宁夏露地无籽西瓜新品种比较研究

Abstract: 以引进的15个无籽西瓜新品种为试材,综合比较了各品种的田间植物学性状和果实性状,以筛选适合宁夏露地栽培的无籽西瓜优新品种。结果表明“雪峰黑牛”、“中农无籽2号”、“津蜜8号”、“隆发无籽”、“黑宝公”、“郑抗无籽1号”、“郑抗无籽10号”、“黄玫瑰无籽”、“绿野无籽”9个品种适合在宁夏露地种植。?

Abstract: 给出一种带有参数的有理三次三角Hermite插值样条,具有标准三次Hermite插值样条相似的性质.利用参数的不同取值不但可以调控插值曲线的形状,而且比标准三次Hermite插值样条更好地逼近被插曲线.此外,选择合适的控制点,该种插值样条可以精确表示星形线和四叶玫瑰线等超越曲线.

Abstract: ‘宁农科3号’西瓜是以自交系m621-4为母本,自交系f417-9为父本配制成的一代杂种。果实椭圆形,果皮墨绿色,覆蜡粉,果肉红色,中心糖11%,中边糖梯度小,口感风味俱佳,果皮硬度高,耐贮运。平均单瓜质量7.5kg。植株生长势强,抗病性强,抗逆性强,坐果性好,果实发育期34d左右。适宜于北方露地种植,特别适合在宁夏和甘肃压砂地种植。

Abstract: 以宁夏压砂地主栽西瓜品种“宁农科1号”和“金城5号”为试材,测定分析了其坐果期植株的净光合速率(Pn)及其影响因子空气温度和叶温、光合有效辐射(PAR)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO?2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)的日变化规律,并对成熟后果实进行了品质测定。结果表明“金城5号”的光合速率日变化为双峰型曲线,呈现出光合“午睡”现象;“宁农科1号”则为单峰型曲线;果实品质在总糖含量上“宁农科1号”显著高于“金城5号”。
网纹甜瓜新品种比较试验

Abstract: 以引进宁夏地区的9个网纹甜瓜新品种为试材,进行品种比较试验,以丰富宁夏露地甜瓜栽培品种,逐步实现主栽品种更新换代。结果表明“网络时代3号”、“西州密17号”、“甬甜5号”、“网络时代2号”、“海蜜5号”、“西州密25号”、“甘甜玉露”综合表现好,适合宁夏露地生产。
考虑车-桥耦合振动及桥面平整度退化影响的拱桥吊杆疲劳分析

Abstract: 现有拱桥吊杆疲劳分析中,较少考虑车-桥耦合振动及考虑桥面平整度退化的影响,致使分析成果具有一定的局限性.根据在役桥面平整度等级国际通用评价体系,模拟了运营阶段桥面平整度退化历程.结合已编制随机车流-桥梁耦合振动分析程序,建立了可考虑车-桥耦合振动及考虑桥面退化等因素的拱桥吊杆疲劳分析模型.以某拱桥为工程背景,对比研究了不同因素作用下拱桥典型吊杆的疲劳损伤及疲劳寿命.结果表明,车-桥耦合振动及桥面平整度退化因素对拱桥吊杆疲劳影响较大,在考虑车-桥耦合及桥面平整度退化共同影响下,计算得到的吊杆疲劳寿命值比不考虑两者影响所得值少15~30年.研究成果对桥梁结构正常使用状态评估有一定的工程应用价值.
The existing studies on the fatigue analysis for suspender of arch bridges have been found with limited consideration of the vehicle-bridge coupled vibration and road surface progressive deterioration,and those previous studies cannot reflect the actual fatigue property of the suspender.Based on the international general evaluation system of pavement roughness,a model of road surface progressive deterioration of each operation stage was established.A new model of fatigue analysis was then established by considering the effects of random traffic load model and road surface progressive deterioration.An arch bridge was taken as an example,and the differences of the fatigue performance analysis results for the typical suspender were analyzed and compared by the two situations with or without consideration of the conditions of the bridge deterioration and vehicle-bridge coupled vibration.Compared with the existing numerical method,the analysis results obtained by the proposed method show that the effects of vehicle-bridge couple vibration and road surface progressive deterioration on the suspender fatigue are significant,and the suspender fatigue value obtained by considering the above two factors can be improved by 15 years to 30 years.Therefore,the numerical results are significant for the maintenance of existing arch bridges.
随机车流作用下大跨度悬索桥振动分析

Abstract: 引入元胞自动机随机车流模拟方法,采用已建立的能考虑车辆空间振动的18个自由度整车模型模拟车流中重型车辆,利用单自由度车辆模型模拟车流中其他车型,模拟了能考虑邻近车辆对车流的影响桥上随机车流模型.通过车轮与桥面间的变形与接触力协调关系,建立了桥梁与车流耦合作用下运动方程.分析表明:车流中相邻车辆是否考虑对桥梁振动位移的影响较大,且随机车流作用下引起的悬索桥主梁及索塔的空间振动不能被忽视.
A cellular Automaton (CA) model was introduced to simulate stochastic traffic, an 18 degrees-of-freedoms (DOFs) vehicle model was used to simulate a heavy truck, and a single DOF vehicle model was used to simulate other typed vehicles in traffic. The simulating stochastic traffic can be improved by considering the influence of the nearest neighbor vehicle. The coupled equations of bridge and vehicles in traffic flows were established by combining the equations of the motion of both the bridge and vehicles using the displacement relationship and interaction force relationship. The simulations show that the effect of considering the nearest neighbor vehicles on the maximal vertical displacement of bridge is significant, and the dynamic vibration of the main beam and tower under stochastic traffic flows cannot be neglected.

Analysis of Combining Ability and Heritability for Main Traits of 8 Parents in Watermelon

Abstract: 选用4个西瓜品种(‘西农八号’‘花籽京欣’‘新红宝’和‘郑杂五号’)8个亲本,采用不完全双列杂交设计,配制16个杂交组合,对16个杂交组合的8个主要性状进行配合力和遗传力估算与分析。结果表明:配制杂交组合对农艺性状的改变有极显著作用;主蔓长度、果形指数及果实发育期的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力较大,育种中适合早期进行选择。‘西农八号’母本在单果质量、中心可溶性固形物含量和边部可溶性固形物含量3个性状的一般配合力效应值最高,是一个一般配合力高的亲本。根据一般配合力相对效应值大小对亲本优劣进行排序,8个亲本优劣排序为‘西农八号’母本>‘郑杂五号’母本=‘新红宝’父本>‘西农八号’父本>‘花籽京欣’父本>‘新红宝’母本>‘郑杂五号’父本>‘花籽京欣’母本。
16 combinations crossed by 8 parents of 4 varieties(‘Xinong No.8’‘Huazijingxin’‘Xinhongbao’‘Zhengza No.5’) were selected to analyze the combining ability and heritability of 8 main agronomy traits. The results showed that the hybrid combination had extremely significant effect on the change of the agronomy traits. The heritability of 3 traits (main vine length, fruit ratio, fruit growth period) were great, and it was suitable for early selection in breeding. The general combining ability in mass per fruit, soluble solid content at center flesh and soluble solid content near rind flesh of female parent of ‘Xinong No.8’ were the best. The general combining ability sequence of parents was female parent of ‘Xinong No.8’>female parent of ‘Zhengza No.5’=male parent of ‘Xinhongbao’>male parent of ‘Xinong No.8’>male parent of ‘Huazijingxin’>female parent of ‘Xinhongbao’>male parent of ‘Zhengza No.5’>female parent of ‘Huazijingxin’.
