Abstract: 水利工程的兴建、调度运作改变了河道水流、洪水特性,水库上下游水文测站水文特性发生很大变化,水位–流量关系发生很大变化,关系曲线复杂,各水文测站为控制好水位–流量关系变化,往往依靠加密流量监测频次,但仍然难以良好控制变化过程。汉江黄家港站处于丹江口水库与王甫洲水利工程影响河段之间,是受上下游水库影响的典型站。本文阐述及探讨了2011年黄家港水文站流量监测频次及测次时机布置,并分析。
The construction and operation of the water conservancy projects has greatly changed the charac-teristics of the flow and the water way. The hydrologic characteristics of station located in the upper and down reservoir have also changed. The relationship curve between water level and discharge becomes more complex. The hydrological station often relies on increasing the frequency of survey in order to obtain the water level and discharge relationship. The Huangjiagang hydrologic station located between the Danjiang-kou and Wangfuzhou reservoirs is a typical case which has been affected by the downstream reservoir. The arrangement of flow monitoring frequency and measuring time at the Huangjiagang hydrologic station in 2011 are discussed and analyzed.

The rural landscape refers to the country as the carrier, to the production of agricultural products and agricultural aesthetic products as the goal, and through reasonable arrangement and aesthetic combination of the crops and fields, ditches, ridge of field, forest, roads and wells, scaffolding, power, housing and other production facilities, thus the pastoral scenery is formed. Rail transit construction of China is developing rapidly, but there is no standard for passenger flow forecast. We need to analyze the operation data of Beijing which constructs early domestic rail line. The passenger information helps us to grasp the development law of rail transit in passenger flow forecast, especially the development laws of passenger flow in the early and late periods. It also helps us to better grasp the growth pattern of passenger flow of rail transit which is suitable for China’s national conditions.

Abstract:
1789年,法国大革命的爆发为公共博物馆的诞生创造了条件,从博物馆诞生之日起,以理性、秩序、民族国家、公众教育等要素为特色的启蒙精神和以艺术、文学、地方、民间习俗等要素为特色的浪漫主义一直伴随着博物馆的历史发展。从“构成主义”角度来说,博物馆与社会文化发展具有同构性,共同经历了一系列的意识形态与观念的变迁——大众教育的治理术、人类学的他者观、边缘文化(人群)的表征以及“诗学与政治学”的解构与反思。因此,作为博物馆“元叙事”的启蒙精神与浪漫主义双重性矛盾在博物馆空间内,以诗学与政治学的修辞手法不断地进行历史性的“展演”,并在不同时期平衡着博物馆自身存在的价值。
In 1789, the outbreak of the French Revolution created the conditions of the birth of public mu-seums. From the date of birth of the museum, the spiritual enlightenment featuring the rational, the order, the nation-state, and the public education, and romanticism featuring art, literature, local folk customs had been accompanied by the historical development of the museum. From the constructionism perspective, social and cultural development of the museum had the isomorphism and the common experience of a series of changes of ideology and ideas—the governmentality of the public education, the anthropological concept of otherness, the representation of the edge culture (crowd), and “Poetics and politics” deconstruction and reflection. Therefore, as the museum “meta-narrative”, the spirit of the Enlightenment and Romanticism had the contradictory duality in the museum space to do constantly historic “performances” in a mean of “poetics and politics”, and of balance the museum’s own existence value of in different periods.

Solar energy is a kind of inexhaustibile clean energy. It has sufficient cleanliness, adequacy and potential economic security of absolute and relative breadth, really long life and maintenance-free property, resources etc., and plays an important role in the long-term energy strategy. In this paper, the comparison of different neutral point grounding modes of power network is summarized to select the appropriate neutral point grounding for the photovoltaic power station. Taking a photovoltaic power station as an example, neutral grounding resistor is calculated to offer the values for reference value in the future.

Abstract:
基于磁力耦合传动闸阀(Magnetic Coupling Transmission Gate Valves, MCTGV)运行机理建立其有限元模型,对MCTGV的电磁转矩特性进行分析。通过控制变量法对MCTGV永磁体极对数、隔离套厚度、永磁体厚度及气隙长度等参数与传递转矩的关系进行仿真分析,并对上述参数逐一优化。结果表明: MCTGV中的各结构参数对转矩影响较大,经优化后可较大提高其输出转矩。
Based on Magnetic Coupling Transmission Gate (Magnetic Coupling Transmission Gate Valves, MCTGV) operation mechanism, this paper established the finite element model, and analyzed the electromagnetic torque characteristics of MCTGV. The relationship between these parameters of MCTGV including the logarithm of magnet, the thickness of permanent magnet, air gap length and the torque characteristics is analyzed in detail by using the control variable method, and the above parameters are optimized one by one. The results show that these structure parameters of MCTGV have a great influence on torque performance, and the output torque has been greatly improved by optimizing.
