Abstract:

词汇意义主要包括理性意义、语法意义和色彩意义。掌握词汇的色彩意义对于外国学生正确使用汉语词汇意义重大。本研究主要考查了汉语第二语言学习者掌握词语色彩意义的心理机制,分别从第二语言学习理论和认知理论的角度考查学生掌握词语色彩意义的心理特征,建立了色彩意义学习的认知图式,并提出了相应的学习模式和教学策略。

Vocabulary Teaching is an important part of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. Lexical meaning includes three parts, rational meaning, grammatical meaning, and coloring meaning. At present, the research of teaching coloring meaning is a vacancy. This article studies the mechanism of mastering coloring meaning. We also study the psychological features of students when they study coloring meaning from Second Language Acquisition Theory angle and cognitive perspective. 


短时路段行程时间分布预测方法研究

Abstract: :?为有效利用历史路段行程时间数据,提高短时路段行程时间分布估计精度,提出了一种自适应数据融合方法。通过分析历史行程时间数据与实时行程时间数据间的关系,构建了二者间的映射模型,有效地将非精确对应下的数据区间映射为精确对应状态,并根据所建非线性模型得到预测数据分布,极大地提高了行程时间分布的预测精度。考虑时间延迟等因素,采用DYNASMART仿真软件对所提出的方法进行了模拟验证。结果表明:随着采集步长的增加,应用自适应数据融合方法得到的短时行程时间预测分布与随时间变化的实际行程时间分布状态保持一致,这有效保障了数据预测的质量,为智能交通管控策略的制定提供可靠的依据。
高强度玻璃纤维舌侧固定保持器的应用研究

Abstract: 目的探讨高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂的力学性能及其在临床应用中对牙周状况的影响。方法将结束正畸治疗的60例患者随机分为玻璃纤维组和麻花丝组,分别采用高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂及不锈钢麻花丝制作舌侧固定保持器进行保持,在粘接后即刻、6、12个月对患者的牙龈出血指数和牙周探针深度进行检测,并对高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂和不锈钢麻花丝的弹性模量和最大抗剪切力进行检测。结果玻璃纤维组和麻花丝组在粘接6、12个月时的牙龈出血指数高于粘接即刻,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而牙周探诊深度间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);粘接即刻、6、12个月时,玻璃纤维组和麻花丝组间的牙周探诊深度、牙龈出血指数间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。力学性能检测发现,高强度玻璃纤维试件的最大抗剪切力和弹性模量均低于麻花丝试件(P<0.001)。结论在利用高强度玻璃复合树脂临床便捷性的同时,必须注意其对口腔卫生造成的影响,并适当改进粘接方式,增强其抗剪切强度,以更好地满足临床需要。
QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定发酵黑茶中的10种真菌毒素

