农民专业合作社分布特征及原因分析——以首批农民专业合作社示范社为例

Abstract: 作为新型农业经营主体,农民专业合作社通过连接农户与企业,在提高农户组织化程度的同时,通过分享农业产业链条的利润增值来实现农民增收。以首批农民专业合作社示范社为研究对象,基于资源约束、交易费用和市场需求等因素分析,借助于Eveiws8.0软件运用加权最小二乘法对截面数据进行回归分析,研究了中国农民专业合作社的分布特征。分析结果表明,在寻求交易费用最低化的过程中,资源优势促进了粮食类、渔业类示范社的发展,而市场需求则是蔬菜类、水果类及畜牧业示范社发展的主导力量,如粮食类示范社多集中分布于粮食主产区,蔬菜和水果类示范社则分布于市场需求量较大的地区。

Abstract: 校园恶性暴力现象无论是内发式还是侵入式,都呈现出数量上升、施暴与受害者群体化、行为与结果恶性化程度加重的特征。在探析校园暴力原因的同时,需要进行防控机制研究,包括建立校园暴力危机预测机制,建立、落实和改进间接和直接防控机制,从而发现校园人身安全潜在问题,改善心理疾病学生心理状态,对违法犯罪进行威慑并增加犯罪障碍,从而促进我国校园安全机制的良性发展和安全防范能力的实质提升。
设立“虐待儿童罪”探析

利用监测CO2方法预警储藏玉米中黄曲霉菌产毒

Abstract: 本文研究了玉米储藏期间真菌产生二氧化碳(CO2)气体的特点,试验结果表明,当灰绿曲霉等干生性真菌生长时,储藏容器中CO2浓度恒速升高;具有快速生长或产毒特点的真菌生长时则出现CO2产气率加速的过程,如玉米中以黄曲霉菌为优势菌时,储藏10 d后产生CO2气体的速率提高4.6倍。进一步研究玉米储藏期间不同原始优势菌、不同真菌生长速率及温度对产生CO2的影响,结果表明,在不同原始优势菌的玉米中均可出现黄曲霉菌的生长和产毒,黄曲霉菌为原始优势菌的AFB1产生量比其他试验组高3~7倍,它们均表现产气速率加速的特征;真菌生长速率及温度可影响储藏玉米中CO2和AFB1的产生量,但在产生AFB1的玉米中,均有CO2产气速率加速的现象。将储藏玉米中CO2产气速率变化与检出AFB1的时间相比,发现前者可提前7 d以上。因此,利用玉米储藏中真菌产生CO2的特征可预警黄曲霉毒素的污染。
The characteristics of carbon dioxide (CO2) produced by fungi during corn storage were investigated. The results showed that CO2 concentration was elevated at a constant rate in the storage container upon development of xerophilic Aspergillus glaucus. The CO2 gas production rate accelerated upon development of fungi that show rapid growth and/or are toxigenic. For example, the CO2 gas production rate increased by 4.6 times after 10-day storage when A. flavus was the dominant fungus in the corn sample. Furthermore, the effects of the original dominant fungal groups, fungal growth rate, and storage temperature on CO2 gas production were evaluated during corn storage. The results showed that A. flavus could develop and produce aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in corn samples with different original dominant fungi. AFB1 production of the group with A. flavus as the original dominant fungus was three to seven times higher than that of the other experimental groups, and showed an accelerated CO2 production rate. The production of CO2 gas and AFB1 was significantly affected by fungal growth rate and storage temperature, but the CO2 gas production rate increased in all corn samples contaminated with AFB1. Changes in the CO2 gas production rate occurred more than seven days earlier than when AFB1 could first be detected. Therefore, monitoring of the CO2 gas production rate can be used as an early warning of AFB1 contamination during corn storage.
金属盐对清料法腌制皮蛋品质的影响

