The personality charisma of a teacher plays a very important role in the physical, intellectual and psychological development of college students. As a teacher, we should shape our own charisma by the fol-lowing key points: having wide and open fields of vision, improving the professional quality, mastering the skills on nonverbal communication and the arts on criticising students, respecting and loving students, and more, cultivating the pure love feelings to the living things.

Abstract:
人口的老龄化,慢性疾病的普遍蔓延以及传染性疾病的爆发是当今社会面临的主要挑战。为了满足人们日益增长的医疗需求,尤其是对于重大疾病早期防治的需求,作为涉及卫生信息的获得,传播,加工,储存,检索以及使用的卫生信息学,已然成为跨领域研究中的一个活跃学科。人们通过可佩戴的传感装置即可获得健康类信息,这一方法,则被认为是该学科的基础。人们可以在日常生活中随处获得卫生信息,因为传感器已经可以完全渗透到人们的服装,配饰以及日常生活环境中去。它甚至能够直接安装或者以电子纹身的形式安装在人们的皮肤上,从而实现对人体健康的长期监控。本文主要概述了对普及健康信息起着至关重要作用的四种新兴可佩戴传感技术,即1) 不易觉察的传感方法;2) 智能的纺织技术,3) 弹性灵活、可伸展、可印刷的电子产品;4) 传感器的融合技术,进而指出这一领域的未来研究方向。
The aging population, prevalence of chronic diseases, and outbreaks of infectious diseases are some of the major challenges of our present-day society. To address these unmet healthcare needs, especially for the early prediction and treatment of major diseases, health informatics, which deals with the acquisition, transmission, processing, storage, retrieval, and use of health information, has emerged as an active area of interdisciplinary research. In particular, acquisition of health-related information by unobtrusive sensing and wearable technologies is considered as a cornerstone in health informatics. Sensors can be weaved or integrated into clothing, accessories, and the living environment, such that health information can be acquired seamlessly and pervasively in daily living. Sensors can even be designed as stick-on electronic tattoos or directly printed onto human skin to enable long-term health monitoring. This paper aims to provide an overview of four emerging unobtrusive and wearable technologies, which are essential to the realization of pervasive health information acquisition, including: 1) unobtrusive sensing methods; 2) smart textile technology; 3) flexible-stretchable-printable electronics, and 4) sensor fusion, and then to identify some future directions of research.

Abstract:

随着上海国际航运中心建设的加速,国内外关于国际航运中心、高端航运服务业集聚以及信息技术影响的研究成为热点,但是相关研究比较零散,从传统产业视角开展政策制定和规划分析的居多,通过文献述评对国际航运中心演化历程进行研究的较少。本文系统梳理国内外相关研究,从社会化分工和专业化、全球价值链形成、高端航运服务业集聚和国家政策等层面总结以往研究,目的是阐明国际航运中心演化规律,特别探讨了信息技术影响高端航运服务集聚的代表性观点,最后进行总结。
With the accelerating construction of Shanghai international shipping center, the domestic and foreign research about the international shipping center, high-end shipping service industry agglomeration and the influence of information technology has become a research hot spot, but the related research is fragmented, mostly carrying policy and planning analysis from the traditional industry perspective. Less is the evolution of international shipping center through the research literature review. In this paper, the related research home and abroad being analyzed systematically, from the social division of labor and specialization, global value chain, high-end shipping service industry agglomeration and national policy level, previous studies are summarized, in order to clarify the evolution of international shipping center. The representative views of the influence of information technology on high end shipping service agglomeration are discussed especially. Finally the summary is given.

Abstract:
本试验旨在研究添加不同剂量的L. casei Zhang对肉鸡的屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响,进一步探讨其作为一种新型饲料益生菌的可行性。试验以玉米和大豆粕为主要原料配制日粮,采用单因子随机试验设计方法,选择1日龄雌雄各半的健康AA肉仔鸡180只,称重后随机分为3个组,其中1个对照组和2个L. casei Zhang组,每个组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,各组鸡的初始体重经方差检验差异均不显著(P > 0.05)。对照组肉鸡不饲喂L. casei Zhang,L. casei Zhang组饮水饲喂L. casei Zhang,添加水平分别是为2 × 105 cfu/ml和2 × 106 cfu/ml。试验期42天。本试验研究结果表明,添加L. casei Zhang可显著提高肉鸡全净膛率、胸肌率和宰后36h pH (P < 0.05),能够提高肉鸡屠宰性能其中以添加剂量为2 × 106 cfu/ml时效果较好,但对肉鸡肌肉系水力和肉色无显著影响,说明L. casei Zhang但对肌肉品质改善效果不明显。
The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary L. casei Zhang on intestinal structure of broiler chicken. In the experiment, a total of 180 1-day-old AA mixed-sex broiler chickens with similar body weight were randomly allotted into 3 treatments with 6 replicates in each treatment, with 10 broilers in each replicate. The trial period was 42 d. The basal diet was mainly composed of corn and soybean. Broiler chickens were fed four levels of L. casei Zhang (0, 2 × 105 cfu/ml and 2 × 106 cfu/ml respectively) in drinking water in a single factorial arrangement. The results showed that adding L. casei Zhang can significant increase dressing rate, brisket rate and pH after slaughter of 36 h (P < 0.05), as well as carcass traits. The additive dosage of 2 × 106 cfu/ml in the treatment group is better than others. However L. casei Zhang does not improve the flesh color and keep the water force for muscle of broiler chickens, showing that L. casei Zhang doesn’t have significant beneficial modulation for the meat quality of broiler chickens.

