一种新型的Turbo码交织器的设计

Abstract: 设计了一种新的不等行列交叉循环交织器,该交织器能够克服分组交织器消除相关性不彻底的缺陷,同时也能很好地解决随机交织器重置低重量输入序列效果不明显的问题.仿真结果显示:将新型交织器用于Turbo码无线图像传输系统,可以获得更好的重建图像质量,表明新型交织器具有比分组和随机交织器更好的性能.

Abstract:
在水温为20℃ ± 0.5℃条件下,丁香油对匙吻鲟幼鱼的麻醉作用。根据鱼体在最终麻醉状态和复苏过程中的行为特征,把麻醉程度分为6个时期,复苏过程分为4个时期。随着丁香油浓度的增加,鱼体在轻度镇静期时,呼吸频率略微增加,在2期时的呼吸频率和初始呼吸频率相差不多,到4期时呼吸频率才明显下降。丁香酚麻醉匙吻鲟幼鱼的有效浓度为37.83~44.83 mg/L。结果提示,丁香油在用于匙吻鲟的人工操作时,应准确掌好麻醉剂量和麻醉时间,避免麻醉过度造成损失。
This article presents the studies on the anaesthetic effect of clove oil on juveniles Polyodon spathuln at 20℃ ± 0.5℃. According to the behavior characteristic of the fish in the final anaesthetic stage and the recovery process, the anaesthetic degrees could be divided into six stages, and the recovery process could be divided into four stages. The breath frequency of the fish slightly increased when the fish was in the stage 1. The breath frequency of the fish of stage 2 was similar to initial group, and declined until in the stage 4. The effective concentrations of clove oil on juvenile Polyodon spathuln were 37.83 - 44.83 mg/L. The results indicated that when clove oil was used for Polyodon spathuln in the process of manual breeding, it was necessary to control the dose and anaesthesia time of eugenol to reduce the death rate.

Abstract: 本文为研究 Snail1 基因对喉鳞癌细胞株 Hep-2 紧密连接蛋白表达及迁移能力的影响,将含有 Snail1 基因的短发夹 RNA(Sh-RNA)的质粒转染喉鳞癌细胞株 Hep-2,培养出可稳定传代的 Snail1 基因沉默的细胞(命名为 Sh-snail1 细胞)。课题组以蛋白免疫印迹技术检测紧密连接蛋白 ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-5 的表达是否发生变化。然后设计伤口愈合实验检测其迁移能力,再以蛋白免疫印迹技术检测与细胞迁移能力密切相关的 RhoGTP 酶家族重要成员 RhoA、Cdc42 蛋白的表达变化。结果表明,Sh-snail1 细胞紧密连接关键蛋白 ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-5 表达明显上调,迁移能力明显减弱,且 RhoA、Cdc42 蛋白表达下调。该研究表明,喉鳞癌 Hep-2 细胞通过下调 Snail1 基因的表达使细胞间连接更加紧密,同时抑制 Hep-2 细胞的迁移能力,下调 RhoA、Cdc42 蛋白的表达。本文研究结果证实,Snail1 基因与 Hep-2 细胞转移过程中的细胞间紧密连接打开以及细胞迁移能力增强密切相关,为靶向治疗喉鳞癌提供分子机制的研究依据。
To investigate the effects of Snail1 gene silence on the expression of tight junction proteins and the migration ability of Hep-2 cells, Hep-2 cells were transfected with plasmids which is containing the shRNA of Snail1 gene, and cultured till the cells could be passaged stably (named Sh-snail1 cells). The expression of tight junction proteins (ZO-1, Occludin, Claudin-5) were detected by Western blot. The migration ability of Sh-snail1 cells was investigated by wound healing assay, and the protein expression of members of RhoGTPase family (RhoA, Cdc42) was detected by Western blot, which is closely related to the migration ability. Our results showed that the expression of tight junction proteins (ZO-1, Occludin, Claudin-5) was significantly increased; the migration ability of Sh-snail1 cell was inhibited; the expression of RhoA and Cdc42 was downregulated. All of these indicated that silencing the gene of Snail1 in Hep-2 cells can up-regulate the expression of tight junction proteins and down regulate the expression of Cdc42 and RhoA, and further inhibit the migration of Hep-2 cells. Furthermore, opening of the tight junctions between cells and the stronger migration ability of cancer cells are important processes in cancer metastasis. It is confirmed that the Snail1 gene is closely related to the two processes, providing an experimental basis for targeted therapy of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
半夏人工种茎质量标准的研究

