨光, 刘香英, 刘高辉 Advances in Analytical Chemistry (AAC) , 2016, DOI: 10.12677/AAC.2016.62005 Abstract: 本文以X射线荧光光谱法测定铝土矿中Al2O3为例，详细论述该方法在分析过程可能产生的不确定来源，并对各分量不确定进行了评定。通过研究可知，X射线荧光光谱法测定铝土矿中Al2O3时不确定来源有许多，主要有测量不确定度引入的不确定度、标准样品引入的不确定度、称量误差导致的不确定度等方面，本文通过计算出各分量的不确定度，对各个分量不确定度进行定量分析，最后合成得到测量结果的扩展不确定度。 The study discussed the source of uncertainty about measuring the Al2O3 of bauxite by X-ray Fluo-rescence Spectrometry in detail; moreover, we assessed the uncertainty of all components possibly. According to the research we could know there were several reasons that caused the uncertainty about measuring the Al2O3 by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry, such as the method of measurement, standard reference materials, weighing error, etc. The uncertainty of each compo-nent was calculated and analyzed quantitatively; the extended uncertainty of measurement results was obtained from synthesis of each uncertainty source.