Abstract: 以鸭蛋为原料,通过比较不同金属盐清料法加工的皮蛋的安全性能和感官性质,研究了金属盐的种类和添加量对皮蛋品质的影响。试验结果表明:分别添加了CuSO4、CuSO4:ZnSO4=1:1和ZnSO4:FeSO4=1:1腌制的皮蛋的感官品质都较好,评分分别为90.60±2.40、89.80±3.20、88.20±2.70;添加了ZnSO4溶液次之,感官评分为85.80±3.80;单独添加FeSO4、MgSO4盐腌制的皮蛋感官品质比较低;添加CuSO4:ZnSO4=1:1的溶液腌制的皮蛋,锌铜的残留量(铜离子4.12±0.11 mg/kg,锌离子8.32±0.19 mg/kg)比显著低于分别添加锌盐(12.96±0.22 mg/kg)和铜盐(铜离子8.55±0.28 mg/kg)的低皮蛋(P<0.05);不同锌盐对皮蛋感官品质的影响有区别,用氧化锌生产的皮蛋锌的残留量(9.27±0.09 mg/kg)和感官评分显著低于其他锌盐腌制的皮蛋,综合考虑,ZnSO4是腌制皮蛋较适合的锌盐;添加CuSO4或CuSO4:ZnSO4=1:1生产的皮蛋,蛋黄的溏心指数较高(0.66、0.57),皮蛋的弹性、硬度、咀嚼度较好,因此,从感官品质和金属的残留量两方面考虑,用CuSO4和ZnSO4混合清料法腌制皮蛋比较好,而单独添加FeSO4生产皮蛋明显不适合。
Using duck eggs as raw material, the effects of the type and amount of added metal salts on the quality of preserved eggs were studied by comparing the safety performance and sensory quality of preserved eggs prepared by the immersion method, using different metal salt solutions. The experimental results showed that good sensory quality was obtained in preserved eggs prepared by the addition of CuSO4, ,CuSO4:ZnSO4 = 1:1, or ZnSO4:FeSO4 = 1:1, with evaluation scores of 90.6 ± 2.4, 89.8 ± 3.2, or 88.2 ± 2.7, respectively. The sensory quality of the preserved egg prepared by the addition of ZnSO4 was slightly lower, with an evaluation score of 85.80 ± 3.80. Low sensory quality was obtained in preserved eggs prepared by the addition of FeSO4 or MgSO4. For the preserved eggs prepared by the addition of CuSO4: ZnSO4 = 1:1, the concentrations of residual zinc and copper ions (Cu2+: 4.12±0.11 mg/kg, Zn2+: 8.32±0.19 mg/kg) were significantly lower than those of preserved eggs prepared by the addition of zinc salt (Zn2+: 12.96 ± 0.22 mg/kg) or copper salt (Cu2+: 8.55 ± 0.28 mg/kg). The impacts of different zinc salts on the sensory quality of the preserved eggs were different. The concentration of residual zinc ions (Zn2+: 9.27 ± 0.09 mg/kg) and sensory evaluation score of preserved eggs prepared by adding zinc oxide were significantly lower than those of preserved eggs prepared by adding other zinc salts. Based on this comprehensive evaluation, ZnSO4 was found to be a suitable zinc salt for the preparation of preserved eggs. For preserved eggs prepared by the addition of CuSO4 or CuSO4:ZnSO4=1:1, the runny-yolk index was high (0.66 or 0.57, respectively), with good elasticity, hardness, and chewiness. Therefore, considering the sensory quality and the level of metal residues, the qualities of preserved eggs prepared by the immersion method, using CuSO4 and ZnSO4 solutions, were relatively good, while the addition of FeSO4 alone was not suitable for the preparation of preserved eggs.

Abstract: A murine new alpha interferon gene (mIFN-αB) was found by primer-based sequencing method in a murine genomic DNA library. The gene was cloned and its sequence was determined. It was expressed inEscherichia coli under the control of the PL promoter which resulted in antiviral activity on mouse L-cells. The sequence of mIFN-αB has been accepted by GENEBANK.

Abstract: 目的确定蛇床子素羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺。方法采用不饱和水溶液-冷冻干燥法制备包合物,以二次正交旋转组合设计法设计羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定包封率。结果确定最佳包合工艺为:羟丙基-β-环糊精与药物比例为4.5∶1,电动搅拌机35℃,恒温水浴搅拌210min,进行包封。结论所确定的制备工艺合理可行,具有良好的开发应用前景。