随着信息化社会的到来,以及信息技术、数字技术和移动通讯技术的飞速发展,产生了依托网络技术、数字技术、移动通讯技术的信息传播新技术,以博客、4G手机网络、即时通讯软件等为代表的新媒体不断发展并为大众所接受使用。青年学生是新媒体技术使用最为广泛、最为活跃的群体,而青年学生群体是中国共青团的主力军,新媒体技术的日益普及和发展,对高校共青团工作提出了更高的要求,对传统的高校共青团工作方式提出了新的挑战。分析研究新媒体对高校共青团工作的正反两方面影响,并探索新媒体环境下的高校共青团工作的创新路径研究显得十分重要。本文详细分析了新媒体给高校团建工作带来的机遇和挑战,探讨了合理利用新媒体手段开展高校共青团工作的对策,并提出建议,用以创新高校团建工作机制。
With the arrival of information society as well as the rapid development of information and new technologies based on the network technology, digital technology and mobile communication technology come into being. New communication tools such as Blogs, 4-G network were accepted by more and more people. New media technology is widely used among college students and this students group is the major part in the members of the communist youth league. With the popu-larity and development of new media technology, there will be higher requirements to the com-munist youth league in colleges and universities and a new challenge to the traditional way of working. It is very important to analyze the pros and cons of new media to the communist youth league work in colleges and universities as well as search for the innovation path of that under the new media environment. The opportunities and challenges in building Communist Youth League in university were analyzed detailedly in this paper, and the countermeasures for reasonable using the new media tools for the college league work were investigated. A number of suggestions were put forward to innovate the mechanism for the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.

Abstract:
生态文明是自然科学和社会科学发展和有机结合的成果,喀斯特山地石头多、土壤瘠薄、保水保肥能力差,在生态保护不力的情况下,极易发生土地石漠化。发展区域特色的“喀斯特山地生态农业”,就是要遵循当地区域喀斯特山地的气候、生物、水源、土地、人力等自然和社会规律,以生物和环境之间物质循环和能量转化为基本特征,使农业的生产和发展在相关生物及环境之间建立一种生物的、科学的、高效的自然循环系统,在这种生态系统中实现物质循环利用和能量传递转化,实现农业生产过程中生态环境的自我维持和自我调节,确保农业与生态资源的合理利用、循环再生和持续使用,防止环境退化,建设生态文明。
Ecological civilization is the organic combination of achievements in the development of natural science and social science, karat mountainous and rocky, barren soil, soil and water conservation insurance fertilizer, in ecological protection under the condition of poor, prone to desertification. The development of “Karat mountain ecological agriculture” with regional characteristics is to follow Karat mountains’ local natural and social rules, such as climate, biology, water, land, human, etc., and based on the basic characteristic of energy transformation and material circulation be-tween the biological and environmental materials, to build a biological, scientific and efficient natural cycle system in the correlation between biology and environment for agricultural produc-tion and development. 云南农村居民消费影响因素分析

Abstract: 提高农村居民消费水平对提升云南经济整体发展水平具有重要的战略意义。本文选择1991~2012年间云南农村居民消费支出的相关数据,采用主成分回归方法对影响农村居民消费的因素进行分析。研究结果表明:农村居民人均纯收入与农村居民消费水平呈显著正相关关系;农村居民消费支出对CPI变动比较敏感;农村居民消费结构的变化与农村居民消费水平呈显著负相关关系。
Raising the level of rural residents’ consumption has important strategic significance to promote the development of economy in Yunnan. This paper chooses the relevant data of Yunnan’s rural residents’ consumption between 1991 and 2012, and uses principal component regression method to analyze the factors which influence the rural residents’ consumption. The results show that the average net income of rural residents has significantly positive correlation relationship with the rural residents’ consumption, the rural residents’ consumption is more sensitive to the changes of CPI, as well, the consumption structure of rural residents has significant negative correlation relationship with the rural residents’ consumption.

Abstract: 法定存款准备金是中国货币政策三大工具之一。从20101月到201112月,中国人民银行连续12次上调法定存款准备金率。本文从这一阶段存款准备金率的调整对商业银行、消费者价格指数、货币供应量以及股市和债券市场的影响,分析其调控是否达到2011年中国货币政策执行报告中所预期的政策效果,讨论存款准备金制度在执行过程中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了进一步完善存款准备金制度的几点建议。
The statutory deposit reserve is one of the three tools of monetary policy in China. From January 2010 to December 2011, the People’s Bank of China has raised the statutory deposit reserve ratio 12 times in a row. Based on the deposit reserve ratio adjustment in this stage, this paper has discussed its influence on commercial banks, the consumer price index, money supply and stock and bond markets, and analyzed the regulation is whether achieved the anticipated effects of policies in the 2011 Monetary Policy Report. This paper has discussed the main problems of the deposit reserve system in the implementation process. On this basis, we put forward several suggestions to further improve the reserve system.

Abstract:
在传统BP算法的基础上,将Levenbery-Marquardt优化法与神经网络模型相结合的L-M优化BP算法进行了深入应用和分析。此方法与传统算法相比提高了系统的学习速度,加快了网络的收敛。针对某风电场58台机组额定功率为850 kw的风电机组20(15分钟一个预测点)的历史数据使用L-M算法优化下的前馈神经网络模型——BP神经网络模型进行了该风电场的实时预测,结果表明该方法在一定程度上更好的逼近了真实的曲线。
Based on the traditional BP algorithm, combining Levenhery-Marquardt optimized algorithm and a neural network forecasting methodthis paper put forward a L-M optimized BP algorithm. The algorithm quickens the train, improves stability. For the real power data of 58 wind turbines of some wind farm in somewhere, a real-time prediction has been made based on L-M optimized BP algorithm, and the result shows that the algorithm produces better results than traditional method.
