For seeking the innovation model and strengthening the innovation ability, the author analyses the reasons and motivations of Union business cooperation innovation, puts forward the choice of innovative model and the key factors impacting developing and coming into being technological capacities in Union business innovating, and takes the four main measures to enhance the ability of cooperation innovation between Union businesses as the main conclusions of this article.

Abstract: 针对具有有机物含量高、成分复杂、碱度大、可生化性差以及色度高等特点的印染废水,本文采用混凝沉淀–水解酸化–好氧工艺进行了中试规模的处理。运行结果表明,中试系统稳定运行120 d,在进水CODcr 1365 mg/L的情况下,厌氧水解池出水CODcr平均值为600 mg/L,平均去除率24%,B/C由0.2提升至0.33~0.63,厌氧水解池提高了废水的可生化性。好氧池出水CODcr平均值为192 mg/L,系统CODcr总去除率平均值为84%,效果显著。TN、TP的出水均值为31.95 mg/L、1.1 mg/L,平均去除率分别为76%、81%。该工艺具有耐冲击负荷,易操作,简单成熟等优点。
Based on high organic content, complex composition, high alkalinity, poor biodegradability, higher chromi-nance of printing and dyeing wastewater, this paper adopted coagulation precipitation-hydrolysis acidification-aerobic process for pilot scale processing. The result of the experiment, which was operated stably for 120 days, showed that the final effluent concentration of anaerobic tank was 600 mg/L with removal efficiency 24% in the flooding water of CODcr 1365 mg/L.B/C was promoted from 0.2 to 0.33 - 0.63, which meant higher biodegradability. The final CODcr effluent concentration of aerobic pond was 192 mg/L. The total CODcr removal efficiency was 84% that had a signifi-cant effect. The final effluent concentration of TN, TP was 31.95 mg/L, 1.1 mg/L, the average removal rate was 76% and 81% respectively. This technology has advantages of impact resistance, easy operation, simple mature etc.

Abstract: 管理科学知识呈现“管理理论丛林”之势后,面对浩瀚如烟的管理知识,人们在应用这些知识时经常是无所适从和无法选择,因此就产生了相应的“丛林迷失效应”,管理的理论与管理实践需求之间的隔阂愈来愈深、渐行渐远。本文从管理知识的研制与管理活动的实际需求两方面切入,对此现象进行系统分析,再结合我们二十多年来在管理设计研究与实践方面所做的工作,试图从设计科学的视角探索跨跃这一隔阂的解决途径,以期能对构建管理设计的理论知识体系做些贡献。
After the scientific knowledge of management has become “the management theory jungle”, peo-ple who benefit from management knowledge will meet a “lost jungle effect.” In the face of more and more management knowledge, people sometimes feel confused and unable to choose. In practice, the gap between the theory and the practice of management occurred more and more deeply and the two sides are drifting fur-ther and further apart. This article probes into the causes of this phenomenon from both sides of management knowledge research and practical demand of management activity, whereby on the basis of this analysis using the concept of “design science” attempts to explore the solution which can leap the barrier. We hope to ex-plore the issues on the design problems of “management engineering”.

Abstract: 针对后六采区瓦斯重点区掘进工作面局部通风机出现的停风事故,研究应用了断电声光信号报警装置、瓦斯监测系统采用可靠的双电源及对供局部通风机的馈电开关进行改造等多种安全有效的措施,提高了供电的可靠性,防止因瓦斯超限而造成的事故,确保矿井的安全生产。
铁电陶瓷微观电畴的成核率模型

Abstract: 大量的实验已经证实电畴翻转是铁电材料非线性和迟滞性本构曲线的根本原因。研究者已经对铁电陶瓷的微观电畴翻转行为进行了大量详细的研究。针对描述电畴成核的物理实验结果和经典的成核率实验数据,为了建立电畴翻转体积分数的演化方程提出了反应微观电畴翻转的成核率模型。针对铁电试样电畴随机分布的情况,应用该模型对铁电陶瓷的非线性本构行为进行了研究。理论结果与实验数据的比较表明,模型能较好的描述铁电材料的非线性本构行为。同时模型所揭示的微观反转的物理本质可进一步的指导宏观唯象模型的改进。
辣椒多态性EST?SSR标记开发及连锁图谱构建?

Abstract: 采用SSR检索程序,从辣椒 221 037条unigenes中筛选到17 319个SSR位点,设计了10 468对引物,并对其进行E?PCR多态性检测。结果表明,1 538对引物具有多态性,其中554条辣椒EST序列能匹配到番茄基因组上,构成了12条辣椒EST?SSR连锁群,平均每条连锁群含45.75个EST?SSR。对匹配到番茄基因组上的EST?SSR进行GO(gene ontology)分类,结果有481条EST序列被分类,其中以初生代谢、细胞代谢、生物合成过程为主,分别占34.13%、28.35%、25.82%。在KEGG map中,91条EST序列共涉及到76条代谢途径(KEGG),约67条序列参与新陈代谢途径,32条序列参与次生代谢产物合成途径。

Abstract: ?【】??目的??观察印迹基因胰岛素样生长因子(igf)2在小鼠胚胎干细胞定向诱导分化为胰岛样细胞过程中的表达情况。??方法???体外诱导胚胎干细胞向胰岛样细胞分化,逆转录-pcr(rt-pcr)和细胞免疫荧光检测胰岛细胞标志基因表达;聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(pcr-rflp)检测印迹基因igf2在诱导分化前后细胞中的亲本表达情况。??结果??诱导分化终末细胞能表达胰岛素、胰高糖素及c肽等胰岛细胞特异性标志物,pcrrflp检测分析显示,体外诱导分化的细胞的印迹基因igf2呈双等位基因表达,印迹丢失。??结论??体外诱导培养可导致胚胎干细胞印迹基因igf2表达的改变。
一次强对流天气过程的诊断分析和数值模拟

Abstract: 利用常规资料和wrf模拟结果分析了2007年4月17日发生在广州白云机场附近的强对流天气过程。结果表明,此次天气过程发生于高低层系统有利配置、南海季风涌活跃和低空急流等低层系统加强使得华南地区具备充足水汽和不稳定条件的环境中。热力作用、地形和锋面的抬升作用促使冰雹和飑线等强对流天气生成和发展。数值模式输出的局地强降水和雷达强度回波等产品对保障航空安全有很好的指示作用。