Abstract: 建立了云南普洱茶、湖南黑茶、广西六堡茶和湖北老青茶等发酵黑茶黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFB2)、黄曲霉毒素G1(AFG1)、黄曲霉毒素G2(AFG2)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)、3-乙酰基脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(3-AcDON)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、T-2毒素(T-2)、HT-2毒素(HT-2)、赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)等10种真菌毒素的简单、快速、高灵敏度超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品采用乙腈/水溶液(84+16)提取试样、QuEChERS净化,试样以C18柱分离,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定量与定性分析,采用外标法定量。结果表明,在优化的条件下,10种真菌毒素在各自的线性响应范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均不小于0.9995,定量限(LOQ)为0.1~10 μg/kg,在三个不同加标水平下平均回收率为61.9%~120.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%~16.1%。采用建立的方法对市面上销售的黑茶中的10种真菌毒素进行了筛查,数批产品检出真菌毒素。该方法简单、准确、可靠,可适用于发酵黑茶中多种真菌毒素的快速分析。
A method was established for the determination of ten mycotoxins (aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), aflatoxin B2 (AFB2), aflatoxin G1 (AFG1), aflatoxin G2 (AFG2), deoxynivalenol (DON), 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol (3-AcDON), zearalenone (ZEN), T-2 mycotoxin (T-2), HT-2 toxin (HT-2), and ochratoxin A (OTA)) in fermented dark tea (Pu'er tea, Hunan dark tea, Guangxi Liupu tea, and Hubei old green tea) using (QuEChERS) ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water (84:16, V/V), and the extracted solutions were purified using the QuEChERS approach. The mycotoxins were then separated on an Agilent Zorbax Rrhd SB-C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm) using (0.1% formic acid-5 mM ammonium acetate-water)/methanol as the mobile phase and detected by MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The mass spectrometry measurement was conducted using positive (ESI+) and negative (ESI-) electrospray ionization with an external standard. The results showed that ten mycotoxins had a good linear relationship within their own linear response ranges, with correlation coefficients (r) all >0.9995. The limits of quantitation (LOQ) (S/N≥10) were 0.1~1.0 μg/kg, and the average recoveries at three spike levels of ten mycotoxins ranged from 61.9% to 120.3%, with a relative standard deviation (RSD, n=3) of 3.2%~16.1%. This newly developed method was successfully applied for the assessment of 61 commercial black tea samples, and mycotoxins were detected in several batches of samples. Based on these results, the developed method is reliable, simple, and accurate, and is suitable for the rapid analysis of multiple mycotoxin contaminants in fermented dark tea.
发酵茶中多种真菌毒素超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法的测定

Abstract: 采用乙腈/水溶液(84+16)提取试样、MycoSpin 400多功能柱净化,建立了发酵茶(普洱茶、湖南黑茶和红茶)中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFB2)、黄曲霉毒素G1(AFG1)、黄曲霉毒素G2(AFG2、赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)五种真菌毒素的简单、快速超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。试样以Agilent Zorbax Rrhd SB-C18柱分离,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定量与定性分析,外标法定量。结果表明,在优化的条件下,五种真菌毒素在各自的线性响应范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)不低于0.9983,定量限(LOQ)为0.1~0.5 μg/kg,低、中、高3个加标水平的平均回收率(n=3)为63.5%~125.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.9%~17.2%。该方法前处理简单、检测速度快、净化效果好、结果准确、可靠,适合发酵茶中多种真菌毒素的快速检测。
A method for the determination of five mycotoxins in fermented Pu'er tea, and Hunan dark tea and black tea samples was established. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was used to identify aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), aflatoxin B2 (AFB2), aflatoxin G1 (AFG1), aflatoxin G2 (AFG2), and ochratoxin A (OTA) under the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Tea samples were extracted with an acetonitrile/water solution (84 / 16), and purified using a MycoSpin 400 multifunctional clean-up column. Samples were separated on an Agilent Zorbax Rrhd SB-C18 column (2.1 mm ? 100 mm, 1.8 μm), and qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed using MRM mode. Quantitation was conducted using the external standard method. The results indicated that, under the optimal conditions, five mycotoxins showed a good linear relationship within their own linear response range, with correlation coefficients (r) more than 0.9983, and limits of quantification (LOQ) ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 μg / kg. The recovery of the five mycotoxins at low, medium, and high spiking levels ranged from 63.5% to 125.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=3) values were between 3.9% and 17.2%. This method has a simple pretreatment, can provide rapid detection, good purification, and accurate and reliable results, and is suitable for the rapid detection of multi-component mycotoxin contaminants in fermented tea.
循环骤停中脑组织热臃塞现象的数值模拟

Abstract: 对因循环骤停而引发的脑热损伤病人实施头部重点降温是最有效的脑复苏措施之一.从Pennes方程出发,建立了脑组织球体传热模型,并参照有关实验数据提出了相应的脑代谢产热模型,利用Green函数法得到了循环骤停后局部脑组织发生温度上升而引起的热臃塞的结果.对脑代谢率、有效换热系数、环境温度等参数的影响研究表明体外冷却可以减缓脑组织热臃塞,但效果并不显著,从而提出了改进现有亚低温脑保护措施的可能性.最后通过定量分析,对脑热损伤进行了级别评估.
中国ICT产品的出口增长是否实现了以质取胜——基于三元分解及引力模型的实证研究

