Abstract: 中国国家软实力发展面临着先天不足、后天努力不够、极少关注制度层面国家软实力等挑战。发达法治可以转化为强大软实力,提高综合国力和国际竞争力。加强法治是应对中国软实力发展面临挑战的重要对策之一,实践中却常常被不应有的轻视甚至忽略。要从弘扬法治精神、加强法律制度建设和融入国际法律秩序等方面入手,树立中国软实力正面形象,使中国国家软实力发展具有稳定性和可持续性,主动适应世界其他国家软实力的变化。
The challenges the development of China soft power faces are handicapped by the weak of hard power, the lack of great effort, and few consideration on the system for soft power etc. Advanced rule of law might be transformed into strong soft power. Comprehensive national strength and international competition ability will be then promoted. To strength the rule of law should have been regarded as one of the most countermeasures to respond the challenges. To carry forward the sprit of the rule of law will project a better and more positive China image. To promote the legal systems may enhance the stability and sustainability of the development of China soft power. To integrate into international law order could be helpful to accommodate China to the changes of other countries soft power in the world.
跳频通信系统抗干扰性能仿真与分析

Abstract: 跳频通信是军事通信的主要手段之一,因此在复杂的通信环境下保证跳频通信系统的正常工作就变得十分重要。文章首先介绍了跳频系统,并给出了跳频系统整体仿真图。其次分析了跳频系统中常见的几种干扰,主要包括:宽带噪声干扰、部分频带噪声干扰及跟踪式干扰。根据各个干扰的干扰机制及特点,利用Simulink软件对各种干扰类型进行仿真建模。最后通过将各干扰信号加入已搭建好的跳频通信系统模型中得到不同类型干扰下系统的误码率曲线。通过仿真得到的数据与误码率曲线图,分析跳频通信系统对抗各干扰的能力,总结并提出了相应的改进措施。
 Frequency-hopping communication is a main means of military communication, so it is very important to guarantee the normal work of this system in the complex communication environment. First, this paper introduces the theory of Frequency-hopping communication and the simulation of this system. Then, it analyses several common types of jamming in frequency-hopping communication, including broadband noise jamming, partial band noise jamming and tracking jamming. According to the pattern and feature of different jamming, it simulates different types of jamming by using Simulink software. At last, it gets the Bit Error Rate (BER) carves of system in different types of jamming by adding interference noises into the frequency-hopping communication system which has been set up. With the getting data and the BER carves, it analyses the anti-jamming ability of frequency hopping communication system under different types of jamming, summarizes and proposes some improved methods.

Abstract: ?采用射频磁控溅射法制备了多组sic薄膜样品。用alpha-stepiq台阶仪测量了sic薄膜的厚度,用mht-4显微硬度仪测量了维氏硬度,用afm分析了薄膜的表面形貌。结果表明,溅射功率影响薄膜的硬度;适当加大溅射功率,有利于sic薄膜的生长;存在一个薄膜生长最优化功率窗口;超过功率窗口后继续加大功率,导致沉积层的反溅射率增大,影响薄膜的良好生长。针对薄膜中的应力存在问题提出了相应的解决方法,并用原子力显微镜(afm)观察薄膜表面形貌,从形貌方面来分析溅射功率对硬度的影响。

Abstract:

Crypton算法是一种SPN型分组密码,它是分组长度为128 bitAES候选算法之一。本文借助于多重集的概念,评估了简化轮数的Crypton算法对中间相遇攻击的抵抗能力,设计出两类4/5轮区分器,对7/8/9轮的Crypton算法实施了攻击。所有的攻击实例都给出了复杂度分析,攻击结果表明9轮的Crypton算法对中间相遇攻击是不免疫的,而且新攻击有效地降低了攻击所需的数据复杂度。

Crypton, one of AES candidates, is a 128 bit block cipher of SPN structure proposed by Lim. By means of the concept of Multiset, this paper evaluates the security of the reduced-round Crypton against meet-in-the-middle at- tack, constructs two categories of distinguishers of 4/5 round used to the attack on Crypton algorithm of 7/8/9round. All the attack instances give the complexity analysis. The results demonstrate that Crypton reduced to 9 rounds is not im- mune to meet-in-the-middle attacks, and new attacks reduced the data complexity efficiently.

 

海南岛尖峰岭林区天蛾的生态分布

Abstract: 经过1981—1983年231灯次诱虫结果,初步查明了尖峰岭的天蛾有63种(含未定名者14种),占全国种类的48%,可见热带林区天蛾种类是极其丰富的。种类虽多,但种群虫口数量少。本科优势种群和中等种群为数很少,而小种群特多。成虫出现动态,按月计有1至11个月不等,而虫口数量以3、4、5三个月为最多。其空间分布,种类多少的次序是,热带山地雨林>热带半落叶季雨林>热带常绿季雨林>山顶苔藓矮林;而虫口数量多少的次序则是,热带半落叶季雨林>山顶苔藓矮林>热带常绿季雨林>热带山地雨林。各种天蛾分布范围,有1至4个森林植被类型不等,凡生态分布宽的种类,其种群虫口数量亦大。尖峰岭天蛾的区系成分,以东洋区种类占优势,广东白肩天蛾为海南地方特有种。所得天蛾种类,与林业有关者占61%。
非晶硅在硅片吸除技术中的应用研究

Abstract: 本文研究了一种新的、具有实际应用价值的硅片吸除技术.该技术包括利用PECVD法在腐蚀硅片背面沉积400~800nm厚的非晶硅膜,再经过650~680℃温度的热处理,使沉积膜与硅片结合更牢固,之后,把硅片进行抛光.结果表明,该技术能有效地消除硅抛光片表面的雾缺陷,同时硅片表面层少子寿命可提高2~4倍.