Abstract: 目的:制定半夏人工种茎的质量分级标准。方法:对组培快繁获得的成熟半夏人工种茎进行百粒重、含水量、发芽率、生活力、单粒径、净度等指标的测定和外观形态的观察,使用SPSS统计软件,分析出划分人工种茎等级的主要指标和参考指标,并制定半夏人工种茎质量分级标准。结果:生活力和发芽率是半夏人工种茎质量分级标准的主要指标,百粒重和直径大小是质量分级标准的重要参考指标。结论:1级半夏人工种茎的百粒重不低于10g,含水量70%~80%,发芽率不低于80%,生活力不低于85%,单粒径不低于0.7cm,净度不低于80%;2级人工种茎百粒重8~10g,含水量70%~80%,发芽率60%~80%,生活力70%~85%,单粒径0.3~0.7cm,净度75%~80%;含水量70%~80%且其他指标达不到2级人工种茎标准的为3级人工种茎。

Abstract: 本文介绍合成二硫代二安替吡啉甲烷(ДТПМ)的方法试验,在质量(熔点274℃,文献为255℃和237℃)和产量上超过文献报导[1-3],简化了合成步骤。本文着重探讨该试剂与铋显色时的条件,克分子吸收系数为1.0×104,灵敏度比硫脲法高一倍多。络合物稳定24小时,温度在8-40℃吸光度不变,试验了29种离子对铋的影响,按文献[1]在0.2-2N硫酸中显色,铁、锡、铅、砷、锑、钼、铜等干扰严重、须作繁琐的分离。
mitok(atp)介导硫化氢预处理延迟相的心肌保护效应

Abstract: ?目的:研究mitok(atp)激活在硫化氢预处理延迟相对大鼠心肌细胞的保护效应。方法:将32只健康成年雄性sd大鼠随机分成假手术组(sham组)、缺血再灌注组(ir组)、硫化氢预处理组(hs组)和5-hd+硫化氢预处理组(hd组),每组8只。sham组仅分离左冠前降支,不阻断血流150min,ir组阻断左冠前降支30min,再灌注120min,hs组静脉注射硫化氢供体nahs50μg/kg,24h后同ir组处理,hd组阻断前15min静脉注射5-hd(5-hydroxydecanoate)5mg/kg,其它同hs组处理。检测心肌缺血面积和梗死面积;电镜下观察心肌细胞超微结构。结果:hs组心肌梗死面积百分比和心肌细胞超微结构损伤低于ir组和hd组(p<0.05),hd组与ir组相比差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);结论:硫化氢预处理延迟相可保护缺血再灌注损伤的心肌,线粒体atp敏感性钾通道[mitok(atp)]介导了硫化氢预处理延迟相的心肌保护通路。

Abstract: 目的 探究流体剪切力(fluid shear stress, FSS)对喉鳞癌Hep2细胞发生上皮-间充质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transition,EMT)的影响。方法 对Hep2细胞加载140 mPa的FSS,观察不同时间点细胞的形态学变化;划痕实验检测力学加载后Hep2细胞迁移能力的变化;共聚焦显微镜下观察细胞骨架蛋白F-actin的分布;Western blotting检测EMT相关蛋白的表达。结果 FSS力学加载后,Hep2细胞形态由多边形向梭形转变,撤销FSS后,细胞恢复初始的多边形;Hep2细胞迁移能力的增加依赖于FSS加载时间。FSS促使细胞骨架蛋白F-actin重排,从而增强Hep2细胞的迁移行为。FSS使Hep2细胞EMT标志蛋白发生了时序性变化。结论 FSS是诱导Hep2细胞发生EMT的一个重要物理因素。
Objective To examine the effects of fluid shear stress (FSS) on epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in Hep2 cells. Methods Hep2 cells were exposed to 140 mPa FSS. The morphologic changes of Hep2 cells exposed to FSS at different durations were observed using inverted microscope. The migration ability of Hep2 cells after FSS loading was investigated using scratch wound assay. The distribution and expression of cytoskeleton protein F-actin were examined by confocal microscope. The expression of the EMT marker proteins were detected by Western blotting. Results Most of Hep2 cells changed their morphology from polygon to elongated spindle with well-organized F-actin under FSS. After removing FSS, Hep2 cells recovered their initial morphology with flat polygon. FSS regulated Hep2 cells to enhance their migration capacity in a time-dependent manner. FSS promoted the rearrangement of cytoskeletal protein F-actin,which enhanced the migration behavior of Hep2 cells. In addition, FSS induced a time regularity of expression of the EMT marker proteins in Hep2 cells. Conclusions FSS as an important physical factor can induce EMT in Hep2 cells.
高效液相色谱(hplc)法分析大米红曲中的桔霉素

