联萘酚衍生C3对称的手性配体的合成及其在诱导二乙基锌与芳基醛的不对称加成反应中的应用

Abstract: 合成了一种新型可重复使用的含手性联萘酚的C3对称树状小分子配体(L1),并将L1用于诱导二乙基锌和芳基醛的不对称加成反应. 获得的二级醇最高的对映选则性为91% ee,产物最高收率达99%. 反应完成后,只需经过简单的萃取和洗涤过程就可实现对配体L1高回收率的回收. 配体L1重复使用5次其催化活性和对映选择性没有明显变化.

Abstract: 通过自由基聚合合成了聚[(S)-3-(4-乙烯基苄氧基)-2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘](poly-5a),并将其应用于芳基醛和二乙基锌的不对称加成反应中.产物具有较好的对映选择性,ee值最高可达89%.Poly-5a可以被回收重复使用,且催化活性没有明显变化.

Abstract: 随着深水油气资源勘探开发的快速增长,深海高分辨率三维地震资料精细处理和深度处理技术越来越成熟。本文对三维地震勘探技术在南海资源勘探开发中的应用进行了总结,从海底资源勘探开发、水深地形地貌反演、深水地质灾害识别评估三个方面进行了论述,并提出了目前研究工作中尚未解决的问题及未来的发展方向和研究重点。对促进和丰富我国深海三维地震资料的深度处理与应用,深入研究和认识深海沉积与工程环境具有重要意义。
High resolution 3D seismic data of deep sea was becoming more mature with the rapid develop-ment of oil and gas exploration. In this paper, we systematically analyzed and discussed the present research concerning application progress of 3D seismic exploration technology in the South China Sea on exploration and development of marine resources, inversion of deep water depth, and identification and assessment of geological hazard in deep water. Otherwise, we put forward the unsolved problems presently, the research direction and emphasis in future. This work was instructive to promoting and enriching the deep processing and application of 3D seismic data in deep sea, and has great value of further studying and understanding sediment and engineering environment in deep sea.

Abstract: 以1999年国家荒漠化监测数据为基准,采用灾害经济评价方法,20世纪末我国沙漠化造成的直接经济损失每年约为1281.41亿元。其中,土地沙漠化造成资源损失955.71亿元,占总损失的74.58%;对农牧业生产造成损失266.99亿元,占总损失的20.84%。研究表明,全国每年因土地沙漠化所造成的经济损失占当年全国GDP的1.41%,占我国土地沙漠化土地主要分布省区(内蒙古、甘肃、新疆、青海、宁夏、陕西)当年GDP的23.64%,相当于上述五省区1999年财政收入的3.60倍

Abstract: 利用野外光谱仪,通过垂直水面和倾斜测量两种测量方法得到太湖9个月份的水体波谱信息,分别对这两种不同的测量方法,利用和其对应的数据处理手段和数据分析方法进行了数据精度的分析,并和常规水质取样结果结合,进一步得到比较理想的水体叶绿素与高光谱遥感的相关关系模型,并对模型精度进行了分析。结果表明,两种测量方法所得数据的质量相差不大,基于二者所测数据进行的模型分析,均达到较高的精度。
“借身人”信仰:神启现象的社会学分析

Abstract: 自古以来,基于神启现象的民间信仰在中国基层广泛存在,但在理论意义上,却通常被中国宗教研究者所忽视。而且,吊诡的是,诸多西方主流宗教都源自神启,宗教市场理论也对其进行了社会科学的分析。这为跨文化信仰比较提供了新的研究视角。为了充分说明神启现象的理论意义,本文将首先引入宗教市场理论对神启现象的具体分析,辨析与指明既有理论中的隐含假设及其可能的拓展方向。并通过展示“借身人”信仰的微型民族志,从信仰的发生学与动力学等方面,详细呈现不同于西方神启现象的信仰逻辑。最后,在排他性与包容性的比较视野下试图讨论两类信仰的差异,并进一步拓展既有的宗教理论。
The faiths based on divine revelations have been existing in folk society in China for a long time, which were still being neglected in Chinese religious researches in term of religious theories. Moreover, majority of mainstream western religions originated in divine revelations, on which Religious Market Theory has made a sociological analysis. It provides us a theoretical foundation to make a further comparison between the logic of faith in western culture and in Asian culture. In order to illuminate the theoretical significance of divine revelations in Chinese folk society, the analysis on divine revelations by Religious Market Theory will be introduced in detail and its implicit hypothesis as well as further possible directions will be designated clearly. Then, an ethnographic study on the faith of Jieshenren will be presented to point out the genetic and dynamic process of divine revelation separated from ones in the western. Finally, A new logic of faith based on divine revelations will be given to extend the related existing theory.

Abstract:
碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)转录因子在真核生物的生长发育相关的基因表达调控过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文根据现有非洲爪蟾基因组数据,利用生物信息学方法初步鉴定爪蟾的bHLH基因,收集了其结构、家族分类和GO功能富集等信息,进行了初步分析。结果,在非洲爪蟾基因组数据库中共发现98个bHLH转录因子,它们可以分别归到6大组(A-F)的32个亚家族中。通过基因本体论(GO)的富集分布统计发现有42个显著富集分布的GO注释语句,其中转录调控活性(GO:0030528)、转录调控(GO:0045449)、DNA结合(GO:0003677)、转录(GO:0006350)和DNA依赖的转录调控(GO:0006355)等出现的频率很高,表明这些GO术语是爪蟾bHLH基因的共同功能;此外,许多爪蟾bHLH基因在一些重要的发育或生理过程(如肌肉器官和眼的发育)中发挥着重要的调控作用。这些研究结果将有助于进一步的研究。
The basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors play essential roles in the regulation of eukaryotic growth and development and gene transcription. In this study, we conducted a genome-wide survey using the Xenopus Laevis ongoing genome project databases, and identified 98 bHLH sequences in Xenopus Laevis genome. Phylogenetic analyses revealed those bHLH genes belong to 32 families in the super-groups (A-F) in this research. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment statistics showed 42 significant GO annotations counted in frequency. Statistical analysis of the Gene Ontology annotations showed that these 98 bHLH proteins tend to be related to transcription regulator activity (GO:0030528), regulation of transcription (GO:0045449), DNA binding (GO:0003677), transcription (GO:0006350), DNA-dependent regulation of transcription (GO:0006355), expected from the common GO categories of transcriptional factors. A number of bHLH genes play regulation significant role in special development or physiology processes, such as muscle organ development and eye development. This preliminary study provides useful information for further researches on Xenopus Laevis.