Abstract: 随着中国ICT产品出口比重的不断增多,中国ICT产品的价格也逐步与国际接轨。因此,本文利用2002—2013年中国与52个国家和地区SITC五分位贸易数据来分析中国ICT产品出口增长的拉动因素。本文利用三元边际的方法将中国ICT产品出口分解为扩展边际、数量边际和价格边际,发现2008年金融危机后数量边际和价格边际都是拉动中国贸易增长的主要力量,价格边际和数量边际的年复合增速分别为1.93%和11.75%,证明中国ICT产品的出口增长正在从低质量低价格的“数量拉动”向高质量高价格的“价格拉动”转变,数量增长和价格提升并重。不同于中国制造业整体出口价格低于世界平均水平的情况,中国ICT产品的价格指数与世界平均水平一致,部分年份甚至高于世界平均水平。从中国出口产品在52个进口国市场的核密度图演进来看,各进口国价格边际的差距在缩小,并在2009年后形成一个价格指数为世界平均水平1.25倍的第二波峰。这说明中国ICT产品在进口国市场的定价更加国际化,部分产品定位在高端市场。本文通过改进引力模型进一步解释了中国ICT产品出口三个维度的影响因素,发现价格边际与贸易国的人均GDP成正比,与两国距离无关;而进口国的法律保护和产品在进口国的市场份额会促进价格边际,出口国的技术进步则会降低价格边际。ICT产品“轻”、生命周期短、高技术密集度等特征可以很好的解释上述结论。

多元化译论对实用文体翻译文本的解读

Radial Distortion Measurement Using One Dimensional Inclined Fringe Pattern and Gabor Transform

Abstract: 为了测量光学成像系统的径向畸变并校正畸变图像,提出基于一维任意方向(倾斜)载频条纹相位分析联合伸缩Gabor变换的测量方法,通过测量径向畸变调制相位获得径向位置畸变分布。首先,利用一维任意方向正弦载频条纹作为测量模板,通过成像系统采集的畸变图像就是变形光栅条纹;接着考虑径向畸变的中心对称性,为了获得径向位置畸变分布,经畸变条纹中心点沿某个方向提取一行像素,采用伸缩Gabor窗口傅立叶变换直接从中心零畸变点提取并重构出理想光栅条纹像基频信息,应用Gabor窗口傅立叶变换对该方向的变形光栅条纹和理想光栅条纹进行相位分析,获得该方向的径向畸变调制相位分布并换算为径向位置畸变位置分布规律。最后采用双线性插值灰度重建对畸变图像进行校正。给出详细的理论分析过程,实验结果表明该方法是可行的。
For the purpose of measuring the radial distortion in optical imaging systems and correcting distorted images, based on phase analysis of fringe pattern, a new method using one dimensional inclined carrier-fringe pattern and Dilating Gabor transform is proposed, and the radial distortion distribution is obtained from the radial modulated phase distribution. Firstly, one dimensional inclined sinusoidal carrier-fringe pattern in arbitrary direction is used as measuring template, and a deformed grating pattern regarded as a distorted image is obtained by the optical imaging system. Then, considering the radial symmetry of radial distortion, one row of pixels along a certain direction is extracted from deformed fringe pattern; since there is no distortion at the center of the row, from which the fundamental frequency information including instantaneous frequency and phase, of the ideal pattern image, is extracted using Dilating Gabor transform, and the ideal image of fringe pattern along the above direction is constructed by use of an inverse Fourier Transform to measure the radial distortion. Phase analysis of the above row of deformed fringe pattern and its ideal fringe pattern is carried out using Dilating Gabor transform. The radial modulated phase distribution is converted the radial distortion distribution. Finally, by use of bilinearity interpolation, the calibrated image is reconstructed.