Abstract: ?本文探讨了大米红曲色素中桔霉素的高效液相色谱检测方法,并研究了影响红曲中桔霉素含量的一些因素。结果表明:红曲色素经预处理后以2%冰醋酸水和甲醇为流动相(2%冰醋酸水:甲醇=70:30)时,桔霉素能很好地与其他红曲色素成分分开;选育得到的15株红曲菌种中,11号和14号菌株产生的红曲色素中没有检测到桔霉素;液体发酵产物中桔霉素含量显著低于固体发酵法;干燥方法对桔霉素含量有一定的影响,但没有达到显著性差异。

Abstract: 为研究流体剪切力对喉鳞癌细胞(Hep2)紧密连接的影响, 对Hep2细胞施加1.4 dyn/cm2的流体剪切力, 倒置显微镜观察不同时间点细胞的形态学变化; 透射电镜(TEM)观察剪切力加载和松弛后细胞胞间紧密连接的变化规律; Western blot检测紧密连接蛋白(Occludin、Claudin-5和ZO-1)的表达; 共聚焦显微镜下观察Claudin-5分布及表达情况。结果表明, 在流体剪切力作用下, 细胞形态由多边形呈梭形变化, 撤销力学刺激后, 细胞呈向初始形态恢复的趋势; 透射电镜观察随剪切力加载时间的增加, 细胞间连接更为紧密; Western blot结果显示剪切力诱导紧密连接蛋白Occludin、Claudin-5和ZO-1的表达增加, 而撤销剪切力后, 其表达均呈现出显著下调; 免疫荧光结果表明Claudin-5表达趋势与Western blot结果一致, 静态时Claudin-5均匀分布在胞浆, 加载剪切力后其分布易位于胞间, 撤销力学刺激后, 在胞间和胞浆区域仍有Claudin-5的表达。因此, 剪切力可改变Hep2细胞形态, 并且通过上调Occludin、Claudin-5和ZO-1蛋白增加细胞间的紧密连接。
This paper is aimed to investigate the effect of fluid shear stress on the tight junction of laryngeal squamous carcinoma (Hep2) cells and to explore the potential molecular mechanism. Hep2 cells were selected and subjected to the fluid shear stress of 1.4 dyn/cm2 for different time, respectively. The morphological changes of Hep2 cells under shear stress were observed using inverted microscope. The cell-cell junctions were examined by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The expressions of tight junction proteins (including Occludin, Claudin-5 and ZO-1) and the distribution of Claudin-5 were examined by Western blot assay and laser scanning confocal microscope, respectively. The results indicated that Hep2 cells turned to spindle-like shapes after exposed to shear stress, and showed the trend of the recovering to original shapes when the shear stress was cancelled. The cell-cell junctions were tight under the shear flow condition, and the permeability was reduced under the condition of 1.4 dyn/cm2 shear flow. The expressions of tight junction proteins were enhanced with increased duration of shear flow, but reduced after removing shear flow. The result of Claudin-5 expression by immufluorescence assay was consistent with that by Western blot. The Claudin-5 mainly distributed in the cytoplasm under static condition, while it located at the intercellular after shear flow stimulation, and it appeared intercellular and cytoplasm after stopping shear flow stimulation. Therefore, it can be concluded that shear stress changes the morphology of laryngeal squamous carcinoma Hep2 cells, and upregulates the tight junction.
加工条件对bsa-glucose模拟体系中晚期糖基化末端产物形成的影响

Abstract: ?建立牛血清白蛋白-葡萄糖(bsa-glucose)热加工模拟体系,用荧光光谱法测定激发光谱/发射光谱(λex/λem)=370nm/440nm荧光值,研究加热温度、加热时间、初始ph值、蛋白质浓度、抗氧化剂对晚期糖基化末端产物(advancedglycationendproducts,ages)形成的影响。结果表明:随着加热温度升高和加工时间延长,ages含量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,分别在100℃、60min时达到最大值;初始ph值对ages形成具有重要影响,ph7.0时产生ages最多,碱性条件次之,酸性条件最少;茶多酚、迷迭香酸、甘草黄酮对ages的生成具有显著的抑制作用;金属离子中fe3+、fe2+、al3+、zn2+和ca2+对ages的形成无显著影响。因此,加工条件如加热时间、加工温度及初始ph值对bsa-glucose模拟体系中ages的形成具有重要影响,且食品级天然抗氧化剂茶多酚、迷迭香酸和甘草黄酮可抑制ages形成,金属离子对ages形成无影响。
