Abstract: 昆虫病原线虫共生菌是存在于昆虫病原线虫肠道内的一类细菌 ,属肠杆菌科 (Enterobacteriaceae) ,兼性厌氧 ,包括致病杆菌属 (Xenorhabdus) 1] 和光杆状菌属 (Photorhabdus) 2 ] ,它们分别与斯氏线虫属 (Stein ernema)和异小杆线虫属 (Heterorhabditis)的线虫共生3] 。在自然界 ,共生菌存在于 3龄侵染期线虫的肠道中4 ] ,不能从土壤中分离获得 ,是昆虫病原线虫的主要致病因子。昆虫病原线虫共生菌直到 2 0世纪 5 0年代末期才被发现 ,其分类地位也经常发生变动 ,鉴定工作尽管几十年来陆陆续续时有报道 ,但并不十分深入和系统。近年来 ,…

Abstract: The symbiotic bacterium exists in the intestines of entomopathogenic nematodes and is a potential biological agent. Systematic classification of these bacteria is scarce in China. In this paper, seven strains of symbiotic bacteria from local entomopathogenic nematodes were identified by both observation of morphology, physiological, biochemical characteristics and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA fragments.

Abstract: 致病杆菌属和光杆状菌属细菌是一类分别与斯氏线虫属和异小杆属线虫共生的昆虫病原细菌,属肠杆菌科,此类细菌产生的杀虫毒素蛋白是近年来发现的一类高效、杀虫谱广的新型杀虫蛋白。此类毒素蛋白对多种昆虫具有注射和口服毒性,在同一菌株中有多个杀虫基因,各杀虫蛋白基因之间具有协同毒力效应,杀虫蛋白基因在大肠杆菌和植物中表达的毒素蛋白对多种害虫具有口服毒性。

Abstract: Objective] Tetrodotoxin and its analogues (TTXs) were responsible for the poisoning incidents associated with snail Nassarius spp. We studied bacteria isolated from toxic snails as well as their habitat to probe into the relationship between bacteria and toxicity of nassariid gastropod. Methods] Two snail samples were collected from Sheyang, Jiangsu Province on June 13 and 19, 2006, and the toxicity of the snail samples was tested with mouse bioassay method. Bacteria were isolated from the snail samples and from their habitat. A part of isolated bacteria were then cultured in the lab, and TTX in bacteria were screened with an ELISA method. Results] The snails collected were identified as Nassarius semiplicatus, and the toxicity of the 2 samples were 247 mouse unit (MU) and 270 MU / 100g tissue (wet weight), respectively. TTX was detected in 9 strains among the 14 strains of bacteria isolated from the snail samples and their habitat. TTX content in the toxic strains was very low, which ranged from 15 ng/g to 96 ng/g. Partial of the 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) of the toxic strains were then sequenced after PCR amplification, and the toxic strains of bacteria were tentatively identified based on the alignment of these sequences with published data. Toxic strains were closely affiliated with Vibrio, Shewanella, Planococcus, Marinomonas, Photobacterium. Conclusion] These findings suggested that TTX-producing bacteria may play an important role in TTX production or accumulation in nassariid gastropod.

Abstract: INTRODUCTION The genus Gymnascella was established by Peck in 1884 (see Kirk et al. 2008) with the type species G aurantiaca. As an onygenalean ascomycetes it was unusual because it was mainly isolated from camel skin, human ear and foot, ulcerated chicken gizzard, bat and fox dung, dog tick and soil enriched with dung or keratinous debris (Currah 1985).

Abstract: 嗜线虫致病杆菌属xenorhabdus和发光杆菌属photorhabdus细菌隶属肠杆菌科enterobacteriaceae,对多种害虫致病能力强,分别与斯氏属steinernema和异小杆属heterorhabditis昆虫病原线虫互惠共生。该两属共生细菌既存在对昆虫寄主的病原性,又存在与线虫寄主的共生性。共生细菌与其线虫寄主的共生性主要表现以下4方面:(1)细菌产生食物信号诱导滞育不取食的感染期线虫恢复;(2)细菌为线虫生长与繁殖提供营养;(3)细菌能于感染期线虫的肠道定殖与生长;(4)细菌产生杀线虫毒素杀死非共生线虫。本文综述了共生菌以上4方面的共生性及其相关的分子机制。
耐受铅真菌的筛选及其对Pb2+吸附的初步研究

Abstract: 从铅锌矿周围土壤样品中分离、筛选出一株耐铅真菌(命名为PY),对菌株进行了形态观察、生理生化实验及18SrRNA序列分析,并对该菌株的生物吸附性能进行了分析试验.结果表明,菌株PY为镰刀菌属(JQ267373),该菌株在Pb2+浓度550mg·L-1、湿菌量10g·L-1、pH=5.5、25℃、160r·min-1的条件下振荡吸附75min时,对Pb2+的吸附率可达到84%,吸附量为46.2mg·g-1.在Pb2+浓度为750mg·L-1时,其吸附率为77.9%.在25℃时,菌株PY对Pb2+的吸附模型符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温方程.

Abstract: 杜鹃花类菌根对越橘属植物的生长发育具有重要作用。现对杜鹃花类菌根真菌的多样性、菌根菌产细胞壁降解酶、漆酶及侵入动态、定殖影响因子、共生信号分子、转录组学、蛋白质组学技术及二者相结合的技术体系在共生研究中的应用进行了综述;并综合国内外进展,建议从共生信号分子、定位共生基因、筛选优良菌根菌菌株方面加大研究力度。
